I stayed at there "campground" at the back for a night, highly recommend!

Food at pub:

Had the chicken schnitzel for AUD22. Nothing to complain, very yummy! They provide you with all sorts of condiments (bbq, tomato, chili etc.) for free. Service was quick and friendly. Lots of outside and inside seating.

Pub provides for a lot of offers/specials (see pictures). As most of those small town pubs, they also serve as bottle shop.

Dinner was available from 6pm.

"Campground"

Campground is a flat lawn at the back of the hotel. In general, it's free. If you need to use the shower/ toilets it's AUD5 to get the code. Temperature and water pressure were more than fine. They also provide towels if needed! Washing machines are AUD4, laundry powder can be purchased of needed for AUD2.

If you stay at campground for free, go and have some drinks/ meals. Place is highly recommend, would come back.

Great food! But sadly not dog friendly not even in the outdoor area. Not a great stop on the way home from holidays with the dog, otherwise we would be regular visitors if the dog was welcome.

Fantastic!!
We stopped there almost by accident and ended up spending the night:
- Funky live music and dancing
- Great atmosphere in the pub
- Delicious food with gener9us portions
- Friendly staff
- And on top of all, free overnight stay in our motorhome: we could park on the camp area behind the hotel. Easy to drive in with a trailer or any type of van.
A must-stop when travelling along the coast, thank you!!!

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Grabbed the entree pack and was thoroughly satisfied. It was golden and came with 2 perfect sauces. I even considered turning around and grabbing another. The perfect hang over food. Thank you!

Free camping for caravans. Toilet and shower for $5pp. Great location and a short walk into the shops. Staff were so friendly and our pizza last night was one of the best Trrivia night was fun, tonight free Bingo. Support the town and contribute where you can. Thanks Cobargo. ??'?

Food and service were first rate. Best lamb cutlets I have had in a long time. I will definitely be back.

A great experience. We are caravanning around visiting centres unfortunately ravaged by fires 4 years ago. Cobargo copped it big time. Some rebuilding has occurred, new houses are noted and people are moving on.
We stayed at the free camp at the back of the Hotel. Plenty of space and you need to be self sufficient. For $5pp paid at bar electronic key available for shower/toilet access 24 hrs.
There are also motel style rooms that were in use to some overnight stayers.
Popular restaurant, about 50+ people in for dinner Saturday night, has many selections, we enjoyed great steaks.
Very welcoming and friendly staff.
Went for a street walk on Saturday, unfortunately a lot of the shops doing it tough, some were closed but it was pm. A lot of shops had been burnt down in the Firestone.
Can only recommend a stop here and leave a few dollars. It all helps the rebuilding process.

Wow this Cobargo Pub is so amazing with awesome customer service, friendly, professional and so welcoming too!

OMG you want the best meal and dessert too well you got to try the 500gms Rump steak with chips and vegetables, this a perfect meat from the locals Butcher up the road from the Cobargo Pub!

Ohhh stop it the delicious dessert the Sticky Butternut pudding with ice-cream!

We arrived after several days of bikepacking and were quite looking forward to a room and a bed. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. This place and the people are true gems. Cobargo and the hotel should be on everyone's travel itinerary!
The room was just what we were in need of after a couple nights bikepacking.

Great pub. The food and service was first rate. Free overnight stay for RV,s. Dump point and laundromat available.

Dropped in for lunch recently and ordered a hamburger and beer.
Luckily the beer was good cause the burger was disgusting.
Overcooked meat, burnt bacon and bun, tasteless and sloppy salad, chips soggy and just luke warm. Worst $21 I have spent in a long time !!!
I can only hope that their real cook was absent that day cause I have had good dinners there before.

Free camping out the back of pub it was an amazing spot ! There was about 10 or 11 there already set up when we got there , so it looks very popular ??'? ??'?

Happy hour bar prices good. Pub grub a good standard. Sun arvo music too.

Great place to stop. The accommadation was good. We had dinner and breakfast and they were really good lots of choice. The staff are nice and happy and very child friendly.

Wasn't a super cold night, need to meet someone the next morning, so stay overnight at hotel and have a traditional pub menu.... Food was enjoyable and even better if I could get an outdoor seating or at the dining room, not a fan to sit on high stool....

Had an overnighter here on a bike trip. Clean motel style rooms for $85 p/night. Friendly staff and locals, bistro was busy and meals were great and good value. I'll go back for sure.

Had a great meal at very reasonable price, had no luck with the Friday night raffle but spent the night camped out the back in the motorhome for no charge. All in all win win. Thoroughly recommended.

The venue is great with a picturesque view of the Cobargo township from the outside area. We were a large group of 16 but there was plenty of room inside. I enjoyed the generously large T-bone steak with veges. The service was friendly and helpful. I can also recommend the coffee. Do yourself a favour and enjoy a meal at the pub in Cobargo.

Great pub. Very nice locals. The local community were very inclusive, extremely friendly.
We had a fantastic time on Sunday, watching the band. Dinner was generous and tasty.

Great free stop out the back on grass for up to 72 hours if self contained. For $5 pp pd you can use their toilet and shower. Breakfast on weekends only, meals of a night 6 - 8.30pm. Walk across bridge for a few shops.
