Wonderful food. Had the creamy prawns, Chicken Parmigana, Chicken Schnitzel, bread and butter pudding and sticky date pudding. All of it was delicious and the people working there did everything they could to accomodate us. Amazing experience, amazing chef and amazing people. Can't wait to come back here.

Had I known about the Albert Hotel Milparinka, I would have stayed there.
Basically there is limited accommodation in Tibooburra, as the Tibooburra Hotel is still recovering from fire repairs. The room lacks basic expectations, and I have stayed in dongas before, but not any place to hang clothes.
When you check in it is all smiles, but after that it is downhill. The laundry was closed to guests when we were there.
The only thing good was the staff -- the packpackers make the place.
Would I stay here again -- not even if I was given a room -- I would drive the 40km to the Albert Hotel Milparinka and support them.

Fabulous, giant portioned food. You can not go wrong stopping here for dinner. Interesting art work on the walls.

Great value food and basic accommodation was marred by rain. Somehow it drips and clangs on the aircon unit for the room. The wifi was a bit flakey which made it hard to plan/book the next destination

This was my 5th visit in the last five years. The management and staff were extremely helpful. The meals were huge, and of excellent value for money. Definitely coming back

Spent 2 nights at the Family Hotel and found the owner and staff very friendly and helpful, food was very good and at very reasonable price, accommodation for a pub stay was what you would expect with good clean toilets and showers.
Would recommend a visit to any one thinking of visiting Tibooburra. Thanks

Great place to stay if you travel around this location, All the stuff super friendly and they are really taking care about their client.
The chef is really skilled and he make one of the best Chicken parmi of all Australia for my taste.

We recently visited Tibooburra and were very happy with the friendly, amazing service provided by the wonderful lady and her team, including Matt (the young British fellow) who all made us feel welcome and part of the "family". They helped us out of a sticky situation where they really didn't have to, and for that we are grateful. We were happy with the one night's accommodation in their motel, that was clean, tidy and comfortable. The pub food was nice too.
It's great to see that good customer service extends as far as outback NSW.
I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Extremely friendly, clean, comfortable accommodation. Great food across the road at the hotel. Cold beer, great sized tasty meals. The family, friends & locals at the pub were very welcoming to a city slicker like me. Gave me good advice about our trip out & back to Cameron Corner. Highly recommend.

One of the worst pubs on our trip. Terrible service.

Poor service, awful food, couldn't eat a simple chicken snitzel, tasted like fish and tender as leather gave it to my mate who eats anything he vomited a few hours later, rooms were poor with only a kettle and microwave, no area to prepare a snack, one of the ac units didn't work along with the TV. Only place to stay atm, definitely eat at the other pub!

Terrific meals and very friendly staff . Wood heater and a pool table cold beers . Also accommodation just across the road

If only I could give more stars, was an amazing 2 night stay. Meals are massive and your steak cooked to perfection. Service outstanding thank you Melissa and Maggie for your hospitality very welcoming. Rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. Will highly recommend and we will be back.

Melissa and her family were the perfect hosts. Great hospitality, beautiful clean rooms in the motel and great food at the pub. Melissa even took the time to get to know our plans for the day and look out that we returned safely from Cameron's Corner after dark. Family by name, family by nature!

Great outback pub, lovely meals. The girls loved the birds! We also stayed in the motel, rustic country style rooms.

This is a great hotel to stay and to eat. The rooms were good quality for such a remote location. The staff were very friendly. Checking in was easy. Also friendly service in the restaurant that provided good quality pub food at a reasonable price.

Anybody heading to Tibooburra will be given a huge country welcome from Melissa and her crew. This hotel is very friendly and the locals always have time for a chat. The accommodation is perfect after a long day on the road. The rooms are more than adequate, beds comfortable, showers huge, with plenty of hot water, and the beers are ice cold. Just be warned though. The meals served here are massive and in four days I haven't managed to finish one yet. All in all, I would totally recommend this hotel as the one to stay at when in the area.

Food was tasty. Had a steak burger for lunch. But no photo as I was told it was a $2 donation to take photos. One big table inside with most tables outside.

The food was delicious and the meals are very generous. A lovely way to end the day, sitting on the veranda with a cold one and a good meal.

I was looked after like one of the family. Mel was an outstanding boss of the team. Food was absolutely wonderful. If you're in the real outback go and stay with Mel.
