Pleasant enough place for a drink, but still has issues with the air-conditioning, typical conglomerate run bar, only redeeming feature is the friendly staffs

An oasis. Top service. Spotless and quiet.

Went there on Thursday night, wanted to try my lunch but too busy so I left. Very nice gaming room.

From the south west, but I do enjoy the ambience and the atmosphere that this small pub has to offer. I tend to enjoy the days being there, watching American football or basketball there. Great service and none of those staff that are rude.

From when did a pub in sydney stopped accepting international passport? Was there today and the bouncer didn't let me in because I had my passport on me saying its the company policy. If that's the policy most of the pubs would be empty. Tried to give 0 stars but couldn't haha

Where do I start. It's crazy that the management of this hotel is worst ever. I have been in this bar more more than a year on a regular basis. Everything was great so far but this week the whole management team disappointed me for a small issue.

Every time, I win , I never checked or counted the money when I cash out from the cashier machine and everything think was absolutely okay when I deposited on my bank account until last week.

Last week on Wednesday night I won $1017.80 total and I cashed out form the one of the machine and went to the bank for deposit on the way I counted it but there was short $115.As soon as I found out that I checked the receipt and there was written $15 credit because machine ran out of 10 and 5 dollars note. So I went back to hotel and ask the staff at that time and explained everything, she checked the ticket and gave me 15 dollars credit which was written on the ticket and told to come next morning for the $100 and talk to the head manager.

I went to the hotel the next day and explained manager everything and she started to look the ticket from last night but couldn't find and told me that she will have a look and check cctv, then decide what to do next. And after 1 week ( today) I talk to manager and she told me that I only cashed out $1002.80 which was written in receipt from cashier machine not the original one from the slot machine ( of $1017.80 , which I cash out and put into cashier machine). She insisted that my ticket was of 1002.80 and I got all my money.
I tried to tell her what happened that night again ( cash was short in the cashier machine) but she said everything was fine.

I can't believe that the management of this hotel just crazy, doesn't listen to regular customers.
I'm never ever going back again.

The kiwi manager at this bar is honestly the nicest guy! He goes above and well beyond in terms of service. I honestly left the pub in the most elevated happy mood purely because of his energy. The world needs more people like this.. this pub is very VERY lucky to have him

I have been coming to Golden Tiger for 3 years now and I will never step foot in here again.

Avoid this pub at all costs. The licensee, Nat is racist to Nepalese. She targets Nepalese and gets the security to kick them out. It is disgusting how she does not treat her customers as human beings.

I will be contacting Iris in regards to having her terminated.

Service was a bit slow but tasty and quite good value.

A welcoming pub with a bit of casino feel. What makes the place a bit different is the ability to get such nice food from upstairs and eat it with a beer downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful (and quite attractive). Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic atmosphere within the tiger. Friendly staff to cater to your every need. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed gaming environment.

Not a bad pub, fair price, fresh renovation, but could a bigger range of booze.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and locals. Front bar had a big window seat to watch passers-by, back area is where the poker machines are which has their own bar and staff. Upstairs has a restaurant (dumpling house) prices are pretty reasonable, however their wine selection isn't that great.

The staff always greet you with a smile which is nice to see after a hard day of work, the service is outstanding. I've been to a lot of pubs in Sydney and this is the best.
