The food was superb and at a great price.. didn't mind the music... Though the volume whether with music or when busy without music can be difficult to have a talk with your group..all in all though it's a must to go to

Popped in here for lunch after a trip to the museum and the staff were so lovely and friendly but the food was a stand out...
I had sirloin steak with mash, mushroom gravy and salad... That steak was one of the best steaks I've eaten in a very long time! It was tender and perfectly cooked! The mash was buttery (although I'm Irish and would have put even more butter on it if I could ?). The mushroom gravy wasn't a thick creamy gravy, it was a tasty thinner gravy... Yum!
Would definitely come back again!

Excellent British pub style place.

I have visited the place by chance during my stay in its neighborhood while visiting Sydney for a scientific conference.

It is a good looking place on the outside.

It is much better on the inside.

Food is delicious. There is a variety of beers. The service is excellent and the prices reasonable for Sydney's standards.

All in all I highly suggest this place!!!

We had two chicken burgers and the very first rule of serving chicken is that it must actually be cooked. Nothing raw or close to raw. Just say that neither of us could get through more than a couple of bites before the raw chicken became both taste and visually obvious. Very poor quality control and we will not be back, ever.

Huge thank you to all the staff that catered for my sons birthday last night, at Jessie's Cocktail Bar . The service was excellent, food was delicious and all our guests feedback was complimentary. Sarah was lovely to deal with and Ben did a great job on the night. Would definitely recommend for an event.

Loved dinner here. I was very pleased to see a menu that accommodated for different dietary requirements especially at a pub. Staff were great. I would recommend. They had good daily specials too.

Had weekday lunch - ground floor, opting for the sirloin steak, mash, salad and mushroom sauce. Steak was great 10/10, mash
was good 8/10, salad ordinary 6/10, sauce/gravy was just water. Overall a good simple pub meal, not flash. ($32). Pub atmosphere. Not busy weekday lunch.

A great historical hotel and the food is good but it's too noisy. We had to yell between one another to be heard. We ended up leaving and we live locally so a bit annoying. This hotel needs to do something about reducing internal noise levels.

The hostess upstairs was lovely, and the bar staff put through our orders quickly. However, there was some mix-up with them and the kitchen staff so I didn't get my food until half an hour after everyone else at my table. Then, when my burger came out, it wasn't the burger I ordered. The location is great and the staff were apologetic, but really not happy with this error considering I got back to work late and didn't get the right food.

It was the perfect Sunday afternoon to sit and have a couple of quiet beers here with some international visitors. We didn't try the food but it looked good. The service was excellent and it had a good vibe.

Usually a great pub, I've been a regular several times a week for years. Tonight I had a different experience, I had a greyhound race winning ticket that I didn't get the money for, that left a bad taste. However I let it go, then was told I was cut off from the bar from a bartender. She told me the security whom I know well said so. I asked him and he had no idea of it. I honestly expect much better treatment for a regular of several years. A place I have brought friends to many times. I have spent so much money in this place. I except an apology or you've lost a longtime customer

Good drinking hole that has 4floors with different set ups so they provide different vibes and atmosphere

Amazing roof top, great for summer. I love their beef burger and chips. Personally not a huge fan of their chicken burger. Pretty good pizza for a pub. Would recommend. Service is always nice.

Food will match any well know high level restaurants near by, truly, food it's just amazing.
Nice a quiet place to talk business or just relax after work if you've s tough day at the office.

Great little roof top bar called Slims Rooftop Bar. Staff very friendly, great beer pulled perfectly, fantastic food, with a live DJ. Will be back to explore all this hotel has to offer on all floors.

Sometimes good sometimes bad, but close to where I work, ordered rump steak medium rare a couple months back n was cook to perfection and I was amazed how tender the rump steak was.

Today I ordered aged beef burger with colleague, but the waitress deliver the wrong one and I just realize my burger is missing bacon. The meat was dry too, but still eadible n fill you up.

There are a lot of beer varieties on the tap and guiness too ?

The beer was cold. Sadly so were the chips. Bar staff were friendly, beer was ok but a little pricey - $7.20 a schooner. The schnitzel was tasty.

Full marks for the Chicken Schnitzel. Especially drizzled in lemon and dipped in Aioli. The fries were good and the salad that came with it was perfect

OMG I LOVE THE FOOD ... The sharing food was the best choice i made with my colleagues after work. truffle fries , pork belly, prawn and the squid was very yummy. yeap and a glass of Rose .

Went there Wednesday for the quiz which was super fun and the quiz master and staff were super friendly. Would definitely go back. My boyfriend got the $15 steak which he enjoyed but a special mention for the super strange Roasted Eggplant dish that I was served with the most random addition of ingredients I've ever eaten for a vegetarian option-That wasn't good but I'd still go back.

Great for Abeer on a Friday downstairs, trivia on a Wednesday but it can be hard to get onto the rooftop. Very popular.

Fun quirky rooftop vibe, well priced drinks and snacks. staff were friendly and very on their game about covid safety. Great spot to watch the sun set over the city

I was extremely impressed with the fitout and layout of the venue and more so of the professionalism of the team. What could have been a pretentious snooty experience, turned out as a well executed relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. The team were super friendly, knew the menu inside out and even suggested against ordering some times for concern over it being too much for the two of us. Our meal and beverages were absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be returning.

This place is incredible! Definitely up there in my top 10. Very similar style to East Street Village but way better. Awesome selection of Asian style food and drinks. Great beers including a cheeky thirst quenching watermelon one. Staff are lovely. View is beautiful from Slims rooftop!! Highly recommended!!

Well well well. After numerous renovations over the last 15 years they have finally nailed it.
Downstairs is a nice bar with outside seating back again.
There are then 3 more floors going up to the roof Top garden and bar.
Awesome bar with city views. Japanese restaurant. Food looked amazing but didn't try it on this occasion.
Staff were awesome helpful friendly.
Will be back again and I hope it takes off.
Lots of stairs so not sure it is disabled friendly to other levels.
Awesome rooms for functions and parties.
