Holiday Inn, Warwick Farm, NSW. 355 Hume Highway, Liverpool. (Hotel).Duration of my stay, commencing the evening of the 05th December.Room 026 at the end of the hallway on the ground level is dim. The glass doors do not slide open. The curtains are tattered. The seal of the above fixture covering the curtain is damaged. The material on the arms of the swivel chair are tattered. Deliveries to the room are made by the restaurant delivery driver. Noises are heard from the bathroom water fixtures. No menu.06th December 8:25pm;My enquiries have been addressed by the 3rd staff member of the hotel.The cleaning maid has not appeared.10:09pm, the Menu Log (cuisine application) courier placed the dish at the front entrance. No staff at time of arrival. No clients in the foyer.7th December 3:14amAfter having addressed the requirement of water at the given time, the 3rd staff member has not arrived with water, it is now 3:43am. The hotel is empty. There is a vending machine with no water. The Menu Log (cuisine) application has nil restaurants with water. I have now had 3 snickers chocolate bars.4:38am, the concierge had not delivered the water, having had to address this at the front desk and brought them back to the room myself, being 2 bottles at a time.4:40am, a grey insect has appeared on the flooring.6:34am, the analogue clock does not reflect the same time as my (Samsung AS21S). Have requested the invoice from the front desk.9:29am, the invoice has not arrived.(66 images attached)
