I found a long black hair in my bedsheets, my hair is blonde so it was obviously not mine. There was also stains on my sheets. So it was obvious the sheets were not changed in between customers. The beds were so hard it felt like sleeping on a wooden board and the pillows are very thing and provide no support. The air vent in the bathroom made a high pitched shrieking sound whenever turned on so we had to shower/use the toilet in the dark. Our room had a window but it didn't open, but if we even wanted to open it, our view was of a brick wall on the inside of the hotel. So the room was very dark with little to no natural light.
They advertise air conditioning but fail to mention that it's through one central pipe for the entire hotel. So you can't decide the temperature of the room. The $15 continental breakfast consists of fruit, yogurt, and toast in a paper bag. The lobby is done up to give the impression of a nicer grade hotel but once you take the elevator up to the floors with rooms, the carpet is stained, the lighting is dark, and you can see handprints on the walls in the hallways and the room.
It does not give the impression that cleanliness is of the utmost importance, which, for a hotel room, should be the most important thing.
