Very fast food service and lovely meals. Been here a few times and always had a great meal. Atmosphere is family friendly .

We were a large group, it was busy. Food was quick, very pleasant staff, and some nice meals. Thanks for a top night!

Was looking for a quick feed and Grey Gums delivered a lovely tea.
It was mega busy on a Saturday night around 6pm but we found a table. Staff were very friendly and quick service. Because they were busy they did say food would be delayed, but it wasn't really, thank you.

I had peri peri chook burger and my wife had lovely creamy garlic prawns.

Had a catch up with a couple of work friends.
1st time at the place. Beers were cold.
Had the sirloin steak at the bistro cooked medium and it was a very nice piece of steak.
My friends also enjoyed their meals.
The place was quiet as it was a Thursday night.
Bar/Bistro staff were also very friendly and provided good service.

A bit disappointing. The decor inside resembles a community hall. Dull and cold.
The staff were excellent. Friendly and caring.
I ordered the Black Angus Schnitzel. It was huge but once I moved it a couple of inches on the plate all the crumb fell off the meat. It was not cooked enough nor in hot enough oil.
My friends though had garlic prawns and chicken Caesar Salad which they thoroughly enjoyed.
A bit of good and not so good I suppose. Might give it another go next time I'm in the area.

Last Saturday night I had the red curry with 2 spoon fulls left in bowl I had another serving only to find a piece of plastic in my food I chewed on.
When we approached the Manager she didn't care. She said " can't give you a refund you've eaten almost the full meal "

WTH.
Plain no care factor at all. NEVER asked for refund. Accept your wrong doing. Saying sorry isn't enough

Stayed here with my husband on the 4th of march 2023 for the night to go to a brothers 30th the customer service was spot on the room was spotless bed was comfortable and even had a spa which was lovely after a 6hour ride from walcha we will definitely stay again next time we are that way highly recommend Tammy and luke mills from the walcha caravan park

Best Steak Sanga I've ever had! Staff are very friendly, food is quick and so delicious that we are on our 3rd meal here as there as too many yummy meals to choose from. Already working out what I'm going to try tomorrow ?

Staff & Management in both the restaurant & the bar go way above. So helpful & so friendly. Been there twice in the one week to meet with visiting family after first visiting family lunch was so nice & staff so friendly. And the Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders, yum. Each time I aim to try something else but can't go past these once I go to order.The bar staff don't even make you feel "weird" ordering coffee instead of alcohol, though the beers on tap are plentiful for the hot days.

Nice place to eat. Good variety of food to choose from. Separation for families to eat away from the bar crowd. Prices seem reasonable.

Without a doubt the WORST pub meal I've ever had. $96 wasted!!! Does your cook even know what medium rare is!! Risotto was like thick paste with NO flavour. Do yourself a favour and do menulog

Usually a great place to visit - food although boring (no new items for ages) is well cooked - staff are fantastic - helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to help customers BUT today they had no Chardonnay..... totally do not understand how a Pub with attached bottleshop can run out ??? Dear goodness get your buyers in order !! ?

Absolutely the best snitty me and my partner have ever had literally it's so fresh cooked Absolutely perfect nice and moist definitely wasn't crunchy thank God it's was PERFECT thank you so much to the cook and all the ladies have excellent customer service great quite pub great atmosphere ?

lunch and one burger. Not fresh at all. Chips the best part and not thT much better. wife's Chicken wasn't great either.
Will need to present better quality if that's their standard churned out.

Got a parmy, honey mustard chicken, and a steak from here. All of they were cooked to perfection and tasted beautiful. The staff were very lovely!

Disappointing is an understatement. Was going to order steak however it was suggested by the staff member we try the t-bone it wasn't much extra ($6 lol) and was apparently the best....... if you like an overcooked dry as a bone charcoaled (medium rare) steak then you'll love this place.
Oh and don't forget to ask for your kids ice creams after your little one's finish their meals because it certainly won't be offered

I was up in Sydney for work and got a chance to catch up with a friend up in Penrith way, he suggested we meet at Grey Gums Hotel, great idea because I love a pub feed.

Plenty of parking available for the designated drivers, access is easy, the facilities are good, amenities are all clean. Noticed a couple nice and eccentric cars out and about, could be a great venue for an automotive community to start or end a cruise at.

The food was great, had the steak and chips, typical pub fare at cheap prices (much cheaper than the average around Melbourne).

Steak was cooked perfectly, good serving of chips.

Bar staff are super friendly and customer service is on point while being laid back - shout out to the front of house staff for having it together.

The beer was bloody cheap - was paying less than $8 for a pint at Grey Gums, to put that into perspective that's literally less than half the price of some of the bourgeois 'pubs' in the inner suburbs of Melbourne where 'manbuns' and skinny jeans on blokes are all the rage, was paying $18 for pints a few weeks ago in comparison to the $7.60 or what ever it was here at Grey Gums.

If you find yourself in Western Sydney and determine its a dangerous day to be steak and beer, then you can't go wrong with Grey Gums Hotel.

Had a dinner with the family. Was well priced super quick service and a decent meal size and quite decent food.

My family and I went here for a drink and dinner on Friday night. Great value for drinks and food, and the staff was great - extremely friendly and helpful! Had a great time and keen to visit again!

The food was pretty good. Mens bathroom a little dirty and no where to dry your hands after washing. Staff were great very friendly.

The atmosphere is good and the food was great. My fish and chips was very well cooked being the chips crunchy and salty. My friend 's bangas and mash were very good as well. Congrats to the chef.
