I've organised a BIG group (50+ people) to have dinner here and service and staff were great, accommodating and organised.
It's pub food so don't expect a Michelin dinner but as far is pub food goes, was delicious.

Great local pub. Only negative is the price of the steaks - once you add mash/chips and salad and a sauce (that is standard in plenty of pubs) your meal price doubles. Not good value but plenty of other better value menu items.

Had a lovely lunch at this Canada bay pub. Lovely food, large selection of beers, play area for the kids. Good venue for watching sport too. Bar & kitchen staff are lovely. & helpful. Plenty of parking at the rear. Great for a "Sunday get out of the house" lunch.

Great service from staff. Nice pub, clean and tidy with a good atmosphere, there was live music when we went. The food could be better given the price.

I recently organised my 60th birthday at Crossways Hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food, the service, the hotel itself and the staff I could not have asked for more. This is the 2nd event Crossways have helped me with, the first being my son's wedding lunch and both were amazing. We will be back again. Thank you to Charlie the manager and your staff for all your help.

Cockroach infestation. I have been seeing one every time I go there. Their foods definitely have seen better days. I ordered fish and chips just to be on the safe side but that wasn't safe either. Worst choice of fish ever. It looked more like those fish that you use for fishing. Salad was an abomination. It was fresh a week ago at least.

I really don't know what happened to this place. It used to be much better. Please get back to your old self. -_-

Great place for a beer and to watch the footy. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the food. Overpriced and came out lukewarm. Our kids loved the outdoor area and the playland.

Nice vibe, like the white Mediterranean style.
But don't order pizza. They were below average. I had better frozen ones!!

The hotel is light and comfortable. My group of six sat outdoors near the colourful play climbing equipment. The place was bustling on a Sunday. The food was good. I enjoyed my pumpkin salad which tastes much better than it sounds. Worth returning...

This is a must visit place in innerwest suburbs. This place used be a dead place, but the new management totally have changed to incredible local pub with very friendly staffs. Also the food was great at very reasonable price. The only problem is rack of parking space due to high popularity. Do not miss the flat bread with cheese and rosemary.

Had the buttermilk schnitzel for 23. Was supposed to come with chips and slaw. Chicken was nice but it came with a garden salad rather than a slaw. Not the best. Better value around

In a word, this place is average. They have a good cocktail menu, but the drinks are not made well. Customer service is not their strong suit, and a lot of the food is hit and miss. The chicken schnitzel is very dry which is a bummer because isn't that what everyone goes to a hotel/pub for?

We have just celebrated our baby shower at Crossways Hotel and we couldn't have picked a better venue! Location was central to everyone and the newly renovated interior as well as the al fresco areas are gorgeous. We chose the Bistro area since it is attached to the kid's playground which makes it easier for guests bringing their kids. We ordered through their function menu and all our guests were so happy with the taste and quality of the food! The chefs made sure to time the serving of food so theyre freshly cooked and hot coming out of the kitchen. Last and best of all is the amazing service of all the staff, especially their manager April, who went out of their way to make sure we are all comfortable and everything was well taken care of. Kudos to the whole team!!!

You expect pub chefs to overseason a little. Generally speaking most smokers can't accurately taste food. We wanted to have a nice quiet family lunch but were disappointed with what we were served. VERY salty food. The patty in the signature burger was very salty. The pulled chicken in the nachos was salty on top of the fact the dish was served with a tablespoon of taco seasoning. I use taco seasoning with beef and beans and chopped tomatoes, I don't eat it out of a packet. When I approached the kitchen to inform them the staff were dismissive. I asked them to try it as it was inedible. They said they knew what it was and that's how it tastes. The side slaw was more mayonnaise than slaw and the kid's fish and chips was not seasoned at all. Having paid north of $70 for the meal we were left with a salty taste in our mouths and will not be returning.

Substantially impressed with the steak and chips. Rump steak could go with a better sear but was well seasoned and hit the spot. Would come back again for a quick bite. Steak was $32 and cider was $8. Prices could be cheaper.

Venue was well lit and had very nice ambiance. There's a nice fire pit you can sit to warm your hands. Toilets were very clean

Solid pub food and drinks. Great place to just hang out without too much pressure to leave. Can get a bit rowdy on footy nights but a pretty decent hangout for locals. The only shame is they don't have any dark beer on tap.

Always a consistently welcoming place to relax and unwind whilst having a drink and a meal.

Although the atmosphere is great for a midweek or weekend lunch/dinner, the serving size cannot be justified with its price.
It would also be great if there was a vegan or vegetarian meals available for kids.
If you're not fussy, I recommend it if your in the area or if your a local to make your personal vote.

I would not want to step foot inside this place because I can tell they have super spreader children mingling in their STILL OPEN playground. All the screaming and hollering. Parents just dump their children in the playground and not supervise them. This ain't no Chuck E. Cheese....

While Maccas and Hungry Jacks have shut their playgrounds, The Crossways find it just fine to keep theirs open. We are still in the middle of a pandemic mind you.

No wonder there were five local cases from this place back in June.

The service was exceptional. The food was succulent, delicious and very affordable. The venue is spacious and architecturally beautiful. I highly recommend you give this place a gander.

Great place for a quick work lunch. The pub food is always well priced so too are the beers which is very unusual to find these days Their menu choice is quite broad and the sizings are also quite large.It's very good value and we'll be back for sure

Despite being locals to the restaurant and having regularly eaten in and out. When we phoned in to place and order for collection ( as we have many times before ), we were told we can't and that the kitchen shuts in 3 minutes so us being 5 minutes down the road there's nothing they can do.Given this is our local place and there isn't much around you would have thought they'd value their customers more. Incredibly disappointed.I'd love to hear back on why we couldn't pay over the phone or when we picked it up.

An oasis in the area. Good food but busy some nights - may need to book. Breakfasts on weekends are great value.Edit Nov 2020 - the food quality has slipped to ordinary pub grub level. 3 stars.
