I had a Rump for lunch.. absolutely the best rump I have had in a long time. My partner had a wagyu beef sandwich.. same same.. melt in the mouth food..lovely pub

A terrific suburban pub. Clean & fresh with a good vibe. Also great Tv sports watching amenities . A huge window overlooking the corso is ideal for watching the world go by as you have a drink.

Classic sports pub for those esp. after cheap drinks before heading to The Star. Bella, Jack and the team gladly booked us most of the main bar area with fast correspondence. Otherwise, walk-ins are very easy as the area fits more than meet the eye - pints and schooners are cheaper than most places despite the location!

I've been coming to the Harlequinn for last 2 years and have enjoyed the pub and atmosphere. However, has it changed ownership at all this year? Its slowly gotten worse. Also, $5.70 for post mix soft drink?!?!

It is a brilliant pub with a lively atmosphere. The choices of drinks are excellent. I went with friends for lunch. Somehow, no one liked the food. The food tastes average for the price. Responsive service. Airy and Clean interior with plenty of seating options.

It's not an excellent choice for food. Compared to the other pubs in this area.

Great pub. Great staff. Great beer selection. And great food. The manager Robbie always does such a great job of looking after the locals which I love. Would recommend.

Had a great experience here recently, the staff are fantastic and go above and beyond. Great venue to watch the game or after work drinks. Shout out to Robbie in particular who made the night exceptional. I'll be back!

Spent a few evenings here on my recent trip to Sydney. Loads of choice of drinks available and a reasonably extensive menu...schnitzel were excellent. Loads of sport being shown, quiz on a Tuesday and plenty of friendly locals...never seems to close.

Bit out of the way at face value, but theres a bus stop at the opposite corner which makes access pretty great. Been here for a few industry events and in-house catering isn't terrible, nothing to write home about but not the worst. You're looking at skewers, mini quiches, mini sausage rolls, and my favourite which was a twisted bruschetta.

Not bad especially if you want a private event area upstairs, which has its own bar and projector screen for presentations.

Favourite feature is this weird foot-door handle so you can open the bathroom doors without touching the handles on the way out - freaking ingenious

I used to be a regular in the 90's and early 2000's when I was working at the casino but it had been a very long time since I'd been there.
However, I was pleasantly surprised by the renovation and the value for money "jug and chip" deal. A jug of Superdry and a packet of chip for $15, is fantastic value for the city.
I've even arranged for my friends and I to meet there tonight based on my experience last week.
I'll definitely be back again......this time, to try the food

We visited this place on my 6 day break from Brisbane with my kids, we liked it so much we went back there 3 more times, and we were staying at the Star Grand!
The staff are super helpful and friendly, the pub is warm and inviting and food is awesome!
We loved the Chicken Parmi, the Burgers and the Hot Chocolates!
The pool table copped a fair bit of use from us also.

We will be back and reccommend this place to any and all in the area!

The smoke escapes from the smokers room a bit, but full marks because it's the only pub I've found where you can open the door with your foot to avoid touching the handle that the previous guy who didn't wash his hands touched.

Walked past previous night and saw 6-8 ladies eating in the bistro area and thought "they must know something". So tonight we called in for dinner; friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Ordered 2 rump steaks at the counter; arrived cooked perfectly. Room was naturally light & ventilated with through-draft from open picture windows. Mix of elderly and professional patrons, singles and pairs. Solid neighbourhood pub. Happy to recommend.

Very unhappy with drink service tonight. You advertised a special drink price on red wine, but when the bar ran out it, I was charged the price of a replacement red wine, which was more expensive. Surely, this is not my fault and the cost should not be passed on to me. Clearly I am a dissatisfied customer and will seek entertainment elsewhere

Nice venue, great for live sports (with sound), standard Pyrmont drink prices. Unfortunately the food is not great.

Went to a function upstairs was so well run. Hats off to the management. Once the function finished we all went downstairs and partied on. This is a great venue.

Good for a drink and watching sports, particularly rugby league or union.The food is lacking if you order anything order than finger food such as nachos, chicken wings, etc. I paid for a schnitzel and burger expecting a 7/10 and got a 5/10 for both. The chicken schnitzel was tiny too.

Good place to watch rugby union games and close to the city. Large windows all along two walls with plenty of bar stools to sit and people watch in Pyrmont. Food is pretty good too.
