Took my team to the Four in Hand. A pub i love and have been frequently visiting for 20 years. Unfortunately, the night was slightly tarnished by an overcooked steak (medium to well done rather than medium rare). Normally we wouldn't be to picky but when spending near $1000 on the team and the steak is ~$50 felt it was worth mentioning. Unfortunately, the response from the kitchen was rude and unacceptable. We will definitely go back, every one deserves an off night :)

Local pub, with nice and friendly neighborhoods. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great pub to watch the sports. Plenty of drinks menu. Sunday Roast always the must?

Been here twice for Sunday roast. Really not impressed. Yorkshire puddings dry, overdone and tasteless. Beef very average. Schnitzel beyond dry. Sauce actually unpleasant. 11 people for dinner first time around and 4 the second. Even the mash was less than average. Wouldn't be in a rush to come back. Nice staff though.

This is a pub that's been around a long time, in a suburb that has especially high standards for food, service and drinks. This pub under current management is a fail. I honestly do not know how it is possible to make a chicken Parma that is not delicious. They managed. The side sauces tasted bad. The chicken was dry. And everyone, with different dishes were equally unimpressed. On top of this, service is characterless with waiters who would rather be anywhere else.

It's a wide berth from me in future.

this local pub has so much potential. They offer some really delicious food however the serving sizes are quite small. Hanger steak for example is $34 for 200g with a handful of chips. I'd be happy to pay more if there was a 300g steak on offer. They also don't provide a kids menu which is annoying.

This is one of our local pubs. Gotta say it's really improved over the last few years. The room is charming for a pub, nice open feel, always a good crowd but not over crowded. And the food has lifted and is generally excellent for a pub. We go here over any number of more famous restaurants in the area and always have a nice meal. A great local.

Beautiful local pub with an extensive menu serving some really delicious food. The calamari was absolutely outstanding and the most tender I have had in ages.
The porchetta had a beautiful crisp skin and tender inside. Hanger steak was tender and soft inside with a great rub packed full of flavour. Looking forward to a couple of those schnitzels and the awesome looking new menu.

Great food, generous servings - great quality pub food. A bit higher on the scale price wise but not exorbitant. A great local pub with finer meal options. Worth checking out - it definitely would be quite busy in the evenings so I'd suggest making a reservation.

Fab cosy, neighborhood pub. Good selection of beer, happy hour offers, a varied menu and plenty seating in a variety of rooms so it doesn't lose its cosiness. Staff are really friendly too.

Booked for 645pm Friday night with a swans game on. Very strict at the door about booking or not. I would suggest it doesnt seem like a walk in pub... ordered beers from an okay selection from tap, no sours on tap. Food was good. We ordered the lamb shoulder (which take about 45 mins to come out) but it was good, great size for $79. The gnoocchi that we ordered we think they forgot it as it was too crispy on the outside and gooey inside and when we followed up the order they rushed it out... not worth $25. Steak was good quality and a large serving of fries. Would recommend if you have booked. Security were friendly, other staff not so much.

Love the atmosphere and the food is really good. Bar service can be a bit slow and wine selection is a bit mediocre. Good local pub and generous sizes for meals.

Very atmospheric pub. Great location and friendly staff. Food was delicious - I had the Poke Bowl with Salmon. First time I'd ever eaten here so a really pleasant surprise. Staff so helpful and even charged my friend's phone for her- very welcoming- and therefore I'll be back for sure!

Very attentive staff and well managed. Food was ok without being remarkable. Wine list had some interesting choices if a little extra.

Good craft beer selection on tap. Food very good. On the slightly higher end rather than cheap bar food.
