I arrived into Charters Towers at 7 o'clock at night. Really tired from driving from Cloncurry and the lovely lady on shift organised the last room available for the night. The meal from the pub was a great porterhouse steak cooked perfectly. The just off premises motel rooms weee excellent facilities and cleanliness as well as great value for money. Would recommend this place for anyone travelling to or through the Towers. Thank you for the great experience.

A group of us went to the pub last night. It was a blast, splendid drinks and even better service. Amber and Luke were amazing, an absolutely wonderful team. You guys made our night.

Came across the pub by chance. Having missed CBD turn off. But what a suprize they had in store. Best Seniors lunches around. Cooked to perfection. Served hot. Beer poured into a traditional glass from the 70s. Special mention to Katie and the lass behind the bar. Highly recommended. Great location and plenty of parking. Worth 1000 stars.

Wonderful little pub with great food and service. Staff were friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our meals. Highly recommended stopping in here.

We enjoyed dinner and it was just great. We ordered off the senior part of the menu as we are eating smaller meals these days. Steak cooked perfectly, and the lamb rissoles were very tasty. I stole a bit of broccoli from hubby, so yummy.

Love coming here for lunch or dinner. Can say hands down my steak is always cooked perfectly. The two bar staff that served us were absolutely delightful. Thank you (Shelby & Kath). Everyone else's meals were cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend this pub. No kids' room, but they had colouring for the kids to enjoy while we waited for our food.
