We booked a room at the Cornwall hotel stayed in Room 4 it was musty smell. Went to use the kettle and seen and accidentally smelled sour milk that had been sitting in the kettle for a while. The milk for our coffee and tea was off. No light above the basin mirror and so dusty.
Staff were nice. No meals served there breakfast packs were out of date. Also the amount of live pigeons that live there is out of control and the dead ones need to be removed. Showers were great.
Damn shame it could be much better than it is.

We booked one night for a city getaway. affordable prices and overall very pleasant experience. Facilities were clean.

I have done a review of the hotel before and was not impressed but the hotel has upgraded the pockies seats are very comfortable the bar is friendly and the beer is cold glad we have come back to check the hotel out

My wife and I went back to the Cornwall hotel for our wedding anniversary 😀
My wife loves the pub, and its ghosts and their beautiful staff that work at the pub are helpful. The cleaner, she was amazing, and she kept the rooms immaculate, and she is so polite and helpful. We had an amazing stay and would recommend the pub hands down and food is so close, so is Drakes and the bike hire is just down the road.

Our Expedia reservation was compromised so we had few options. We took a chance on the Cornwall. The rooms were clean and had surprising amenities.
