Spacious venue with fast service. Generous serving size that allowed us a healthy-ish shared lunch option.

We ordered the fish and chips with extra grilled chicken. Fish was well cooked. Plenty of chips on the plate. Unfortunately the chicken was a bit on the dry and chewy side.

Had a Great Father's Day lunch. Fantastic Service. Was quite busy but didn't have to wait long. Great food. Coffee needs a bit of work. We enjoyed Rump Steak, Chicken Schnitzel and Calamari. All cooked to perfection. Thanks.

Had lunch here today. Very understaffed. Asian lady in black was very rude. Waited half an hour for a hot chocolate that never came and my daughter also didnt get her dessert until we chased it up half an hour later. Ended up just getting a refund for the hot chocolate as we had to leave. Good food great people except for the Asian lady sorting the food out. I understand it's a public holiday and people maybe called in sick or whatever it may be, still doesn't give her (Asian lady in black handing out the orders to staff) the right to be rude.

Had a work function. The service was good, attended to us well. The actual food was average, and that's being nice. I didn't think it was worth the high price's especially with such great restaurants around the vicinity. Average pub experience.

We came for dinner tonight, ordering mushroom arancini, chicken parmigiana and the carbonara with added chicken.
The mushroom arancini was great, cannot fault it.
The parmigiana was a bit like cardboard and it had zero taste.
The carbonara was disgusting. The sauce was more like soup and the chicken had a fishy taste to it and I could not eat the meal.
Very disappoiting as my husband and I were looking forward to a night of not cooking and spent nearly $100 on these meals. Had we not had a tired toddler with us, we would have taken the meals back and gone elsewhere for dinner.
5 stars for the service staff as they were very professional.

We had a wonderful experience at Carindale Hotel. On a busy Thursday late night shopping, our meals came out very quickly, at the same time, and we couldn't fault any of the meals. The staff were also so lovely. We particularly enjoyed the 300g rib fillet which was cooked to perfection (rare). We will be back!

I've never ordered chicken schnitzel at a pub before. Had dinner with here with my husband just in time for happy hour. Very affordable considering everything.
Schnitzel was awesome. I opted to not have fries so I ended up getting double salad. WINNING!!! So good. I'm converted!

This venue managed a booking for 20 people with one day's notice. They went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, including special touches for the birthday girl. The food was excellent with lots of choice on the menu and a great kids menu. For rainy nights like today, the location is perfect as we had plenty of undercover parking and an easy walk to the restaurant. A special thanks to Riza for her pleasant and professional style, making sure we were well looked after throughout the evening.

Food was great, well done chefs. Whoever cooked the calamari last night, we commend you on a great effort! Not chewy at all!

Floor staff, not impressed. Our table was looked at several times to notice empty plates and glasses, but never cleared for us or even asked to clear to celebrate a birthday with cake.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy visiting this restaurant. My margherita pizza was amazing in taste and presentation. My husband ordered the rib eye fillet and once again it was cooked perfectly. The manager, Melville greeted us on arrival and was busy during the night making sure all his customers were enjoying themselves. A lovely evening and definitely recommend this establishment for an enjoyable night out.

Very accommodating for our group of 30. Most venues tell you first in first served and will not reserve any space for that number.

Friend and I went for afternoon tea yesterday. The Asian looking Waitress was having nasty attitude towards my friend and I. We did not know we had to grab the seat first and she wasn't explaining nicely. We just wanted to see what types of tea they serve.
She was that loud even the other customers beside us were looking at us. I have no idea why she had to be so rude out of no where. If she doesn't want to work, just quit. There's no need to ruin the reputation of this restaurant. We were simply just wanted to have a nice tea there. It made my friend feel extremely unsafe as she has severe anxiety.
The waitress was horrible. Not going back.
Will be talking to the manager asap.

I Had lunch here with my mum and the staff were all so beautiful! Extremely friendly, happy and helpful. The food was incredible, came out so quickly and tasted amazing! The bartender actually remembered my order when I went up to the bar she had my drinks ready! She was a gorgeous girl and made incredible drinks!
Overall super happy with the experience and will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 56 Th anniversary for lunch and the meals were amazing,when told it was our anniversary they insisted we had our desert courtesy of the hotel,staff were all polite and very professional. If you want great food visit and you will not be be disappointed. 😁🎉

Had a lovely family dinner at the restaurant and was well taken care of by the staff. The food was great and the service was busy that night so we expected it to be slow. But it was well worth the wait. I especially enjoyed the crunchy beef salad and the ginger beer. The rib fillet steak was also very good even though I am not a big fan of steaks.

All I can say is Wow! Wow! Wow! Our Christmas lunch at the Carindale Hotel today exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly helpful staff made us welcome and no matter how busy it got, they kept their sense of fun and Christmas spirit. The cold buffet was beautifully presented and excellent quality, especially the prawns. I don't eat bug or oysters but those at our table who had them were impressed. There was more than enough of everything. The hot buffet selection was smaller but delicious and plentiful. So that leaves the sweets! OMG - so much variety and so yummy. I had way too much - which I guess is what you do at Christmas. With the drinks being included, I wasn't too hopeful of good quality bubbles but again I was pleasantly surprised and it was appreciated that there were heaps of non alcoholic options for the drivers in the group. We had an absolutely lovely lunch, and as one of the two in the family who always end up planning, preparing food and cleaning up, it has my vote for a return visit next year. Well worth the price - BIG thumbs up.

I recently visited this pub located in carindale shopping centre that was both good and expensive. The interior was modern and stylish, with comfortable seating and a trendy atmosphere. The menu featured a variety of pub classics, such as burgers, sandwiches, and wings, as well as more upscale options like seafood and steaks. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious.

The drinks menu was impressive as well, with a wide range of craft beers, wines, and cocktails to choose from. The prices were definitely on the higher side, but the quality of the drinks more than justified the cost.

One of the best things about this pub was its convenient location in the shopping centre. It was the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat or a drink after a long day of shopping. However, the prices were definitely on the expensive side, so it might not be the best option for a casual, everyday outing. That being said, it's definitely worth a visit for a special occasion or a night out with friends.

My family and I celebrated my birthday at the Pub for dinner last night and it was a wonderful experience. We were a group of 10, all meals came out timely and everyone agreed they were excellent. Staff communicated well when there was an issue with one meal. A lovely staff member gave me a birthday voucher and at the end of our meal came out with chocolate brownies and candles. It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. We have more family birthdays coming up soon and we will definitely be celebrating at the Carindale Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made it a special night, especially and I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, the gentleman who ensured I had my voucher and brought out the cake. Thank you!!

Wow! Refreshing. Actually had a meal that seemed like someone in the kitchen cared. Warm olives and toast .... Yummy. Crispy steak salad delicious. Rump very well cooked but tough 😞salad was great though. Staff offered freebie for tough steak. Definitely going back. Rare value for money at this venue!

Service weren't bad, always willing to help without a booking. We did find a different menu and a difference in price. Our usual favourites were average compared to previous visits. Nice packs to entertain the kids. Nice vibe.

So glad we did! The service was prompt and friendly. How to order was clearly explained (we are off the older generation) and questions were politely answered.

Drinks were a bit pricey but the food was amazing! Calamari was tender and sweet and my chicken parmy was perfect.
We will return.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Ordered two 300g wagyu eye steaks, my partner asked for rare and I asked for medium rare, both came out way over cooked, I couldn't even cut or chew mine, I also ordered a cc dry which we had to go up and collect as the bartender "didn't see the dockets come out" and then came with no ice or lime in it, not to mention the customer service of the servers who just dumped the food on the table and walked off, for 4.6 rating you need to up your game before it gets worse!

What an amazing 2021 Christmas Lunch put on by Carindale Hotel. As our families grow and Christmas is shared across more than one day, so with family celebrations spent before the 25th (and some planned after) my wife and I wanted to treat each other to a stress free Christmas day. So sharing the experience with my Brother-in-law and his wife, the lunch was nothing short of spectacular with so much variety and the quality of food was amazing. All the staff were amazing and helpful considering they put aside their family celebrations to make others a special day and that is surely was.

We wanted somewhere to meet some friends and celebrate a uni graduation. Other venues asked for large deposit and minimum spend. Carindale Hotel was so accommodating. They set aside some space for us and the staff were great. Thank you so much for having us 🥂🍻

The main benefit of this hotel, aside from being conveniently located in the Green House restaurant area of Westfield Carindale, is the all-day dining. I frequent this establishment simply because I can get a decent meal any time of the day, without having to worry about lunch or dinner timeframes. The food is moderately priced, however good value for money. Staff are friendly and professional, and food and drinks arrive at your table in a timely fashion. With the QR Code / Online ordering (complete with Afterpay if you're short on cash but want a Gin Ricky and a decent meal), it's quite easy and quick to get your order in without waiting for table service or waiting in line to order. Although it wouldn't be a problem, I feel it is less ideal for families with small children. I would recommend this restaurant for a quick drink and meal, as well as the 'any time' lunch or dinner for singles or couples.

Meals are generous, although most of our steaks were a little underdone. Overall would highly recommend & we will go back again.

Bad food, worse customer service. Overpriced and extremely overrated. Asked to find our own seats. Took 30+ minutes to get one jug of water and 2 cocktails, which came out together. Nobody checked in at all for that first half hour, nor was there anybody around to request service from. Cocktails were 90% ice. Cost $28 for a single slice of lasagne with hardly any meat filling, with the most pathetic side salad ever encountered. Pizza was burnt and lacked sauce - tasteless. No follow-up once food was brought out, and, again, nobody around to request service as required. It wasn't even busy when we went - there were 4 other patrons on a Saturday afternoon! Absolutely abysmal experience. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Always had good experience here until that one bad meal to ruin your view on the place and this is it. Tonight the 400gm rump steak from is the toughest meat I've ever had. I might be able to finish it if the sauce was served in a bigger size. Hope things will improve.

Absolutely brilliant pub with really great atmosphere and good customer service. I do like the new method of ordering using the QR code and delivery straight to your table. But if you wish to still go to the bar you still keen which is also a good customer service option. For me, it's a great local pub also.

Our visit was nice, although my daughter and I had a fall in your restaurant. Can I please recommend that you place some rubber grips onto the bottom of your chairs/seats as they are just too slippery in that floor board. I have hurt my shoulder, hip and cheek.

First place that I have had to download a specific app to get into. The staff at the entry was very snappy at me and the person I was supporting because we didn't have a booking. Food was OK but should have been better for the prices.

We had an amazing meal and cocktails at the Carindale Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Chris the manager is superb at his job and keeping the customers happy. And the meals were amazing and the steaks cooked to perfection. 5 stars for bar and food service

This is definitely worth a visit. Caesar salad was great. Plenty on the menu to meet the needs of all but not so much it's confusing. Orders can be specialised as well. Quick turn around from order to eat too. Not too noisy that it was a distraction. I'll go back whenever!

Ate the 2 course special and it was amazing, steak was cooked perfectly beers were cold, staff were very friendly and we were even able to take our leftovers home.

I had dinner here recently on a Tuesday night with work colleagues & really enjoyed myself. I had the pumpkin pizza & arancini balls, both were decent portions & tasted excellent! We ordered a few cocktail jugs to share & when one served wasnu2019t the one we ordered, the bar manager happily complimented us one to tide us over until itu2019s replacement was ready. It was a lovely gesture considering we were all having a good time & the service was quick already. I would not hesitate to eat here again, a great pub feel but in a crisp & modern setting.
