Had 1 of the best country pub meals to match any city restaurant meal by far... with vegetarian & vegan options, huge bar, live music ? on Fri Sat, beer garden, pool table & an original Fergie ? tractor right in the bar (there's a story behind that one I tell you...) it's packed so better call ahead...

What a gem.
We ordered the Steak sandwich and lattes.
The coffees were beautiful, hot, smooth and very tasty.
The steak was very tender and delicious sauce.
Great value with friendly staff. The hotel was very cosy on a chilly day.

Has such a warm and friendly atmosphere, so cosy. Best pumkin soup also the burgers are fantastic!!! Honestly gotta love a live band on Friday night!

Had a lovely satisfying pub meal following recommendations.
The eggplant parmigiana was good and so was the braised lamb shank.
Average coffee but that should not deter you from having a great value for money meal.

Welcoming atmosphere, busy Friday night but service was prompt and friendly country people. We both had chicken parmigiana and they were perfectly cooked and generous.

Meals and service was great. Definitely recommend eating there.

Outstanding food. Not just "really good for a pub" kinda food, but really, really delicious meals on par with a fancy restaurant. Service is excellent too!

Stopped here for lunch when visiting a friend in Wentworth NSW. As we are little eater's we had the lunch special fish Chips and Salad. And it was a lovely perfect portion and only $12. The dining space is great and the staff very friendly. Definitely a great place to go for a bite and support local businesses without breaking the bank.

The food was fantastic, just what we needed after a day of traveling. Had our dog with us, we enjoyed the beer garden.

Kicked me out for having a chocolate thick shake from the takeaway across the road while having lunch with a group. They don't serve thick shakes there and no signs stating this rule.
Checked the hotel across the road and they where very welcoming for me to bring my shake in there and have lunch.

Just had dinner, I had roast pork and crackling, so tender and delicious, everything was great.
Wife was also very happy with her meal. So glad we tried a different place while here. Thanks to Wentworth for the camping too. We will be back definitely.! The pubs need us to visit, so please do. You won't regret it in Wentworth.!!!

An amazing find. We enjoyed this cozy pub complete with Ferguson tractor so much we came back for a second visit... Together with great music. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Dinner menu range and quality is terrific (and I'm GF). My one little suggestion for improvement is to boost the wine list - the food is so good it needs to have some good choices with which to pair.

Have been here three or four times, travelling from Canberra to see family. The food and service is better than at most restaurants that you pay twice as much at. The meals are always cooked extremely well (and quickly), staff are friendly, room is clean and well lit. Amazing to find a place that does the fundamentals so exceptionally well. I look forward to going back.

Lovely service, delicious meals, family friendly. We had nine people and everyone loved their meal. Coffee is great too. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.

Surprisingly had a lovely time with my family at this place. The food was very nice with reasonable prices. They make their own chicken nuggets for kids from scratch. Great ambience and quiet relaxing. Place was full during lunch but it did not look chaotic. Very clean too including the toilets. Will go back if I happen to visit the region again ;)

Spent the night here in Wentworth as a stopping point during our roadtrip. We had our new years eve dinner here and was so impressed with the service and food offered by the hotel.

Though it's not those flashy type of hotel, but it's very clean and spacious.

Kids had fish and chips as their kids meal. The battered fish is serious high quality real fish, not those fake cheap deep frozen fillets. If a restaurant handles kids meal well, you know they are serious with their food.

Adults had steak and lamb fillets and they are perfectly executed. We tried two of the sauces (Diane and gravy) and they were of really high quality. Chips on the side are fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

The hotel has some historical photos displayed, which makes you appreciate the hotel even more.

The staff are really friendly and I appreciate their effort in serving on a new years eve. Just saw some comments saying that there staff have been unfriendly or whatsoever, but I think the owner really did try to address the issue and what I experienced with the staff was superb service.

Would definitely stop by again in our next roadtrip.

Good experience, my sister suggested the Hotel. I had a lovely rogan Josh sister had nice fish and chips bro in law schnitzel not that moist. Overall ambiance good. Staff-attentive.

Not happy at all with the staff they were all stuck up with bad attitude,s and then you don't even get a sorry for the wait after you have waited at at the bar for 10min just so you can get Some change to play the pokies. And not even a smile

Great food, absolutely friendly service. Try crumbed fish and chips! Delicious with chips cut out of whole potatoes and sauce tartare made by the chef

Amazing night, i had Mediterranean vegetables in ricotta cannelloni. So delicious. Plus a pie of chicken leek and mushroom. We also had mushroom arancini. Service great. Atmosphere great!! Well done.

The CROWN hotel has a quality well priced restaurant style dining room. Great range of menu items. Family friendly. Bookings may be necessary.

Stopped by on our way to Menindee. One of the nicest pub meals I've ever had. Warm, but professional service and a great feel about the place.
Our whole family enjoyed their meals. We'll definitely stop by again.

Don't miss a meal at the Crown. We fell across it and had excellent meals from a surprisingly varied menu. Staff were first class. Country hospitality with professionalism.

Lovely hotel. Great 'old style' atmosphere. Best Flathead I've ever tasted. My husband had an Asian type salad and said was delicious. Thank you. Glad we went there.

Great venue...very Covid-Safe aware and hotel staff were so lovely and helpful. Ordered the sirloin and porterhouse steaks with chips and salad and our meals were fabulous! We've been on the road for over 4 months and these were by far the best steaks we eaten since leaving home! Highly recommend :)

It was a nice pub, the staff probably could be a little friendlier but nothing that would make me reconsider visiting again. The food honestly wasn't worth the price, at least not to me. Ordered the burger, it wasn't bad but fell quite short of my expectations. There was a smell coming from the burger that I personally didn't like. My colleagues didn't really have anything to say about the quality of food.Edit: The burger gave me an upset stomach

The staff were really nice, very pleasant atmosphere, top spot for a drink and the food was well presented and looked good, tasted good except for the steak itself. Unfortunately I have to say it was the worst piece of gristle I've ever had the misfortune to try and eat. There were a few parts of it that were edible but most wasn't. Very disappointed.
