Very hospitable host and very large comfortable room. Wifi is excellent

"Staff were very hospitable, but the lack of cleanliness caused me to catch and severely be bitten from bedbugs.

As well as the main reason for my stay was the pool and gym. Both were not great experiences, the gym had like 3 rusty gym equipment and the pool had the cleaning robot in it the entire stay so couldn't even use the pool."

Lovely clean rooms, very comfortable large bed, our room was very big and airy. The reception lady was super friendly and helpful . We had a very relaxing time

Very delicious meal. It used to have a much more interesting menu, apparently, which is why my daughter in law chose it for our post Xmas lunch. Unfortunately, we missed that menu. The food was still awesome.

First night I had nice chicken ribs as a starter... only halfway through my main turned up.
Second night I started with lamb ribs ...tastie ..halfway through my main turned up.
Really need to work on their service management

Pretty much booked out every room for our wedding guests. Can't fault the service or cleanliness of rooms. Communication has been great throughout. Barry and Sara have been very accommodating. Would stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff here is truly amazing, very friendly. And it feels like they truly want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Dining area and entry were very pleasant. Unfortunately our culinary experience did not match the surrounds. Almost every dish ordered was below par- chips were cold and the dregs,( when we complained a fresh dish was made) overspiced Singapore noodles, tex mex salad had chips which tasted as if they were old, stale and rank, side salad appeared not fresh and there was a noticeable absence of coriander in the Thai salad. Bar staff couldn't make a cocktail requested because they had no mint. Overall overpriced for inferior quality.

Lovely boutique hotel, very clean and modern. Lovely staff, they could not do enough for us. . Comfortable bed.

3.50 for Woolworths Brande water bottle in the room. But of an overcharge when it's only $5 for a 12 pack.

we made a booking and canceled a week prior making a new booking but was charged a cancelation fee of $234 so i cancelled the second booking and was charged again another $234 a week prior to booking - i have made many calls and spoken to numerous people and still have not received my refund - BEWARE they charge your credit card for unathorised transactions so check your statements. communication shocking

Our stay wasn't pleasant at all for the price we paid to wake up to NO hot water. Unable to call the reception due to no answer. When we were leaving we spoke to the owner to let him know we were unhappy about no hot water his response was nothing I can do about it. Very disappointed we didn't even get a discount from a room we paid $230 for. Definitely won't be back!!

We were displaced by the QLD floods in Feb 2022, the team at this hotel are simply amazing! They were kind, caring and did their absolute best to keep the service levels high, even when they were struggling behind the scenes due to linen truck getting stuck on flooded roadblocks. They even let me put my 3 x chickens in the shade at the back of the hotel (contained in a dog crate). Thanks guys, highly recommend!

A excellent 4.5 star motel, lovely big room with king size beds very clean well service rooms every day. Has a pool and small gym clean every day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and helpful.
This motel would be a 5star if the restaurant didn't close down because of COVID restrictions.
We will be coming back every time we come to Queensland

1st time there for a function. Staff friendly . Food plate full. Reasonably priced

Was greeted by a lady who literally said 2 words to us and that was it, handed us menus then walked away which we thought was odd and kinda rude. As a vegan I was very disappointed by the lack of options, I ended up going for a pizza no cheese; which was not nice, no flavour. Would come back if there were more choices for me. One plus was there was live music, and the girl had a beautiful voice.

We decided to check out early as the place was stuffy, and had crawling insects around. Have a video of it.They refused to give us our refund and threatened to call the police if we ever call again. This place does not fit to be called a hotel, there is hardly anyone at the desk. The pool is so dirty.

EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING WORTH THE MONEY. Had to stay here with my family as the quest was fully booked and we needed to be in the area. We found what appeared to be a syringe under our bed. Horrified that rooms are not being cleaned thoroughly between guests, especially with covid. Front desk assured us we'd hear from management regarding the state of our room but we haven't. Cleary they do not care.
Good luck finding anyone downstairs at any given time. Bar/restaurant/reception are abandoned pretty much all the time. Also, if you want to use the pool be prepared to clean it yourself, no worries though the pool net is left thrown to the side of the pool. Also you'll have a great view of all the rubbish under the hedges from the pool. There's a tiny gym and laundry but these rooms appear to be a dumping ground for all sorts of random things, following the general dirty and unloved feel of the whole place.

Just wanted to put in a review to say that I was very happy with the bartending service, very happy and polite, and were fast with their service. One in particular by the name of connorly was very helpful and polite last night. Definitely would come back again

Not a bad pub. Only stopped in for a couple of beers but they were cold & hit the spot

Hair on the bed and overall not very clean. Described having a kitchenette but really was just the fridge and a microwave. Would not pay that much to stay again and it certainly isn't a 4 star unfortunately

What a way to welcome someone to QLD with one of the worst meals Ive ever paid too much money for. As far as frozen food schnitzels from IGA goes even Mr McCain could have done better. I thought at least the gravy would save it, but Gravox isnt that good. Oh well at least I would be full... No actually my kids I dont have wouldnt be full from that.

Fantastic service and great to see everyone back at work again. Great food and service. Can't compliment enough!
