Not so friendly staff. Guys, don't grunt and snort at customers who aren't locals when they come up to the bar. We are choosing to spend our money at your establishment, and we have access to Google reviews. Say Hello! Be friendly.
Service , well......if you are going to take my money for a beer, then please have the courtesy of putting it in front of me after I have bought it, not halfway down the bar, then walk off, leaving me to ask another staff member where my beer was. Also, acquaint your staff with the products you sell. Generally, light beer is sold in hotels, and stubbies are kept in the fridge; so, when a customer asks for a light beer, don't lead them to believe that your hotel doesn't sell light beer because its not on tap.
The Decor is very fresh, and the bar is nicely decorated, and the hotel apparently has great reviews for the food. Shame the smoke from the cigarettes in the smokers area permeated across the non smoking area of the bar, including areas where people were trying to eat their meals.
