when the people Infront of me were done, no acknowledgement, the attendee just turned around, back to me and spent the next 3 minutes talking to another employee. Probably about the order just placed, but try to be waiting for 3 minutes without acknowledgement that you are noticed and that you'll Be served soon. Anyhow finally the employee turns and without any apologies for the wait asks for my order. I ask for a large skim late. I am told that only full cream milk available. Ok, not my preference but I get it when it happens. Anyhow I pay and I am given a buzzer. Buzzer goes off very quickly and I pick up a "small" coffee. I ask them that I ordered a large one. No hesitation. No sorry, the same attendee just turns and says to the coffee barista to make it a large. The barista comes out shortly after with the right size coffee. He apologises for the confusion, and even gives me a quick tap on the shoulder when I say that it was ok. NOW that's manners! The female attendee from before needs to get her act together! But great fantastic place if I don't consider the rude service at the coffee shop/restaurant.
