I booked this hotel as I had a medical appointment. It was well-priced and the room was fantastic value.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel were also a welcome surprise. The meals were large and very well priced.

I will definitely stay there again.

My family stayed here for two nights reception staff was awesome rooms were clean buffet breakfast great. The down falls are that when I booked it said pool view there was no pool view but a dingy looking carpark. I got woken up by the ibis birds scabbing through the open bin the balcony had no seating area and please power pressure hose them balconys they are so filthy well mine was it looked like it has not been cleaned for months and months absolutely discusting!!! There wasent enough cups for everyone so they need to accomadate for extra people. Would be good if they had a microwave too. The pool was very basic not very inviting fix that area up to match the rest of the hotel the hotel is surpose to be four star the pool ain't that's a two star. The gym very very small one major equipment was out of order. They have awesome fish in the pond my kids got to feed them as well. Don't get me wrong the stay was good just need few improvements on other areas will I be back? Hmmmm probably not

Their 1 bedroom apartment was incredible. It had 3 balconies, views of the racecourse ? and came with a great buffet ? breakfast

Stayed as part of a Netball group for state championship. Staff always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choices for hot and cold breakfast. Plenty of parking. A small arcade area for younger children. Pool area good, but wouldn't want to get to busy. Gym area had some free weights and cardio equipment. Coin operated washing machines and driers available. Beds comfy, small sliding door to balcony, rooms size cosy 4 max to a room with 2 queen beds. Shower excellent, but did lack an extraction fan so mirror steamed up quickly.

We travel the whole of Australia and would have to be the most help full and courteous staff so polite and easy to understand, the food was Amazing and the service from Maria both on the phone and at the counter was exceptional she managed to cater for all our needs and questions absolutely recommend this place

I went for a function for senior legacy ladies. The staff were very attentive and helpful, they couldn't do enough for the ladies. The food was delicious and we'll presented. The room was lovely set out. Plenty of parking and wheelchair and walker friendly. A very good venue. Thank you Holiday inn

Friendly and attentive reception staff in a well maintained lobby. Housekeeping and public area cleaners did a great job throughout without fault. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked.
Ample parking and a great location on the Hume Hwy.

I have been to a lot of Holiday Inn's around the USA and Canada, and this is BY FAR the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at. The scenery is beautiful, staff is super accommodating and friendly, the restaurant in the hotel lobby has pretty good food, breakfast was very good and breakfast staff worked very hard during our stay, the gym was a little small but still nice. The only thing I wish they had was more washer and dryer machines because people staying at the hotel were taking out other people's clothing and setting them aside in order to use the machines which was not staff's fault whatsoever, it's just people at the hotel being inconsiderate and a bit rude. Overall very nice for Holiday Inn, would definitely come here again if I came back to Sydney.

Pros:
- Restaurants and bar are modern and reasonably priced.
- 75inch TV in room with apps and casting
- Beds and pillows are very comfortable
- Fridge in room
- Good bathroom supplies

Cons:
- Too hot! No aircon in hallways
- No extractor fan in bathroom, it becomes a sauna
- Shower head not centred so you have to shower at an angle
- Water in room is $6
- Elevators feel so dodgy
- Aircon needs to be on all the time to keep room cool
- No lounges at pool

It looks like the money from the hotel is put into the restaurant and bar area, but not into the hotel.

Excellent receptionist CLARA and super helpful.
Attentive Front disk Manager (last Saturday night).
Shampoo, conditioner and hand cream are ( high quality). Bathroom amenities were completed in an elegant box.
NO Hairdryer unfortunately.
The room's phone was not working.
No complimentary Water, however coffee,tea and herbs were complimentary.
The pool was super dirty.
The GYM doesn't have appropriate dumbbells weights for women ( 2-3-4-5 kg).

Our 4stay at Holiday Inn was more then what we could ask for, on a arrival the warm greeting we received was very professiona and outstanding. Our room was very clean and maintained to a very high standard, the staff here are so friendly. The food was delicious So the break away for my husband and I was very worthwhile. Would definitely recommend this motel to stay even if it's half an hour away from our home??? Our last night here so thank you to all the staff of the motel for your hospitality see you guys in the future.

Not an area we normally visit, and since I had something to do, we booked a room for the night. The welcome was warm and friendly, with Gaby being a gracious host.

We found a wonderful reason to come back, so I'm confident of another booking when we're able to find the time.

Views from a long standing Diamond/Spire Elite member since 2014: Sandra was delightful in our check in process and definitely provided an exceptional and seamless welcome. Christina was amazing in providing a top-notch experience for my first time at this location. Very attentive and supportive in some requests and friendly every single time. I highly recommend the team overall as they are equal to the same calibre of any Intercontinental properties I have frequented.

After a traumatic stay elsewhere, I was pleasantly greeted by Abby at reception. She had everything sorted and ready for me to settle in comfortably. Her attention to detail and sincere regard to my needs were outstanding. She introduced me to the lovely Lucy who would be taking over for the weekend. She also proved to be attentive. The room was clean and the bed comfy.
I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Food was of a totally unacceptable standard, and one of the young male bar staff should be looking for a new job. He just stood chatting away to another customer he knew and refused to serve me. Another staff member arrived and served me while he continued his chat. Most other food and drinks staff were professional and friendly. Seafood basket - the cook has worked out a way of completely drying out a piece of fish fillet without burning the batter. 0/5. The cook turned the miserly 2 scallops into dark brown dried out, hard lumps. 0/5. Bit sad when the best part of a seafood basket is the chips. Suggest you order in pizza. Some one needs to explain to another younger bar staff member that just picking up three different random bottles, pouring the last dregs into a glass and topping with riesling is not a glass of riesling. Would only enter the Bar and Grill area for a beer and nothing else.

Love this place! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff are very friendly amd helpful. Very convenient with a nice sports bar and restaurant next to reception which means you don't have to venture far for dinner or breakfast. Nice park across the road for a good run or walk and Westfield shopping centre down the road. Only 20mins or so drive from the airport/city. My #1 choice when staying in Warwick Farm/Liverpool area mainly for work and seeing customers.

Great property. Friendly staff at the restaurant. Lots of parking. 3 course dinner at the restaurant was really nice. Clean and nearly new bathrooms.

Cons: TV and telephone was not working. Public swimming pool is an average residential size pool and not heated. The first thing you will notice as you enter to the foyer is the annoying sound of the sliding doors!

The Reception Staff were SUPERBLY HELPFUL in every way! We were requesting a lot of changes to the accommodation and last minute check in leading up to the event of my daughter's wedding reception at the hotel, they were so accommodating and helpful. Great place for an event, a short stay and even a family getaway.

Bistro review: Had the Tomahawk steak here the other night. I've had quite a few steaks in my travels and this one didn't quite make the cut.
The steak seemed very small for the 1kg that was stated on the menu and was definitely overpriced for the general size and quality.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this bistro for a meal, especially not the tomahawk.

Holiday Inn, Warwick Farm, NSW. 355 Hume Highway, Liverpool. (Hotel).Duration of my stay, commencing the evening of the 05th December.Room 026 at the end of the hallway on the ground level is dim. The glass doors do not slide open. The curtains are tattered. The seal of the above fixture covering the curtain is damaged. The material on the arms of the swivel chair are tattered. Deliveries to the room are made by the restaurant delivery driver. Noises are heard from the bathroom water fixtures. No menu.06th December 8:25pm;My enquiries have been addressed by the 3rd staff member of the hotel.The cleaning maid has not appeared.10:09pm, the Menu Log (cuisine application) courier placed the dish at the front entrance. No staff at time of arrival. No clients in the foyer.7th December 3:14amAfter having addressed the requirement of water at the given time, the 3rd staff member has not arrived with water, it is now 3:43am. The hotel is empty. There is a vending machine with no water. The Menu Log (cuisine) application has nil restaurants with water. I have now had 3 snickers chocolate bars.4:38am, the concierge had not delivered the water, having had to address this at the front desk and brought them back to the room myself, being 2 bottles at a time.4:40am, a grey insect has appeared on the flooring.6:34am, the analogue clock does not reflect the same time as my (Samsung AS21S). Have requested the invoice from the front desk.9:29am, the invoice has not arrived.(66 images attached)

Very nice place, service and friendliness from staff. I didn't get the chance to try the food but it looks delicious. Will definitely be back soon!

It was ok. We were told 24 hr room service, but when we were going to our room 11p.m. management said there is no room service now because of covid. When we complained they said there was service. What confusion nothing is clear. Great spa, and the bed was comfy. Please supply small tube of toothpaste. Balcony glass does not meet with the Australian standard. The gaps are too wide where a child could try to climb and get their foot stuck or worse climb over and fall. I am just an observant person and speak the truth

A very nice and comfortable place to relax. The bed was so good, no body pains after sleeping on the bed (if u are in pain). But their lift is so fast that, u might get hurt if u are not extra careful.
