Had a driver need some accommodation requiring truck parking, Absolutely loved this place, will stay again when required. Booking process was hassle free and quick, Cannot fault this establishment

I needed a last minute room late at night and they were able to fit me in. The manager and crew were absolutely amazing ! They were so welcoming and kind it warms the heart. Their beds were also super comfortable and I slept great.

A good basic and comfy accommodation at a great price, located just off Hume Hwy. Very clean room with all essentials provided. Reasonably priced food and drinks at the bar. Highly recommend for travellers looking for a good night rest without spending a small fortune.

I really enjoyed staying here. We got a studio room, it has been renovated, it was all very nice and clean. There are no elevators so be mindful if you have heavy bags, stairs are not very steep which is good. The Barman did offer help with the bags, which was very kind. It is convenient to grab quick food or a drink, although the hotel is separate with entry on the side street so you don't hear noise and I find the patrons to be quite sensible. Yagoona train station is a 5min walk. I would stay here again. Just be mindful that the reception is not 24 hours, so speak to staff about their process for late check in or early check out.

Very clean room with recently renovated bathroom and comfortable bed. Only downside is the road noise coming from the Hume Highway. Non secure parking but the parking area is well lit and apparently under 24 hour video surveillance

Just got home after a 3 night stay at Night Cap Hume Hotel in Yagoona NSW. I have to say that my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next one.

I'm an employer and I couldn't help but think on the way home,they are lucky to find great employees like the gentleman and lady behind the bar.

The ladies on the reception in the bar an who delivered room service were absolutely lovely!!! Service with a smile makes the world of difference an these ladies just smiled every encounter we had with them!!

My family and I stayed at night cap on Hume for 4 nights (with kids). The family room was great in terms of price, size, cleanliness and the staff are friendly and professional.

Served it's purpose very nicely. Super friendly check in with lovely staff. Clean comfortable room with very comfy bed.

Road tripping to North Queensland, we stopped over to sleep. Room is smaller than a tupperware container, but seriously the most comfy bed we've ever slept in. Will recommend to everyone stopping over during a drive. Best bed EVER!!!

Look it's not 5 star but it's 5 star for what it claims to be. A reasonably priced place in Bankstown. No restaurant was a drawback as I stayed a week but quickly found a number of options within 300 metres so it was fine.

The rooms are compact but I wasn't missing anything. Water took a while to heat in the shower but honestly that's the only fault. It was clean and well presented.

We slept here for a night. Family studio. Basic room is kept neat and tidy. Need to check in at the hotel then walk to Nightcap, the building next door. They had two floors and about 12 rooms. It's quiet at night.

On arriving to check in, the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.
However, the towels had dirty marks on them, the ceiling was leaking which left a brown wet stain on the sheets of the bed. The bath and shower have a switch in which changes from one to the other but if you ran the bath, the shower would also run.
Overall a comfortable cosy room. Shame about these small issues that tarnished the stay.

The best value for money. The staff were really friendly, there is parking, includes a breakfast pack, rooms were clean and tidy and best of all, you get drink vouchers. Attached to the hotel, they have pub where you can watch sports and also play slot machines.

My hotel room was clean and modern and the bathroom looked like it had only been recently remodeled. There was ample room and the desk and chair were very helpful for doing work. There were no tissues or face washers but this is not a deal breaker. The hotel also offered me a free drink which was a nice touch. The front door is secured by your key and there was parking as well. This is definitely a place worth staying at.

AMAZING friendly staff. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, complimentary tea, coffee and water was excellent. The breakfast packs are great. Free monitered parking. Close to good food establishments. Would happily stay here again.

I'm currently at this hotel and I intentially looked up google reviews in order to share my positive experience. The rooms are spotless and very spacious. The staff have been very flexible, accommodating, and hospitable. I feel really safe here and location wise, everything is close. Definitely recommend!

Clean and quiet place.But they don't service the room everyday.I didn't have toilet paper, shampoo, soap and etc. on the last night. Also, I asked them to clean my room in the evening, they told me I have to let them know in the morning, otherwise they don't do cleaning and services everyday.

greeted by friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. There was a left over soap in the shower and a few marks on the shower wall, but oh well. Everything else was spotless.Only down fall, the noise from the road.The couple in the room next to us seem to be having a wonderful time We heard way too much.....Rooms definitely need sound proofing
