This hotel is very nasty and Disgusting. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. We got a private and ensuite bathroom. Room was very dirty, bedsheets were nasty. Floor was moldy. Water was stagnant in shower. We saw worms in basin and shower. Aircon wasn't working, no even fan was available. The bedding was disgusting.we saw bed bugs in the room. No one was available to clean room and taking even trash out. No one was available at reception for check in, check out or listening complaints. I would strongly recommend not to get a room in this hotel.

Easy as simple. Rooms value for money u r paying with good location. Its not Hilton but u cant expect much if u paying 170 bucks on the center of Sydney for 3 ppl. Tv might be fixed and one electric plug didnt worked. If u not fuss and want be in the cbd close to sub shops etc thats the right spot.

It is a good place for a short stay, the room was clean, good bed and aircon, very good location next to the train station and good restaurant options around, the only thing they need to improve is the kitchen, it is not suitable for cooking because nothing worked well.
But for the price good enough

Made a reservation, waited at reception for an hour from 3:45-4:45PM no one ever showed up. Had to find alternative last minute accommodations

Amazing hotel, very cool, the kitchen is very cute. The mattress is amazingly confortable ? close to the best street and botanic garden ! thank you !!!

Great stay. I stayed here last night and the facilities are well kept, the receptionist is very helpful and we'll humoured. TV works well in room 26 and has a great few.

I booked this place because i was told i could pay at the property. Several attempts to charge my card were made even after emails saying i could pay at property (made an exemption). I then received more messages for me to update my details which made it feel like a scam to be honest. I then rang the hotel and got another number call me back. A man answered the phone and after explaining my situation he did not care and ask again for my bank details over the phone and tried to charge me $60 more than the price when we booked. I told him it was more than stated online and he proceeded to hang up on me. He then blocked my number and then rung me back after 10 mins and told me to get over it because it's a hotel and he can do whatever he wants. I told him that i would like to cancel my booking but he refused and asked for more money. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT STAY HERE ! I have canceled my booking and i am still getting asked to PAY ILLEGALLY!!!

The only star is for the location, which is great.
The first night the lock of our room wasn't working, they moved us to another one, the mattress was terribly uncomfortable. The guy who works late at the reception was really nice helping us to move the couch, but if you are paying and you have just arrive, this shouldn't happen. The manager likes to play the ghost when there is a problem. The kitchen looks clean but when you turn the stove on, plenty of cockroaches come out from the buttons. The place is noisy and the manager doesn't care. Its not a hotel at all, better to stay in a hostel for this.

the price is okay, the room is quiet small, and if you expect it to be a nice hotel i think it's not. Because it's doesn't looks clean for me, when i was there i found 3 cockroaches near my bedroom and bathroom. And the room is smelly as well.

Do not stay here. Loud, noisy all night from surrounding properties.
The Manager changes the price on a whim, then come check-out makes up an arbitrary reason why he's not refunding you the $100 key deposit (in this case, it was a noise complaint that was never raised or addressed at the time). Go anywhere else.

This is clearly some form of a hostel. They say breakfast starts at 8am. Well I left at 8:40am but there wasn't any breakfast. There is some form of a kitchen and I thought well I go boil some hot water and drink since no breakfast, but even kitchen was locked and reception was locked.8:40am I wanted to leave so I dropped their key in the box there with sign DROP KEY HERE.Oh lastly, toilets and shower is out and not inside rooms. It's shared by everyone.Thanks to the reception atleast I was given a tiny room with a toilet and shower inside since I had a kid.I can't say good or bad. Make up for your self.

This place was very cheap, stayed here just before COVID took over.You get what you pay for, there's a free breakfast but the rooms are seriously small. The place was clean but not nice, peeling paint in the room, all up worth it for a cheap trip but only good for sleeping not staying

Fantastic budget hotel. Great location. Staff that go above and beyond. Honestly cannot fault it, and definitely recommended.

I have been in this motel before the new owner Alan,his brother and his friend magicly took over the place. Apparently this three people treated the staff badly specially the best actor Alan. He would reduce the prices just to get the room booked by customers specially foreigners. As they reduced the prices but they won't give the equal services for them as well as the stuff in the room won't clean. Also Alan and friends are best actors in increasing the prices for permanent customers that lives in the motel for long term without equal services. Short points, if some of you write good impression what I can say is good luck for outside look of people like Alan and friends. There are old men but just lucky have money to run the motel with their sting.

When we arrived the gentleman at reception was so helpful, we couldn't check in just yet but he stored our bags and pointed us toward places of interest we could go too while we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. Our rooms were fairly small and you do have to be careful of not setting off the fire alarm when you have a shower but this was explained to us on arrival. The room my son and myself were in was very clean and comfortable although I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the ones provided were very thin. The free breakfast in the morning consisted of cereals, toast, boiled eggs but you could also use the kitchen to cook anything you brought yourself. I will definitely return and stay here again.
