Not sure if the cooks were having a bad day but ordered a medium rare steak and it looked almost blue when I cut into it. Just ate what I could thinking it might be ok but was served luke warm and was not very appetising. Won't be eating here again, considering the price you pay I would expect to get a decent meal and it to be served hot.

Nice rooms double glazed windows keep out the road noise. Shame the rooms had no microwave oven. Meals are good beer is good also. Nice friendly atmosphere. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights

I 100% whole heartedly do not recommend this place for a function I had my daughters christening there the coke was horrible my guest where complaining food was horrible and cold under cooked I sent a few plates back to the kitchen which the chef should have seen as red flags I wish I told them to take all the plates off the tables and replace with other food just from there bistro
So I called to make a formal complaint and was told they called the other function on the day and their food was great! Well I definitely got the raw end of the stick then just because there was great doesn't mean mine was!
And then they offer me a $200 voucher and hope I give them ago which I'm not satisfied with I spent a lot of money for that which my guest hardly ate which is very disappointing I don't expect a full refund but something better then a $200 voucher that never got emailed to me when they said they would! I sent another email through to the event manager 5 days ago asking to speak to the area manager no reply so think twice before booking a function!
Staff were all over the place and asking 1 of my guess what they should be doing and taking plates and she had to go to the bistro to pick the kids food up which is disappointing and she did not enjoy her day as she was better off going to her own job what a major embarrassing experience for me!.

Went to watch the Matildas play in the Word Cup, went into the courtyard to have dinner, and watched the game. However, the larger TV kept glitching. We had to quickly eat and then head into the area next to tab to watch the game properly!

Been coming here for many years and whilst I can't really fault the food, I must say your service and attitude towards large group bookings is disappointing and has put me off ever returning.
Booked a large table of 24 people for the 29/7/23 over a month in advance. Confirmed and reconfirmed booking notifying staff that we had two people with special needs. Didn't book it as a "function" as your minimum spend of $3000 was ridiculous for such a small group.
We and our guests arrived at 7pm to have no table ready. One waitresss ignored us when we asked for a table to be organized and it two waitresses and 15 minutes later, there was a "table"- if you could call it that. We were shoved in a corner making it hard for people to get in and out. It was 4 separate tables which staff didn't bother moving together.
This was an embarrassing look for for me, as it looked like I hadn't booked a table to begin with! Having elderly guests plus two with special needs standing around waiting due to your incompetence is unacceptable! I understand you are busy, but with a large booking we should have had priority where seating is concerned.

We didn't stay the night but we did have lunch and dinner here. This place was great. Big huge meals that came out quickly. Dessert was amazing. Beer price was ok. Toilets were clean. Place was full of people. Lots of parking, easy to get into. Older women staff were a bit cranky and never smiled but the younger girls were smiling and polite. Only one person serving at the main bistro bar, there was a line up, but we went to the bar in the sports section. You can join their free membership. You get points on your card and a discount on drinks and meals. I didn't get a physical card but they look you up via your phone number. If you use your credit card to pay, there is a surcharge?

Went to the hotel to sample the bistro meals! They were absolutely amazing and the size and quality were outstanding. We had 2 steak meals (TBone & scotch fillet) and 1 Hawaiian schnitzel with salad and chips. The salads were fresh and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The chicken schnitzel was crispy and moist. The service was prompt despite there being a booked out venue. Really enjoyed the atmosphere too, which really left a great overall impression. Will be returning here for sure. Be sure to book ahead!

Plenty of parking and ample space inside with various areas available to dine, unwind and relax. Food is always fresh and tasty. Drinks are plenty. Ive been here a number of times and happy Ive used their events offering on couple of occasions as well.
Always happy to take family, friends and business colleagues here. Never disappointed!

Oh my god!!! Cross roads hotel your food was amazing. Great presentation, great taste and absolutely great portion size.. Very busy place but you have maintained the food quality to the top. Price is reasonable and definitely worth it. Was missing the lemon on sea food basket, but I guess we are human and little mistake can be forgiven!!! Place was over crowded or the aircon wasn't working!!! But I'll still give this place a 5 star because of their food and amazing friendliness and politeness of the staff!!
Busy but well maintained. Definitely worth trying, and will be back with friends and family.

Been here for dinner twice. Both times the food was delicious and service was really quick. The tables were all reserved so I agree that you should reserve a table especially on Saturday nights. The Truffle Burger was delicious, with the Wagyu patty being juicy and the Swiss cheese giving the burger a different twist to it. Highly recommend!

I stayed for two nights in a share room, just last week. The food & drinks were a little over priced.
The cleaning staff put a clean towel and shampoo etc. on the bed but did not make the bed up. Nor was the room tidied. A friend of mine, a few rooms down, said their room was made up.
I mentioned this to the young fellow who seemed to be managing the place. He agreed that the room should have been made up but didn't offer to rectify the matter. For $160 per night I think it could have been a bit better than that. Would not stay there again.

Not once, not twice but three times eating at this venue and the food is disgusting.
We ordered chicken burgers.... The buns were stale, the lettuce was brown and the chicken so thick and oily. It was like the oil doesn't get changed..
Also the beverage attendant (blonde hair, mature lady) behind the bar is absolutely rude and needs to smile and be polite. It doesn't cost your anything.... Your getting paid to do a job, do it right if the customer is polite to you.
Wouldn't recommend and would never come back here again... Don't waste your money people!!!

I must say The Crossroads Pub Hotel does more than just "pub" food. Mind you, I do love a good pub meal! Tried the Crispy Salmon and it didn't disappoint. Interesting combination but worked with yummy well seasoned crispy skin on creamy mash, wilted spinach and the most delicious marinated cherry tomatoes ?. Only downfall I did find a bone in the salmon!
Fisherman's basket was generous with scallops, calamari and prawns inclusive. Cocktails were a nice treat after the meal. Certainly worth a visit.

Did not stay there but attended a gathering in the main bistro/bar area.
Meals are generous, great selection, prompt service.
Found it easy to talk/listen to others.
Clean bathrooms ? Tables also cleared quickly.

Ate in the restaurant. You need to book usually as it's always busy. They need more staff to clear the tables. There were no staff in the dining area fur the majority of the night. Maybe need to hire more.

Pub style service. Pay for your food and get a buzzer.

Large open eating area makes it really noisy.

Lots of choice on the menu. Big meals and lots of chips. I tend to get entrees. The fish tacos were enough by themselves. Maybe only ate w chips.

The food has been great over the years. Too bad they no longer serve the pork knuckle. The seafood tasting plate is great. Something to consider if you don't want an entree and main. Yummy.

I held my mums wake on Saturday at the Crossroads. I didn't book a private room but that didn't matter. The area they put my party of 20 in was perfect. The food is always great and the drinks reasonably priced. The fisherman's basket is beautiful x I highly recommend this venue for any occasion

Better then what I expected. Thought it was a little pricey before I got the food. But when meals came out. Wow ! Really good food and very big portions. Everything thing was good. It was clean, staff were good, food came quick and tasted great. I will definitely be going back

I had the steak today and it was cooked to perfection, I was disappointed with the rosemary baked potatoes as they has absolutely no rosemary flavour on them and the salad dressing just tasted bland like plain oil. My son had the cream based pasta with bacon and mushrooms and it was delicious, my wife didn't content on her fish but the quiche thing on her plate had capsicum in it and that's all you tasted so if you don't like capsicum then don't order the fish, pricing is still on the high side for the but overall I rate the food with ???

We made a booking and our table was on the bench seat in the corner and we had ants crawling over our table and the bench seat is absolutely filthy, we also had a dirty fork and knife in the bucket that they come in this is our reason for the ??

Nice venue. Very big but noisy and understandably busy on Saturday night. Food came out quick (a bit too quickly) oven-baked Barramundi was dry. Any drier I would have taken it back so average food rating. Overall, not bad. Service is good with plenty of space. Could do better.

Staff member who served me was incredibly rude on my last visit there. I had lined up to be served and when it came to my turn the two ladies behind me jumped ahead of me and she started serving them. I said "excuse me, I was next to be served", then those ladies moved aside. The staff member at the end of serving me said "next time, line up like everyone else!". I said to her I had lined up the whole time! She said "oh, I wasn't paying attention!". She gets paid to do a job which includes observing who is next in line and if she can't do that, then don't try to lecture customers. A sincere apology would have been nice.

I've been here a few times specifically for the food and the food is okay for the price point. I paid $20 for a burger and fries (double Patty with bacon) and the meat was chewy, it didn't feel fresh. It's decent food but for the price point you can find much better. Super friendly staff though and the atmosphere is great, filled with lovely people. Good place for bevs on a weekend

First time visiting the area, came for dinner. Young woman at entry was wonderful and polite, absolute pleasure for first impression. Seated at table, nice clean dining area with warm atmosphere. Staff taking order was very curt and borderline rude, the night was a hive of activity and the line was long for ordering food. The meals were sensational, cooked to perfection. A little time between entree's and mains would of being ideal. Cocktail staff where on point and friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service and food. Was offered free desert for a minor kitchen issue and staff were awesome. Never a bad experience here.

One beautiful clean place, There lunch time meal where so delicious and mouth watering with, A nice cold beer that goes so well, with the meal, It look like that they done the bistro up, The bistro looks so bigger, then it did before, They have plenty of tables, each table have a barcode, so you can use your phone, to see the menu, plus the specials

Great pub centrally located in south western Sydney. Good food. Good atmosphere. Good staff. Looking forward to getting back there soon and defending our trivia win.
