First time visiting the staff were friendly and food was to our expectations the Southern fried chicken burger is a must try if you have large Appetite

Came here after dinner for some drinks and dessert and I would say I wouldn't mind returning to get some proper food too. The vibe of the place is pretty good and the service was friendly. The desserts I found were alright so hoping the savory foods will be better.

Pretty good bar food with a price that matches. It won't break the bank coming here with friends and the dishes are tasty.

We've gone a few times now and the food has been incredible every time. The service is quick and very friendly however the last two times we've gone there, despite confirming that we want starters to come out first, on both occasions starters were not Brought out at all and when we asked another waiter about it we were told it's actually not listed on the order, along with atleast one drink that wasn't taken down on the order. It was the same waitress that took our order both times that this happened. In saying that, the waiter to rectify the issues on both occasions was absolutely amazing and made sure it was fixed immediately!
Cookies has definitely become a regular for us.

Enjoyed dinner on a Thursday night. On this particular night, there was trivia which many other patrons were participating in. I ordered a chicken schnitzel which was their daily special so it was $19. It was pretty good for the price! Tasty and fresh. Chips were very good. Parking is convenient and within walking distance.
I would visit again.

Bring back memories from years ago when this pub was a weekly after work haunt! An impromptu pub feed, fast and friendly service with a decent value for money portions. The Caesar Salad, Pepper and Salt Calamari, Parmi was tasty but the Pizza could have had more tomato sauce and the warm Lamb Salad was bland and would have benefited from something acidic vinaigrette! We also ordered the 1kg Korean FC and beer promo which was good value at $35

Really good experience. The staff were helpful and attentive. Definitely book before going. Tables were spaced out well, so didn't feel cramped. The food came out within a good timeframe. The Korean fried chicken wings were so tasty! The steak was also good. Highly recommend!

Kayla and Nick are like family, they always serve you with a big smile. Amazing food always fulfilling to the point you gonna undo your buttons. The staff members always make sure that you leave here with a full stomach and a smile on your face. ??

Food is pretty good and decent prices. Waiter Jihoon served us on a busy Saturday night and he happily changed the TV channel to basketball after requesting it. $14 Weekday Lunch Specials are great value and favourites are Caesar Salad and Beef Burger.

All the above was nice & we enjoyed everything, except for the dessert - which we fortunately shared, as we were full from dinner
Belgium waffles w/ice cream - dry chewy & not fresh
Tim Tam sundae - had little shavings of tim tam that u couldn't taste & the chocolate topping & ice cream weren't nice either
Both desserts tasted like cheap low quality home brand products

My partner & I returned for Father's Day dinner & ordered the T bone special & Scotch fillet steak again. The T bone was cooked perfectly & tender but this time the Scotch fillet was dry & chewy - total opposite to my 1st time

Our overall experiences on both visits was still good - hence the 4 stars only

It's one of the best local bars in the area. Good food and some very good specials. The staff are great and friendly, and a few are outstanding. Well worth a visit!

A very nice pub in a funky area. Really extensive food menu at reasonable prices. Food portion is massive! Very quiet when we came for lunch on a Sunday, but can imagine it can get very busy with the locals at certain times. Would be back regularly if I lived nearby!

This is a very good pub. We found out they did Trivia Tuesdays, thought we'd give it a try, it was great. the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which in itself creates a good vibe. The food is AMAZING. Yummy and lots of it. And the trivia is one of the best trivia's in Sydney. We are going fortnightly as a treat we look forward to. This is a very good place

First time here. Great food, great live music and atmosphere. Had a slight issue with a salad but was quickly and professionally resolved by Owell. His service and attitude was excellent. I will definitely be back to this great place. What great venue, do yourself a favour and go to Cookies !!

Came here for a quick meal and a few drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The guy at the bar was also a great joker and got some laughs going. The food menu was extensive and also well priced. Serving sizes were giant and it was definitely a good feed. Would come here again just for the atmosphere and the great service. Thank you!

I don't know why but their roll is really different, really fresh and tasty.
I heard that they change the gloves oftentimes. Maybe this could be the secret ?anyway they are so busy and many people like it too

This place certainly has its charms. Low lighting. Table side service. Nachos. The waiter with the beard and short hair is THE nicest guy in the world. I would give him my kidney if he needed it and we were a match.
Service is damn fast AND friendly! The tables, scratch that, the entire place is very clean.
I had a pie of the day. Lamb and rosemary, good chunks of lamb in an easy going gravy. I love pies with a slab of mash and peas. The mash was mashy, but I love a lot of butter and cream (hence why I'm so fat!). It was still good. It was a good all round hearty meal.
For North Strathfield the prices are decent. Around $50 for two people with ciders.

Staff are always welcoming & friendly! Love coming here for a yummy schnitty or steak with a nice cold glass of beer! Been coming here at least twice a month and food doesn't disappoint! Good to know they're keeping everyone safe and following rules for covid!

We had the $12 club sandwich and it was not bad at all. They even shouted our table a wine which was a nice surprise. Parking close by and a easy eat for a catch up.

East or West , Cookies is the best. Had few pizzas and Sunday roast. Great deal.; my kids always love the food here; Cheers

Our favourite local pub! The kids cheeseburger is a favourite with our boys.Steak sandwich is so good!The manager Nick, the service and kitchen staff are amazing. Exceptional customer service who always go above and beyond to ensure we have 5 star service!
