Lovely renovated room, new and comfy bed. Shared Bathroom was lovely and clean. Walls are paper thin and you could literally hear the bloke next door getting through the night. 😂 They have a community room on the same floor with well appointed kitchen, etc. problem is if you are trying to sleep. You can hear all the chatter and add it is a pub, they come up to continue the party. Didn't get much sleep until after 2am. Still, it was an experience and it was quaint. Beautiful little town. Lovely overnight stay. Easily spend a few days in town.

We had a lovely lunch today at a awesome country pub.
We had chicken parmigianas with hot chips and vegetables, with cheesy garlic bread.

Highly recommend the Grand Old Crow Hotel in Crows Nest.

Had a meal in the bistro. Very ordinary, frozen soggy vegetables. Oily chips. Rubbery fish. Accosted by a hoard of flies whilst trying to eat. Had to replace our drink because fly dive bombed into the glass. Response..oh dear that's no good...$9 for a new drink....customer service....I don't think so 😥

Delicious meals were had by all the family. I loved the hamburger chips and salad. Perfect. Hubby had the roast lamb meal said it was ??'?. Will be back for another meal when visiting the town. Thanks for the great service.
