Great country hospitality. Camping with power available and hot showers away from the highway. Bar prices very reasonable.

What a hidden gem.
We arrived on a hot Friday.
Set up caravan with no one around.
A really nice location with a creek flowing just over the bank.
Views to the surrounding hills.
An old Anglican sandstone church next door.
Plus the unused show grounds.
Excellent camping toilets plus power and water for only...
$15 unpowered or $20 powered per night.

The club fired up just after 4:30pm as people came in for dinner, drinks, meat tray and club raffles.

Kate the bar maid was magnificent, She was very lively, enthusiastic and good for a laugh.

The club volunteers and locals were magnificent as well very friendly. Making us feel very welcome.

Excellent drink prices and lovely club grub. Yummy.

We will be back.

Great little club run by volunteers. The night we were there the highway was closed due to a vehicle accident. The ladies organised meals for the truckies who were stuck on the side of the road.

Camped out back of club ,powered and unpowered sites, ? and showers, great friendly club and staff, great food, $15,a night unpowered 1 person,club opens at 4.30,short walk to the Royal Hotel, well worth a stop

The food was delicious we were lucky to have a dj on the night we all song a long to all to the staff thank you for a wonderful evening

Great little bowling club, and caravan park, only about 8 powered sites, $20 a night dog friendly and good amenities rustic charm to them and clean. Nice meals at club.

Camped overnight on NYE. Friendly club staff, reasonable priced meals, drinks and camping. Pizzas and Garlic bread were divine. Thanks Barb and staff.

Stayed with caravan - wonderfully clean amenities. Bowling club serves good 'pub' tucker Friday and Saturday nights. Friendly folk makes for enjoyable visit.

Had a great weekend here at the country music campfire meals were very nice staff were very welcoming & managed to serve everyone without too much waiting a great venue for a small town well organised

Friendly, open 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm, motorcycle camping, if no cook, nice home made frozen meals available.

The Bowls Club is not usually open through the week but they catered for our evening meals which was sensational. I can't thank all the workers Barb, Katie, Hayley ,Rhiannon, Jan and
Jodie, my apologies if I missed anyone. You all did a great job, can't thank you all enough

A very scary place. We were considering to stay there overnight with our rooftop tent, but upon arrival saw a post-apocalyptic picture. The grounds look like they were long forgotten. The only new structure was a shower block. But I'd rather go without a shower to be honest...

Staff were friendly and helpful beer was cold. Nice quiet place. Will visit again.

A fantastic overnighter if you are passing . Bowling club is small but not lacking in hospitality. Meals are mouth watering home style cooking .

Great Club! Great Food only on a Friday.

This caravan camp site has to be the bargain of all caravan sites. The facilities are clean & tidy. A few sites with electriciy, however not a great town with very limited shopping opportunities , need to bring food including milk & bread before you arrive at this site.

This site is most underated has hot showers, clean toilets, (with handicapped facilities ) some sites with electric power for a bargain price of $15 per overnight stay.Enquire at the Bowling Club ( which has a working bar in the evening after 4: 30pm) Would need to take your food & provisions with you, as there is no shops in the town. Caravan park is next to the Bowling Club about 2.5 kilometres.off the main highway.

Very small park, New amenities very clean, Bowling club no longer has bowling. Nice cold beer and friendly staff member in the club house. Cost as of 1/1/18Powered sites 15 DOLLARS UNPOWERED SITES 10 DOLLARS.

What a great stop. Power and water. Pay at bowling club whilst having a beer or two plus nuts. Friendly country service cost $25 for a couple. Excellent
