The game room is not good because nothing is free no coffee no soft drink but u spend money their not good service I do not recommend to any one very bed ? When u go to any we're els good coffee any soft drink for free . RSL Iin Greensbourgh no good please don't go there

Half the meals were Ok. The Roast Beef was tough. The Chicken Schnitzal looked like it had been cooked the day before and the Chicken Strips looked like only one had been cut into 3 and covered with batter. These were seniors meals. You need to do better

We ordered the steak sandwich and it was tough and unedible. We left half of it on the plate and complained to the waitress and she said she would let the kitchen know. No refund offered

Had a wonderful dinner tonight, food came out extremely fast, cooked to absolute perfection, the staff were so efficient and lovely, I have been here quite a few times I have never left disappointed! The food is always well priced, bistro is clean and the meals are great

Was at your bistro today for the first time, and I promise you it will be the last time too.
You see signs everywhere nowadays asking customers not to abuse the staff of said establishment but yet there should be a sign informing the staff not to abuse the clientele as my family & I were disgustingly and very disappointedly abused by a female staff member today.
The way we were spoken to by her was totally unacceptable as well as uncalled for especially as we were very polite to her.

Arrived at venue for a family bday celebration,
-Rude lady at reception upon signing in was argumentative and cold.
-Husband stood in line to order our family meals, only to have a guy standing to the left of him only to be saying something under his breath. Another staff member then spoke to him asking him where are you in the line?
He responded where you are meant to be.
He then made a rude comment to my husband saying this is where it is, my husband responded it doesn't say anything about a line etc;
The guy then stood leaning on the counter trying to be somewhat intimidating.
They lady responded he knows where the line used to be etc; because he works here.
What the?
How embarrassing and petty that a staff member would behave like that.
Food was okay, but all on the smaller side.
Would not recommend, did not enjoy our experience at all.

The service here is second to none. Staff are friendly, helpful & diligent and the meals leave you most satisfied. Can't recommend it enough!!

Good food and friendly staff. First time I have ever been refused to take home food that was paid for but left over. Never heard of " we don't have a take away food licence" which also made no sense when they advised you can take away deserts.

Meal was a little average, however I was very impressed with Nicole, very friendly and was very impressed with her cleaning of tables, including salt and pepper shakers and chair..
Not often I see staff going to such detail. Well done

Food was nice. We watched Gypsy The Fleetwood Mac tribute show, pity the sound guys and a girl didn't stop talking through the show.
We were on table 12, right at the back, so distracting through the show.Guys were talking and the girl laughing, I asked them to stop, I spoke to manger he walked off on me,
Reception hung up on me.
So very disappointed, I was really looking forward to the show.

Excellent meals, excellent dessert, good price. Atmosphere can be noisy at times, but all in all a great place

What a great experience I had at the RSL. The customer service from Maree and Ruby was amazing... so polite and friendly :) Dan the chef cooked a delicious, yummy meal, the cob loaf garlic bread was great, and the desert was yummy. The overall experience was great, and I recommend the RSL to everyone. I will be going back again to try more on the menu.

Lovely meals on a Sunday night, Calamari came out a bit late, but tasted nice and tender. Staff member Brooklyn provided great service and made us feel welcome.

The RSL room is very nice and cozy for a medium size event. Very Good food. Steak or barramundi 1st course. Sweets followed. Show was very mediocre. A few songs played were good.. Lodi. Etc. The band was way too loud on most songs, which were hard to recognise until 1/2 way Through the song. But plenty of older people were enjoying it and dancing to their favourite hits. The band is barely 3 x * . Too loud, off key most songs so loud it was impossible to recognise the song.

I really like it at the Greensborough RSL it's got lots of parking. The staff are lovely, the food is really good too. I like the lay out of the tables as they are not close together. It's not noisy with everywhere carpeted. And it's very clean.

Lovely relaxing environment. Great place to stay cool during warm weather and warm when weather is cold - and enjoy a coffee and catch-up or a well cooked meal amongst friends.

Place was okay for a pub feed, ordered the steak. Was not to bad, place was well serviced and tidy

Food is really great. It gets busy on certain nights so getting a table might require a booking.

Safe place for veterans great bistro and a regular coffee morning for veterans to catch up.

What they about RSL food is true. The food was delicious and if are a member it works out to be even cheaper. After eating you can always go to the gaming lounge downstairs.

Food has gone down a lot.. went to celebrate my sister's 80th and there was only a mouth full of lambs fry which was tough and chewy will not frequent this place again ...am from Sydney... John L

A great rsl club . The bistro is great for lunch ...they even have lamb's fry and bacon . Prices are reasonable.

Where to begin, they oversold the steaks we purchased and the manager on yelled at her staff infront of every one.
Ordered multiple steaks for the table, was given wrong cut of meat for one, all 4 were cooked incorrectly and inedible,, when the manager came out she was rude and abrasive and took the steak off the table and made it a big deal she had to re do it. I can't believe the experience we had given the price of the steaks. To top it off, 5 of us are sick from eating there.would not reccomend this place.

Food was absolutely shocking and the Parma had bones in it. I personally wouldn't feed it to my dog. The steak sandwich was cold and tasted like leather. One of the worst experiences of my life. Wouldn't recommend going here and not coming back anytime soon.

Friendly, prompt service. Good prices. Relaxed atmosphere. Great place for a gathering.
Food was beautifully presented & tasty

Great quality food and nice atmosphere courteous staff and friendly environment. It even has a playroom for younger kids. The place can get busy during meal times so make sure you book. Will definitely visit again.

Recently went to the Bistro for dinner, i ordered the Chicken Kiev & although the garlic butter oozed, the Chicken was raw inside - i was really disappointed.
The staff were great about it, so I ordered the cheese & bacon burger - unfortunately, the bacon was not cooked properly & the beef patty was raw...i won't be going back!!

Great value for money, helpful staff and seniors meals. If you're sick of cooking up a roast dinner, the RSL is a perfect option.

Yeah good place for a feed and drink. Shame it'll be closed down again from midnight along with the rest of the state. No thanks to the twits who continually spread the virus. Fine them and lock them up. No excuses whatsoever.

I like to say that I went to a family (wake), and I was a bit disappointed in the food preparation , with not enough food on the table at the one time . You need at least put three big plates of food out all the same time not just one! Also where are the tongs for food ? say about the Covid ! But out the front of entry you had to sign in , but what about inside it doesnt make sense , if I was running the place I would put three large big plate of finger food tongs and savouries and same for sweets not just one at a time . Your workers need to A bit better how to handle things out because if I was running it I do way better.

What lovely staff!On Sunday after Mother's Day lunch I took my Mum to the Greensborough RSL for a quick coffee, cake and play on the pokies. We had a fantastic time!What made the occasion even more special was the warm, lovely, inviting staff through out the whole venue!A special mention must be given to the young lady who was working at the front desk, I believe her name is 'Ange'.Ange truly made our Mother's Day coffees a great end to the day! Ange was kind, professional, respectful and great at rapport building. She is a true asset to the Greensborough RSL.We will definitely be back!Thank you kindly for the wonderful afternoon!

A family birthday party the staff were wonderful, the food good the staff happily bought out the Birthday Cake we provided on a beautiful cake stand candles alight ready for us to sing Happy Birthday. Providing plates, knife & spoons. Thank you Greensborough RSL

From the moment we walked in to when we left all the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The girl at the front desk I believe her name was Ange was so friendly it was such an awesome experience...plus the food was really tasty!!! Thanks guys :)

Went for dinner around 6pm, wasn't too busy. The staff are friendly and the service was great. I had the pepper steak med rare , and it was a very good steak. Food was hot and didn't take long to get the meal. Recommend coming and trying
