Great place, people and live music ?

We were the only people in the dining room but still had to wait then my order (1 of4) was incorrect. Schnitzels were over cooked on a deep fryer. I will say one of the worst pub meals I have had.

Friendly service and superb massive food options.

Stopped in for a beer at Blayney while I waited for the bride to land in Orange. I walked in to some live music and the bloke was one of the best performers I've seen. Jesus would have gotten up a day early for this fella. What was most surprising was the locals. So friendly and welcoming. I was sitting by myself and they came and said hi. I'll be telling everyone about this place and the famous clock on the roof!

I returned to Blayney for a stay-over while photographing a motorsport event at Bathurst and also revisited the Exchange Hotel after many years wondering if the food is still as good as it was back in 2016. I can honestly say, yes it is. So glad I didn't order the Mixed Grill tonight, as the Reef and Beef was excellent, with the steak being the best (actually better than the one I had in NYC in 2015 at Gabby O'Hara's Irish Pub), I'd eaten in years.

The food was very good better than you would expect from a pub. We took the family and were very happy with the whole night

Such a friendly relaxed atmosphere, amazing manager, the meals were huge, delicious, normal pub food, tremendous value. Just a really down to earth great pub. Thoroughly recommend it.

Sharni the Chef & Dan the Man behind the bar, were amazing and beyond accomodating. Their country hospitality was nothing short of brilliant. Sharni's wingman was so respectful and absolutely so friendly to chat with. Food was the best that we have had after numerous days travelling on our motorbike visiting numerous pubs across northern NSW. You guys have far exceeded our expectations and we will 100% be back and plan to stay a few nights. Definitely beyond recommend this pub. If you drive past the Exchange....chuck a u-turn and head back...and tell ''em Matt and Mandy recommend it!! ?

Took our booking by several phone conversations, had no rooms for us when we arrived. Went elsewhere. Our group was not the only one being turned away.

Was told it's renovated when booking over the phone. I was given a room with broken window in a town goes below Zero overnight. Other part of the window had a crack, with celotape over it.
Must have been there for years.
Everywhere was booked out when working close.... it was only $ 50.

I'm not expecting too much ...but I'm expecting sealed windows as a minimum & clean. Yes the rooms got a new paint & carpet. But Dust, cobwebs In room. Bathrooms not clean. I can strongly recommend do not be misled by the photos & assurance when booking.

Good local beers on tap. Kitchen was closed but were given a complimentary plate of dim sims! Very friendly pub.

Love the history in this building.Comfortable bed, good size tv, fridge was handy, nice hot shower with excellent pressure, good security and off street parking. All with friendly, helpful staff. Keep up with the renos....I'll be back to check (lol)!

Best accommodation in town! Don't let the price tag fool you, it's a delightful place to stay! Rooms are beautifully presented and well maintained. Highly recommend having dinner downstairs around the toasty fireplace.It's a 'must stay place' to have on any traveller check list.

Had a nice dinner with my family, schnitzel was very moist and yummy just not enough chips. Kids meal is for a small child my 10 year old had the fish and chips and was still hungry. Friendly service if food was on par with their hospitality would've gotten a 5!
