I had dinner with my family here on Monday night & I just wanted to compliment the staff member who was bringing out the meals. He had a chef apron on, so I am unsure if he was both cooking and serving - but he was doing an amazing job regardless! You can tell that he is a hard working employee, with lovely customer service. The food tasted great and was good value with the buy one meal & get the second 50% off. Your typical satisfying pub meal!! Thanks team!

Travelled out of Toowoomba for a nice change and found ourselves at the criterion. The staff andthe locals were all very welcoming along with a great history lesson about the pub. We stayed for lunch and hats off to the chef all our meals were perfect. The bar attendants were happy and didn\'t mind some banter along with prompt service (geez it was good not to wait for a beer), true old school hospitality the way it should be. Congratulations on providing a great experience. We will definately be back. Other establishments could definately take a leaf out of this pubs book

We stayed at the Criterion in Warwick this weekend and had such a lovely time. Ben, the manager, was amazing! He was always so open, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed anything - even organizing a trundle bed for our room. His chats, knowledge of the hotel's history, and the way he remembered us by our first names made us feel so welcome and added such a personal touch to our stay. His hospitality was truly top-notch, and we would absolutely love to stay there again.

All of the staff were lovely, and both the Apartment and Princess Room were stunning and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with fridges, bathrooms stocked with shampoo, soap and conditioner, comfy beds, and heaters (which we definitely appreciated as city chicks in the countryside!).

The only thing I'd love to see in the future is something more accessible regarding the stairs. I completely understand that the building is old and that renovations or major changes can be difficult, but it would be wonderful to see some accessibility improvements down the track.

Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great room for price. Bed super comfy. Looved the pillows. Facilities were clean. Staff were amazing and friendly. The only down side was on saturday night they had karaoke. Didnt mind the signing from the people (some were awesome) didnt even mind the people applauding and cheering. However the bass on the music was so loud that it was vibrating our room for 6 hours! The guy that was on sunday night was awesome and although we could hear him, it wasn\'t vibrating our walls. Overall though great value

Called in for dinner last night and had a great experience. The beer was well priced and perfectly cold from the tap. I ordered the bruschetta and it was honestly as good as - if not better than - any I've had, even compared to Italy. The meals were generous in size, and we also shared the seafood basket, which was really enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit.
