Pretty quiet, clean, and the food is decent (nice chips). They have mid week trivia and poker but should add karaoke to the mix.

The staff are really nice and helpful.

Amazing service! We were there to watch INXS and it was absolutely fantastic. Huge shout out to Lewis and his staff who were amazing.

Overall for me and my family everything was really good. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, foods were good and the atmosphere was nice too as we had early dinner so not too busy ?

The hospitality at the Collector Hotel on Saturday was amazing!!! Well done to Dan O'Hara and his team for looking after us so well. I didn't know that Justin Harrison was such a great speaker. Cant wait for next year.

Guys, do yourself a favour. Jump on a ferry from Circular Quay, cruise the Parramatta River to Parramatta and visit The Collector for lunch ?
Chef's special Lamb shank pie was wicked !

We booked a table for 14, we ended up having 16 on they day. The team handled this changed efficiently with out any fuss.

All food that was ordered was delicious and was received not long after being ordered.

We stayed well after lunch service and again were well catered for.

Overall, it was a great time and I would recommend returning for further team lunches

Was a very relaxed Friday evening. The DJ was loud and played a lot of ABBA remixes, but sitting outside at the front we were able to talk. There weren't too many customers, so food came quickly, and there was never a wait at the bar. This is ideal for us, we love a quiet venue.

Bathrooms were clean and modern, carpet was a bit grubby, but overall enjoyed it. Not a trendy modernised place with an expensive bistro and fancy drinks. Typical Aussie pub that hasn't been gentrified. Liked it.

I booked a retirees lunch at this place and it was fantastic! The staff are very respectful and courteous, the food is well priced with terrific options (the menu isn't big, but has something for everyone), the drink options are plentiful and reasonably priced, the safety is top notch. Zero to no trip hazards, which is important with older patrons. And, the place is clean and very welcoming. Thank you, Lewis and team for hosting us. We had a great time and will be back soon.

Great prices, nice and clean venue

The chicken parmigiana could was alright but could have been better. Small amount of chips and salad wasn't great. Staff service was great otherwise.

Great food great staff, nice and clean good place for a lunch and a drink or let your hairdown a bit with a few beers on a Friday night, in a nice environment, staff are always looking after their customers.

Outdoor beer garden area is simple but comfortable.
Food is good and usually served promptly. The buffalo wings with dipping sauce are excellent. Can't stop eating the wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli. Reasonable prices, particularly the lunch specials.

Excellent service on Saturday night from Christine. This place has taken 1st place ranking for me. Staff was friendly ,witty and rapid to serve. I wasn't left waiting like other pubs. Great work collector

A 7-Eleven has a better collection of drinks in bottles

Have come here a few time to have dinner and thought I would share my experience. Their new menu is AMAZING, their chef really puts attention to detail and as always, the staff are the most friendly and welcoming people. I have had friends and family come with me and all have a great time. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

It was a quiet night on Christmas Eve, although that didnt stop the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating.They even gave me Christmas snacks and a card.My experience here was nothing short of amazing!Extra credit given to the staff that worked Christmas Eve 2020!

I am regularly here for after work drinks. The staff are always so friendly, a special shout out to all the managers as they really have an above and beyond customer service attitude.

The bar service was wonderful but new chef and kitchen service let us wait for more than 30 minutes to received our food...that was really upset Kid bolognese pasta was like baby food (overcook pasta)and spicy for kid actually and steak kinda dry
