Called up in advance to see if it was dog friendly, they said it was. The website also says that they are a dog friendly place but when we got there they said we couldn't bring the dog in. We explained that we rang up to confirm it twice as well as that the website states it is and they still turned us back. Very rude of them as we came all that way only to have to find somewhere else.

Services and staff are friendly the fantastic food and good parking, A band plays Friday night an atmosphere is great.

I came to the Carousel Inn for lunch with friends. We all had a great experience.
Firstly, every staff member was friendly, helpful and offered a great dinning experience. It really felt like a great day out. Secondly, the food was delicious. Each of us enjoyed the meal we chose. I got the burger special and I have to say, it is one of the best tasting burger's I've ever had. And the complementary drink (that comes with the lunch special) was a special touch. And to have a great lunch and drink for under $15 ... a-maz-ing!
I want to thank all of the staff for making our day so special. We all said that we have to go back again. The lady at the bar was helpful and friendly and helped us know where to go and times. The waitresses and waiter made our day complete. One waitress, after we commented about the food told us about the new menu that will soon be available. She made everything sound so good. Looking forward to it.

I had my daughters birthday here, the customer service was excellent, and the food was served fast and was extremely delicious. It was perfect for the kids as there is a play area.

A fantastic, friendly location for a tasty meal or cold beer. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond, getting our kids ice-cream even though lunch service ended.

Third time to this awesome place, I'm not from the area, what a hidden gem! Compliment to the staff whom are inviting, friendly and exceeds their customer service beyond. Managers I have briefly met, Renee & Madison, so helpful and professional but still provide their personal touch within their people skills. Look forward to more visits.

We had our little Under 6's football team's end of year party here. Food was super affordable with the free kids meals. The bar had great specials on. Sundays are great with the free activities plus the indoor playground. Parents and the kids all had a ball! Super easy to book and customer service was great. Highly recommend!

Came for the dinner. I wouldn't come back again. Paid $90 for the food. The chicken wings were disgusting. It tasted like they had fried an old man boots in the oil before they fried the chicken wings. The pie was tasteless. The wedges and the chips were good. The nachos were good too. The service of the staff is fantastic.
The outside area is for smokers/ non smokers.
They have a kid area which is great but do the smokers have to be around while your trying to eat a meal? 8pm is when smokers can come outside.

Food was great! Recommend the pot pie, mash and peas. Was so good!.. enough games to keep the kiddies busy. Outdoor area was nice to sit at. Food took a little long to come out but that could vary on times of day I guess.

Security staff rude and incompetent over a minor matter of where my vehicle was parked in a near empty car park.

I agreed and was happy to move my vehicle to another location within the carport once I had finished my meal.

Continually hounded by Security, to the degree where I left my meal and remaining drink to move my vehicle.

Not going back ever again!

Ordered the cattleman's feed, scotch fillet, kids cheeseburger and kids chicken nuggets and chips.

The food was great, steak Cooked exactly as asked and flavourful. The lady at kitchen front of house, 'Po', was absolutely lovely, interacted with the kids and made them smile.

Will certainly be back next time we go out for dinner!

I Was there today for a wake and was totally disgusted. The family of the deceased paid $80each for 3 platters of food and was told there would be 55 pieces of a variety of finger food on each platter. They received 4 dinner plates with approximately 10
To 12 items on each plate . All the food was frozen packet junk just thrown into the deep fryer.
They also requested a private room and asked for pink tablecloths. When we arrived they had done nothing to the room at all. For this the carousel charged them $400. I would never recommend this establishment for any function. The carousel showed total disrespect by not following the wishes of the family .in their time of morning.

Food was awesome. Big servings for a great price. Staff were really friendly. Pretty good selection of Cold beer on tap at usual pub prices. Well worth a drop in.
