Is a good place to stay, with pretty descent room/s. Good sized dining area with friendly pleasant kitchen & hotel/pub staff.
(altho descent location, is a tad noisy due to being on main street & adjacent to railway line/s).

Good price for accommodation, ensuite rooms have very good heating. Clean and cosy. Food at the bistro is great, easily the best crumbed cutlets I've ever had. Huge!

Excellent location. But very noisy road. Very easy walk to coffee shops and groceries as well as a park. Renowned Gang Gang Gallery 2min walk, an absolute must visit! Rooms are adequate. Definitely need a small microwave to warm milk. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't know how to use the heater against the wall ?. Remember to turn the fridge up on arrival. Smokers sit on the veranda next to each room, so your room can fill with cigarette smoke, very unpleasant. But overall ok for 1or 2 nights.

Stayed one night in a triple room with friends. The room was comfortable, the bathroom needs a good scrub. Location of the room was across from an outdoor deck at the pub so a bit noisy until closing time. The entertainment offered on the TV was a good selection, however, the wifi is too weak to run it or allow data usage on our phones. The fridge serenaded us all night with heavy breathing and the tap fell off in the shower. Reasonable price.

Came in today with 15 people for lunch with only 24 hrs notice. Staff was amazing, the chefs were very quick, and the meals were all amazing.

Prices are more than reasonable and good-sized meals. Garlic bread looked sensational.

Horrible experience. I paid $175 for what I was told a 3 bedroom, room we get in and it's one room (a studio) with 3 beds no space to walk tv didn't work the bathroom door was broken you shut it and lock it and someone outside can tap it and it flys open. We had broken windows the beds were uncomfortable as hell and the staff were rude. Will never be staying here again. Worse experience I've ever had and highly over priced. No aircons half the lights worked doors are impossible to open showers flooded and are broken water flys out of the head the sink makes noises all night long.

The host is amazing! Very accommodating to every needs which compensate completely the minimalist environment! The place has its own chic and style. Good for the budget travelling!

Good value, friendly staff especially Owen the manager and Steve. Always friendly and willing to help out, good size chicken schnitzel and chips served with a friendly smile always a bonus. Best pub in Lithgow. Locals always friendly and welcoming

Stayed two nights in the motel. Old rooms but that's ok. But rooms not serviced during stay and no hot water this morning. Do not recommend.I have changed my review because the no hot water was not there fault. But still no room serviced. Still only two stars.

I booked the cheapest room in Lithgow on a Saturday night, and ended up in a hotel/pub, so I did not have high expectations; I definitely wasn't expecting a comfortable bed with nice sheets and feather pillows, a clean room that was surprisingly soundproofed from the live music when I went to bed, a great range of amenities, and excellent service from very friendly, efficient staff. (I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat here). My experience here is very good, and I do recommend it.

Food was mediocre. Shout out to Phil though. Absolute legend of a dude. Fabulous waiter. Everyone should be more like Phil. Hope you enjoyed your cake

I would like to express my disappointment with this hotel, I came from Brazil with the intention of having a good stay on long weekend with my Husband and a couple of friends.
We were informed at the reception that the application was wrong with our reservation, nothing was done on the part of the hotel.
A bad memory is what we will keep from this place..

Room in the old hotel itself is 25 pp a night it's clean basic and it's got a comfortable bed. The kettle only worked once so had to go out to get breakfast which isn't a problem as there are plenty of places like Subway that do breakfast rolls. If you don't want a late night don't get the room in the pub itself because they have noisy bands and customers in the bar. There is a drive in motel section away from the main pub you be better off in that case. The noise didn't carry on too late so it's acceptable for the price. I give it a 4 star because it dosent have flying star quality but there are choices, you can eventually sleep the Band finished at 11 you can get food here which is borderline pricey although I haven't tried the food so can't comment on It. A few people seem to live in the hotel on shift work jobs in the local area so if it was so bad they wouldn't be sticking around long.

Decent hotel. Basic facilities. No tv remote. No tv signal. No aircon. No fly screens on windows or door. Very very loud rowdy locals at the pub next door. Some power points don't work.

Love the food here! Great prices for good quality and size meals. Great staff and service. Guarantee you won't find lamb cutlets as nice or as big at another pub or club for the same price.

Big queen bed bonus. Tv reception was no go. Remember your next to pub so use ear plugs between 11 and 1am. Pub meal is awesome !

I couldn't fault the food. We had four meals, all different and each meal was perfect. Reasonably well priced and the staff were also very friendly. It's very hard to go out and dine and find a good place that ticks all the boxes, but this exceeded all expectations! We will definitely be back!

Never again, beds are like cracked concrete slabs, rooms aren't very clean, noisy. Rather pay few $$ extra and stay in good space.

Accommodation is pretty average; rooms need an overhaul; no WiFi. The pub meals are not too bad. Attracts a rowdy crowd, even on weeknights. Might eat here again, but won't stay at the accommodation.

Great little pub to head to for a getaway. Food good and very well priced. Rooms clean and comfy- beds excellent- some of the rooms have recently been done up and look a treat! Staff and service always pleasant and happy, beer always cold and tasty- what more could you want for?!
