Really had a good experience .The food was excellent ! I had a chicken parmigiana and it was cooked perfectly.The service was outstanding as jimmy and the team looked after us very well .The service was excellent.Staff was so attentive and accommodating.The ambiance was perfect.
Overall,this was an incredible great dinning experience and will come again with the family.

We went to commercial hotel today with the family and Jimmy attended us with very welcoming approach and he is super friendly and very welcoming, we enjoyed our drinks and food, will definitely be there in future, best of luck Jimmy and many thanks for your warm welcome and great hospitality.

I have eaten a few times and have been happy with service but this comment now I am making is to bring attention to management that on this night there was only one girl flat off her feet trying to juggle between running the bar, taking orders, seating people and bringing the food out. We had to wait quite a long time before we could be given our seating and then again to order our food then again for drinks. The food was good. We like this place because you can talk without yelling as it is a nice cosy place unlike the other pup further down the road.

Friends/Family have been having meals at this pub for some time. Always enjoyed the food. Sadly on our visit yesterday for lunch l had to follow up on my drink . There was a poster promoting free garlic bread but l was told that you only receive it free if they do not ask you which was not clearly visible on poster. Also another customer had been waiting for approximately 5 minutes to order then had to call out for someone to serve him.

Out meal Of fish and chips. Fish tasted like it was from frozen packet
Salad contained One piece Of tomato. Will not be back in a hurry

I really enjoyed my experience when I went with my friend tonight. I had a delicious Parma and he had a nice steak! Georgia is a nice and funny girl and I wish to see her more in the bar as I prefer that area!

Went in for lunch today in the bistro food was good the service from Georgia absolutely fantastic!! Only keep coming to this place for her!! And I love it when she's working in the bar. 10 stars for Georgia!!! If you go there and you've got Georgia working it will make your day!!

Centrally located pub on Watton Street and houses quite a few patrons. The pub looks a little out of date both on the outside and inside, however, really takes home the win with the food and service. Consistent, decent portions of food served with a smile. Home to many local seniors which is lovely to see.

Andrea was phenomenal with her customer service! Always a great chat when serving and putting a smile on people's faces with her contagious smile. The younger staff are all amazing, very friendly however would love to see some of the older staff in the gaming room have a bit more of a smile and be a little more approachable. Overall the food is good and a great atmosphere.

Had a beef burger and steak sandwich.. Very tasty and the ingredients were fresh.. the price is very reasonable.
Sat in the dining area which has a nice old world feel. The service was friendly and genuine.

Went there on there on the 23rd June 2023 our food ever arrived until we asked where it was. It was then brought to the table except for my rare steak which when arrived was cold except for the salad which was warm. If I wasn't so hungry would have returned and asked for abrefund

Its a lovely hotel BUT ! Certain management are on , it will close as early as 8pm ? When there are patrons are still happy too purchase drinks , certsin management get very hostile too patrons if they do not leave strait away , a lot of people are made too go into the pokies side,and not respected that they don't like the pokies ! The sports bar has been a fantastic place too drink in the past , but it has all changed . Disappointing!!!! Respectfully a patrol who spends alot my time and money at this venue will be finding a new venue if things don't not change or we will be going too the ombudsman

Most disgusting salad I've ever had.
I ordered a Greek salad with double grilled chicken. The chicken was super dry, and i luckily got 7 pieces hahah What a joke.
Espresso Martini was literally espresso shot with a shot of vodka in a Martini Glas. Black tea came in a teabag and still made its way to be loose swimming in my cup... 100% NOT RECOMMENDED!

I come here every few months with friends to catch up over lunch. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. I try to order something new everytime I go, but ultimately their chicken parmigiana is the best on the menu. Great service too.

The meals were absolutely delicious, compliments to the chef, the roast Turkey was to die for. The staff are lovely too. Very reasonable prices.
The venue needs to do something about the toilets however as they were unclean and in disrepair.

We are regulars here and have been for years now, and can say that there is only ONE good, hard working employee in that joint and it's Sally. She always comes in with her mind set on work, and her customers. We always see her conversing with her customers like they're family, and her work is genuinely noticed by all of us who frequent the commercial. She's a friendly, loving, humble lady who is ALWAYS down for a chat, and is always at work with a smile on her face ready to go! We only ever go when we know Sally is on! By far the best atmosphere when she's in!

My wife and I met another couple for lunch. What a lovely lunch it was, we are all seniors so took advantage of the seniors menu and had a fantastic meal. If the seniors meals reflect all the meals you couldn't go wrong. The staff were so attentive and up for a yak. Would highly recommend, well done everyone.

Absolutely wonderful ❤️ we were declined entry from "The Park" down the road and were frantically trying to find somewhere to cater for 9 people and feed our children dinner. Coming from interstate and not knowing where another restaurant was. Hubby quickly searched and found you!!!

From the moment we called to see if they could fit us to the moment we left the customer service exceeded our expectations. The host and other waitress staff were wonderful, friendly, accommodating and made us all feel welcome.

We all enjoyed our great pub meal and if we are ever back in Werribee this is the place I will be coming back to!

We stopped in one evening after 18 holes of golf. The service staff were so eager to please, I had the seniors roast special (even though not a senior), great pork with crackling, gravy and mash, the vegetables cooked perfectly, tasty and crunchy. I would highly recommend for taste, value and atmosphere.

We had a fantastic meal on a Saturday afternoon. Steak sandwich, seafood board and fish and chips. All meals were great tasting and generous portions. Special mention to Dee who served us. She was very attentive and friendly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return.

The waitress was so rude. She sat my mum and I at a table that wasn't set, she said it's better we sit in the corner so my mums walker doesn't get in the way. Mind you there was only 3 other tables being used and she also said that she would be back with water and cutlery. 15-20min we were still waiting for water, I had to wave at her to get her attention to come over to bring menus. I went up to order she was still very rude. I had to get our cutlery from another table. The food was pretty good. While sitting there the waitress dropped the container of cutlery on the floor and she continued to set the tables with the dropped cutlery instead of re-washing it, then she dropped the napkins on the floor and continued to use them too. We were still at the table and she just came and threw fresh cutlery in the box that is kept on the table and walked away. Was so rude I won't be dining there again anytime soon. Over all was not a good experience.

Had a really nice dinner here. Renovations look great in the gaming room. New manager here looks to be really making a change and making the place very inviting for the community! Would definitely recommend.

Food was pretty damn good and well priced. My sister had roast pork and I got the crackle and was perfect. Southern style chicken burger was delicious. Service was awesome and they were willing to have a joke which is good to see. Recommended 100%

Just wanted a pub meal - steak, mushroom gravy, chips and salad. And got it at the Commercial. The meal was perfect. Not too busy but good to see a few people enjoying dinner. Cosy near the fire.

Had the best meal ever, the manager went out of her way to make sure my wife's birthday was memorable, the dinner was excellent but the deserts were even better, thankyou commercial!

Has the rudest waiter in Werribee. I asked if ok to join two tables together because the single table is too small for our food order -- he refused. I then asked: "Where should we put the food plates that can't fit on the table then? On the floor?" His answer: "Can't do anything about it." The place is nearly empty; only 4 tables were occupied. We've been to that resto several times: all the other servers were polite and helpful. Except for that one. Needless to say, we'll never go to that place again if that waiter is still there. Edit: this happened 23 April 2021.

Great sized venue, very cheap beer, plenty of pokies and a pool table. Food was good and fairly priced.
