When someone has dietary requirements and we are being very clear about what they need. It is not a choice people make when they are ageing and ill and up to tonight they have been patrons of this establishment for many years. We can understand that the kitchen has its processes. But we really didn't appreciate the attitude given by the upstart serving tables. But hey, he's got a lot of growing up to do. The thought did cross my mind to remind him of the customer service part of his role. Let's hope a member of your family doesn't get ill champ.

I just wanted to say Thank You for giving us a table tonight & making us feel comfortable as busy as you guys were you took the time out, an our meals came out very quickly.

Fantastic old local hotel in Echuca which has had some updates but still retains some of its heritage features, friendly staff and very tasty food well worth a visit if you're staying in Echuca.

Food is terrible. Chicken pink. Mash potato thin and watery, not thick and creamy. Vegetables were only 4 brocollini and only got 2 tablespoons of gravy! Cheesecake tastes like it wasn't covered in the fridge.
Music was way, way too loud! Put a lot of stress on our evening, 2 people on our table having sensitive hearing. Instead of eating, had to walk outside, where it was much quieter, leave their food and leave someone sitting at the table alone. And we couldn't go back in until the music stopped. It was so uncomfortable and painful. If you have sensitive ears too, you would understand the feeling.
We won't be coming back here, because it was not at all enjoyable for our family with the terrible food and super loud music.
