Monday and Tuesday cheap weekly meals of steak and chicken parmy are great and easy on the wallet.

Staff are always super friendly and free pool on a Monday.

Great pub. Only stopped in briefly in between wedding ceremony and reception but was a good spot. They handled a large unexpected group well. Clean and tidy, well kept pub. Bathroom was downstairs but I'm not sure if accessible via a lift?

I recently organised a work trivia event that we held in the upstairs room at the Freeway Hotel. Tony and his team were so helpful and went out of their way to make the event really fantastic. The food was great as was the venue. Everyone loved it.

I attended an event there, that spanned across 2 rooms, the staff and security couldn't have been friendlier.
The only downside was the sound systems couldn't handle the music, but it was ok.
Highly recommend if you are hosting an event or party.

Went for late dinner, was told kitchen closing in 10mins. Appreciate they still took our order. Thai beef salad was well marinated although a bit tough. Steak medium rare but turned out medium well, the meat was tender though. Chips & onion rings were crispy. Overall a good dinner. Ambience nothing to shout about.

Cannot rate the food and the service highly enough. I had the rump steak chips salad and mushroom gravy. The chef was happy to cook for me even though it was late and It was a quiet Tuesday. The salad was remarkably fresh, my rump, i ordered mine medium and it was so very tender, tasty and was cooked to perfection.
The gravy. Ooooohhhh the GRaVy baby! It had the shine, it had the flavour, oh how I love gravy and THIS was the bomb!! Even the chips were fluffy in the middle crisp on the outside with a tasty seasoning.

Quality not often seen in a pub feed at this price.

The bistro has great food. I've come here on a Saturday. There's not many people around. The quality of the meal.. I don't normally order a chicken parmie as time and time again I've been disappointed with overcooked chicken but no it was moist, cook to perfection. I opted for veggies and mash with pepper sauce. Looking at the surrounding meals lamb pie, sirloin and fish and chips quite generous portions. Great meal and friendly staff. Even great on a Saturday.

Comfortable, great jazz on Saturdays!

The Freeway Hotel has extraordinary JAZZ on a Saturday afternoon with Al Davey Jazz Band from 3pm to 6pm. A great dance floor for any one who wants to dance to the many exciting Al Davey originals from the band. A small cover charge applys which on admission which your proof of entry ticket gets you a free beer or soft drink. There is a great bistro with reasonable prices.

Second time here and it doesn't disappoint.

Food was again awesome and huge servings, not to mention the great flavours.

Atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet.
Staff extremely friendly and courteous and even took time out to meet and greet us at our table.

Plenty of parking underneath hotel.

The place was busy but we had our meals within 40mins. The food was tasty and satisfying. A little blunder with meals not coming out at the same time but the service and taste made up for it

I haven't had a rib eye cooked as good as the one i had tonight it was perfect not a bad put for a couple of beer's after work and a feed

Great modern style pub but without the pretentious and tacky decor of many other modern bars . Almost has a leagues club vibe to it. Great for watching sports or just having a relaxing drink overlooking the M2 . One of my favourite pubs in Sydney.

Food is good and portions are massive! Pool tables available at a very reasonable price. Lots of screens for sports fans. Would definitely come back!

Sad that COVID makes some venues look so sparse. The food is great, I had their Steak Sandwich on Turkish bread, over priced but enjoyable.

Friendly helpful staff, a pretty good place with $5 schooners and actually very nice affordable steaks.

Nice hotel with friendly staff it has a good atmosphere and vibe.
Very clean amenities and fit out. The parking is around the back and underneath which if your not a local can be difficult to find.
There is a small gaming area and sports bar tab.

Pretty average pub food, at quite high prices. Schnitzels are freshly fried and come out hot, chips are quite ok, nothing special at all. It's pretty handy to have waitressing service for beers (but I think this is only on certain days)
