Where do I start. It's crazy that the management of this hotel is worst ever. I have been in this bar more more than a year on a regular basis. Everything was great so far but this week the whole management team disappointed me for a small issue.
Every time, I win , I never checked or counted the money when I cash out from the cashier machine and everything think was absolutely okay when I deposited on my bank account until last week.
Last week on Wednesday night I won $1017.80 total and I cashed out form the one of the machine and went to the bank for deposit on the way I counted it but there was short $115.As soon as I found out that I checked the receipt and there was written $15 credit because machine ran out of 10 and 5 dollars note. So I went back to hotel and ask the staff at that time and explained everything, she checked the ticket and gave me 15 dollars credit which was written on the ticket and told to come next morning for the $100 and talk to the head manager.
I went to the hotel the next day and explained manager everything and she started to look the ticket from last night but couldn't find and told me that she will have a look and check cctv, then decide what to do next. And after 1 week ( today) I talk to manager and she told me that I only cashed out $1002.80 which was written in receipt from cashier machine not the original one from the slot machine ( of $1017.80 , which I cash out and put into cashier machine). She insisted that my ticket was of 1002.80 and I got all my money.
I tried to tell her what happened that night again ( cash was short in the cashier machine) but she said everything was fine.
I can't believe that the management of this hotel just crazy, doesn't listen to regular customers.
I'm never ever going back again.
