This is a beautiful old Pub and I have only been maybe 3 or so times but have always enjoyed it. I had the scotch fillet with fries and peppercorn sauce. Cooked beautifully to my liking. The staff are amazing and it's great you have a lift because we had a person in a wheelchair. Would definitely recommend.

$10 Ginger Beer schooners and they didn't even offer ice or lime. Gotta get those basics right guys

Great place for a family meal for all ages. Even better when the weather warms up and you can sit outside. Plenty of room and the kids like going to the park/field across the road. Food is pretty good and reasonable in price. Service was excellent. Great family night.

Great unique location. It's been restored lovingly. The team are friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is friendly and chill. They are pretty on the ball regarding RSA and they are very conservative about staying open when it is quite. Otherwise a great location.

View is really nice over looking como lake, como hotel inside has still old style n modern mix..

??'?? Board Special - slow cooked beef cheek is stringy when you cut into it. Cheek is juicy, tender, flavourful served on creamy mashed pototoes. Accompanied by helpful attentive service at both the restaurant and pub. Fantastic venue for a small or a large group, great park and river view. Flexible to move between restaurant and pub, from indoor and outdoor provided tables are available.

Wow what a wonderful first time experience. Our lunch was sensational. We started with the (melt in the mouth) octopus as a shared entree. Then the fish & chips and the salmon (one of the daily specials). All delicious. Staff were absolutely lovely. Beautiful building and outlook. Can't wait to return.

Amazing water front views and plenty of outdoor seating with the view. Large menu range and friendly service. Food and drinks were not bad. Has a cool heritage behind it, the hotel has been burnt down during a fire but they've preserved one door from the fire and restored the rest of the venue. They also have a collection of photos from its past hung up, which is a cool bit of story telling.

Beautiful old 1878 pub with views over the Georges river. Large balconies to enjoy a cold bee? or a meal from the bistro.
Drink prices are pretty good.
Meals are excellent and well priced.

Was in the area so we went to try the Como Hotel. Looked quite busy for the night. The pub was mostly filled with locals. We ordered the steak and burger. Food wasn't great. Steak was overcooked and the burger ordinary. Seems like a great atmosphere and drinks are very well priced. Probably wouldn't go back for a feed though.

The food here used to be awesome but it has really gone down hill lately, we ordered the roast of the day at $29, it was horrible and dry. They need a new chef I think, I won't be eating here again. Great spot for a beer though

One of the nicest pubs in sutherland shire. It has real character and you can feel the history. Drinks are reasonably priced ..

Was there on Sunday for a great seafood platter and everything was fantastic and good value for money. I hope this is available for a while as we would love to get it again. Big shout out to Chris at the bar, he was great ?.

Been going to the different variations of Como Hotel since the 80s. Love the decor and heritage. Has Reschs on tap so can't really ask for more.

This place wasn't as good as it used to be. The kids play area was a bit shabby, the food was not nice (salad just a pile of leaves, my chicken burger was a lump of charcoal... my wife thought it was a beef burger) & they charged us $4 each for the kids drinks that were red cordial with water (soft drinks were $3.50 each). Been a while since we last visited & wouldn't rush to go back.

Best rump steak in Shire for value at $24. Great venue on verandah but need to book. Nice food with good service.

Lovely heritage hotel with plenty of balconies to enjoy a bevvy and a meal. The steaks were a big favourite and very tender. Nice selection of salads too!
