Very happy with our two night stay, the room was clean and the bed comfy. The location was great, walking distance to all the eateries and shops. The owner was welcoming and gave us good advice about what to see in the area. Would happily stay there again.

Very welcoming by the lovely staff (think it was the owners). Rooms were large and clean. We stayed in the king spa room so we got the beautiful mountain and ocean view. Cafes and restaurants was walking distance too. Very peaceful location. Would recommend to anyone that wants to go for a relaxed getaway

Our family of 3 recently stayed here for a couple of nights on our south coast road trip and we would not hesitate to stay again. The rooms were big enough for what we needed, clean and comfortable. The parking was a little tricky due to the size of our vehicle, however the lovely owners helped us without any issues at all. The best part about this place is the proximity to everything. We walked pretty much everywhere! Definitely worth it.

The location is very good, close to the main shopping area with plenty of cafes, etc. nearby. Clean & comfy rooms.

Nice clean room was on the ground floor due to travelling with parent with some mobility issues so no view. We could park in front of the room which was really helpful. It is a nice and quiet location. and walking distance to shops, cafes, beach etc. My sister stayed in room above ours on first floor said view was awesome.

Absolutely magnificent 4 star motel! ??? My parents and I stayed here for 1 night and, the first thing that really amazed me was the views from the motel! You can see the hills, mountains and the town! Absolutely stunning and loved the early SUNRISE view!

Beautiful sounds of nature, unique birds and so peaceful and quiet at night time! I also loved the outside decor and the corridor hallway, also the gardens and flowers as well as very own BBQ facilities outside the verandah!

The room inside was very clean, spotless and especially the owners were so kind, gentle and friendly with us! They were even generous when we came inside and they asked if we need any help in getting our stuff from inside the car. ????'??

Lovely and polite staff who were extremely accommodating! Highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet retreat. Close to everything, including Werri Beach and the main street. Off street parking and can accommodate 4wds.
Be warned that there may be up to four flights of stairs to navigate, so be sure to ask for ground floor if you require access. The doors are not self locking, as we found out when another guest entered our room unexpectedly, which we found hysterical but others may not have. Very much enjoyed our relaxing weekend, thank you!

Very professional and helpful hosts-Brian and Kirstene. Attentive to us as we were not the most mobile! The only complaint is the use of the spa above our room after hours was very noisy. We think spas should be located on the ground floor as the noise would be less invasive? Room was clean, comfortable and well located.

We had a good stay, the location is perfect! The overall accommodation is comfortable and clean. We stayed for one night as we were passing through. Brian was very friendly and welcoming as he greeted us upon check in and check out.

We stayed in a spa room that was comfortable and well furnished towels good quality one thing I may suggest is maybe salts or spa foam.
normal body wash was provided but didn't use In case oversudding happened ? dinned in restaurant which I could not fault food(steak) & wine excellent my partner unfortunately didn't enjoy the lamb as much. On checking in service Friendly helpful and informative helped with our bags as stairs and offered to call courtesy bus if required overall a pleasant experience

Stayed 2 nights. No lift. Have to carry bags up flights of stairs. Room old and dated. Nothing like photos on website. The chain lock on door did not even reach so could not be used for extra security. Beds squeak so could not move around much. In house restaurant not open for our 2 night stay which was disappointing. Reception staff not very friendly and warm. When leaving did not get asked did we enjoy stay, just straight out with "anything used from mini bar"! Location is 10/10 other than that, pretty dated.

We stayed overnight & found this to be a lovely, well furnished hotel. Reception staff were good & the restaurant fantastic! The chef is very good as are the meals. Great value & pleasant dining room ??'?

My husband and I stayed at this well located motel earlier this month. We have stayed previously and now it is under new management or new owners - not sure, but they were very friendly and professional. Really it is a lovely motel, our room was spacious and spotless with everything one needs. It is a only short stroll to the centre of this lovely coastal town. We were here to visit friends in town, so did not get to eat in the motel restaurant, but did have a peep at the menu and it looked super!
Absolutely no down-side for us. Definitely would stay here again.

Came to Gerringong for a family event and stayed 2 nights. Large very clean and well stocked rooms. Easy walk to town. Welcoming Owners greeted us on arrival and were very helpful.

This hotel is very well located, the rooms are a great size and very clean. My husband treated us to the spa room as we have been travelling a great deal and thought it would be nice to enjoy a jacuzzi. This is where the problem starts. Unless you want to use the spa early in the evening people will complain about the noise which completely defeats the point of having a jacuzzi in the room. My advice to anyone staying here is don't pay for the jacuzzi room unless you are someone who goes to bed early.

Replying to your response. As a middle aged couple we were not using the spa until the small hours. I used it at 21:00 and my husband from around 22:55 to 23:10. I do not find these times unreasonable. Having paid extra for the spa room, I would expect to use it without restrictions. At the time of booking there was not any note of this issue. The note on the bathroom doesn't state a time. Being as we have not stayed at your property before we were unaware of issues. It would be helpful if you could state on your website under the room description the issue, people could then choose if they want to pay the extra ,$30

I've never actually stayed here, although I believe it's quite nice. I've only been to the restaurant for some really excellent meals and great service. Well worth the effort to go here for a top meal.

Great Motel I had King Spa room it was great, clean and staff are lovely. The food from restaurant is the best. Beautiful verandah and the view is fantastic. Beautiful area. Highly recommend.

The rooms are neat and tidy. They have books to read and also have many tourist helpful pamphlet inside the room and outside the common area. The books are related to kids and also to parents.it located in a peaceful area. It is affordable price too. But finding the hotel parking is little trouble.

You can hear every little noise from outside. Room next to stairs, directly opposite their 'restaurant' upstairs. Food need to be pre-ordered. No microwave oven. Collected my credit card information multiple times (hope it is not just on a piece of paper), and actual payment were done with my card again afterwards.

On the bright side, great location, plenty of food options within walking distance. Very nice little town.

Beautiful hotel. It felt 10?- more than the price they ask. hotel is clean and the interiors are beautiful. The restaurant looks very stylish and food is great! I mean, the hallways are just a thing of beauty. Paintings in the room and the hallway just add to elegance and quality of the stay. I will definitely come back!

Reasonably priced, centrally located, very comfortable, good amenities and quiet. The big feature of this hotel is the food. Dinner in the restaurant last night was excellent and well priced. I had the crispy salmon and steamed greens on the specials board and it was really good - loved the crispy sweet potato too :-) Breakfast this morning was delivered hot and lovely. I stay in a lot of hotels and I don't think I've had a properly hot breakfast in a long time (and the bacon was crispy and perfect). My compliments to the chef. Service is great, meals served on time and staff are lovely. Highly recommend.
