Service and staff are good but the food is WWII depression era levels of quality. Gravy had a weird film on top and the texture of warm vegemite, parm doesn't really taste like much either.

Currently in the middle of reservations and my order was not fulfilled via the QR code ordering and was delayed compared to the rest of our party. In saying that, they could not have gone above and beyond to fix the error and were so apologetic and made sure I was looked after. I'm glad I decided to definitely wait for my meal and eat after all because the meal was delicious. I ordered the Steak & Ribs which was cooked perfectly. Sorry I don't have any pics to prove it but it was fantastic.

Usually it is good but today went there for lunch and they renovating, which is fine but we ordered through the table qr code and we had to go and ask for our drinks after 25 mins. When our food arrived we were missing our entree which we also had to ask about and then had the person serving food come over to check what we had ordered on our invoice to make sure we weren't lying then said they'll make it now so by the time that was ready our main meals were finished. Also lunch special meals aren't on the table menu so you get overcharged and don't have options to select any specials

3 Asian chefs and no Asian dishes
So disappointing, good curry or pasta would have been good

Rather boring menu. Pricing okay, although $5.40 for a coke full of ice is a joke.

Staff were not the brightest but pleasant enough at the Bistro.
Funky chick at the bar was lovely though.

Excellent staff and customer service, cleanliness is brilliant in rooms, lovely staff, great location, reasonable price. Last night we had an issue with wifi connectivity, Alex was very kind and helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Very grateful for their service.

If I could give a 1 star review I would. Waited 15 minutes for two beers through the table service, couldn't get an apology just oh I didn't see it.
If you have table service though an app then it should be a priority not to stand around and have a chat with your friends. Never had a good time here, wouldn't recommend.

Had a large function which was great, food came out fast and everyone was happy with their meals. The service was great and friendly environment.
It's my go to local and you can't beat it.

Nice quiet spot to enjoy dinner with the family, staff were very friendly and happy to help at all times.

Menu had all the classics as well as some exciting options that vary from your typical bistro.

I had the ribs, absolutely cooked to perfection, bones CLEANLY slid out of the meat leaving behind the most tender, succulent and deliciously marinated slab or meat you could ever wish for...

Also should be noted that it was rather quiet on a Saturday night, little to no wait times and not many other patrons.

We've stayed there before and was ok. Unfortunately this time was very different. Check in time was 2pm = ok. Checked in at 3.30pm - no-one was at reception. Waited for 20mins. There were other people there who had been waiting longer. I called the phone number supplied. The general manager was apologetic and advised there was only one staff member on reception and also cleaning the rooms. Another 15 minutes later - we were given our room key. I gave the key to my partner to settle in. Later I found out the room had not been cleaned and he had to wait another 20mins. That set aside I thougjt at the end of the night we both returned to the room and went to bed only to be woken up by the emergency flood light blaring at us. The electricity had gone out. After a while we finally got someone to come out and check it . We also witnessed/heard that we should not be paying for our stay and at least get some money back. The whole experience was really disappointing and because my mother in law paid for it, I will be seeking compensation.

Food was great for the family although a little pricy except the lunch menu. We got our meals quickly but our drinks took so long we had to prompt them, she acknowledged that she had it then wondered off it was another 15min before I reminded her again. The ticket was still sitting on the bench where she left it. The place was not very busy. That is unacceptable for a pub that is a drink based business. 4 stars only for the food and bistro staff.

My husband and I stayed here on our last night of our 1 week holiday and loved it room was fantastic and extremely clean bed was comfortable service was friendly food was awesome thanks heaps for our stay Tammy and luke mills from the walcha caravan park

This booking was in my partner's name, Wayne, for us to be able to attend a funeral in Sydney (we live in the Shoalhaven), recently.
The accomodation was basic but all you need for a stay at very reasonable rates. The room was tidy and clean. The tariff included room service (making the bed and delivering clean towels.) as well as food delivery from the hotel's bistro. Meals were delicious and arrived promptly.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
All in all, a fabulous hotel to stay at and most certainly value for money.

The phone app thing did not work for me but one of the workers was very lovely and did my order at the counter including my discount I have been here a few times and it is always a lovely meal..

Amazing staff, nice delicious food (bar menu), I personally liked the t bone steak , perfectly cooked to my liking..the venue is overall great, spacious,and the most amazing thing is the kids section in the bistro...I also liked the pool area, they had 2 nice pool tables. Not to miss it it you happen to be in the area.

went for lunch today and ordered the chicken schnitzel with avocado, cheese, hollandaise, bacon. yum :)

haven't visited in a few years but it seems to be a lot better than it was.

Such an amazing place to have dinner relax and enjoy time with family and friends while the kids play in their play room.
They also throw an amazing Christmas lunch would highly recommend. Friendly staff great service time and food is divine

Had an amazing stay there the other night. Rooms were very clean and the service was outstanding. Couldn't recommend it enough!

We were there today, great food and good overall atmosphere. What let the place down dramatically was how utterly rude one of the bar tenders were, going as far as muttering things under her breath at the end of our order. Probably the poorest attitude I have ever experienced by someone in hospitality. I must say though the manager was respectful and receptive to the feedback but it's unlikely we will be back there! Unfortunately disappointing.

They meant no harm it was because of the sparcely situated outdoor seating with one 3 man seat right outside our place. My 22 yo daughter and I felt so weirded out we drove off for an hour but they were still there when we returned. If there was some sort of seating outside each room I might have given 4 stars as the room and service were awesome. Also, a star for the 2 mad pool tables

Lovely place to dine in with friends and family. We have been there to celebrate our friend's bday and Ordered different Schnitzels and Steaks which taste delicious. Plus good service from the staff. Looking forward to come back soon.

My experience was amazing. Kind and welcoming staff. Food and drinks were at a fair price and it's just an all round top place.

Please don't go to this hotel.The receptionist is very rude.She recommends that hotel policy that husband and wife can't sit together on the pokies.think hundred times before you go there with family

Hi I'm Santa I was at a Davie's man's birthday on the 14th Nov, had a meal that was served hot (not like some places) truly excellent, was a great Atmosphere, the friendly staff, patrons some with children, if you're going to hold you child's or even grandparents birthday there you couldn't make a better choice, loved it.MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
