Was told the Kitchen was open at 4:00pm, opened 4:12pm. To pay for my meal, I had to give my name, address, and phone number. I don't like that, I just want to pay!
There is a service fee, for what? It's tiny, but that's not the point! I should be paying for the meal I'm eating only.
Two of the staff were abrupt and rude, two of the staff were lovely, 50%, not good odds, it's a service industry.
The meal was crumbed fish, mashed peas, and chips. I couldn't believe it, the meal came down without the mashed peas, three ingredients and they forgot one! When asked they said "oh, is that on the menu" ? I think the chef should have known! The chips were packet string style and the fish was nice, the plate uninspiring!
Overall very, very disappointing! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not being harsh, was in the Industry in the past, just being honest. They could do much better!
