I recently visited this hotel last week and was thoroughly impressed by the atmosphere and the impeccable service. beautiful presentation from the [---] room in the gaming room! The room was clean and bright, and the gaming room service was always on time. I will be coming back, Thank you so much.
Cheap drinks, complimentary hot food and snacks are amazing too.
The staff was great. They were very helpful and good to have a short conversation with.
From the moment I arrived I felt safe and very welcomed.

Great atmosphere, Great people, Great Staff members I have a great time on Friday night at Emington Hotel, and I am looking forward for every Friday to go there.

This place is not a hotel, its a gaming venue.10am to 4am Forget the pub its run down empty excuse to allow pokies at the site, the gaming area is the only tidy and new looking part of the place. Indoor smoking only, some how they found a way around the laws. The place is dodgy, the staff are dodgy, and so is the security . Dont expect to to play and have a chance, thats reserved for the gaming syndicate that is called in when the jackpot reaches its limits. The staff stand behind them encouraging them, I have seen them gamble $4k and 6K on black and red with the staff encouraging them and those players being very lucky, 4 machines on the one link " each player had $5k-$12k in winnings in the machine "crazy fingers normally"and machines not accessible to the regular punter all night, all jackpot machines taken by one group, who speak the same language as the staff, and only turn up when the Jackpot is at its max... The security staff kick people out for little or no reason so they can play their credits,I have never seen working security play the pokies with the staff accompanying them... Its just a dodgy place

Disabled toilets permanantly locked. Reason given is to prevent people from breaking laws. Because that's more important to them than letting people use the disabled toilets who need to.
They want us to walk all the way to the bar to ask for the padlock to be taken off, then stand around, EVERY time we want to use the bathroom.
I kept complaining about it, and asking them to unlock it, and when they finally said they had, they were lying.
When I complained about this on my way back, trying to buy my 4th beer, they decided it was easier to call me drunk and tell me to leave.
I will not stop fighting you until you make accessibility a reality.

This really good place and hotel also having internal facilities, but bit quiet. Just need to add on more publicity and Promoting Various Offers, which can help to grow their businesses.

The bar staff are very friendly.
My only issue is that the air conditioning is too cold. To have to wear winter clothing just to have quiet drink is ridiculous

Barmaid was friendly but it's a shadow of it's former self. And even that wasn't great.

The staff are professional and quite friendly too. If I were to give a rating purely on the staff it would have been 4 stars. A few times I've experienced some patron drama though. Not the best crowd to be honest.
