Food took over an hour to come out on quiet night. Food for most was cold like it had been sitting under heat lamps for a while.
Staff seemed very disengaged and rude. One of our party was even told to be quiet when trying to place his order as it wasn't in the correct order the staff member wanted it to be. (HE WAS THE FIRST TO ORDER!)
The new bill splitting is an absolute nightmare! A menu item was paced onto the bill that was not ordered by the table. When questioned the manager came to assist. We were then informed that they could match the bar receipt to the system receipt to confirm. When we received the bar receipt it was time stamped 55min before the booking time!!! When we mentioned this, the manager stated that the till is off by an hour, due to daylight savings! This seems to be a management issue not the customers. We were treated very poorly and will not be coming back.
For a local sporting club that has frequented this establishment for many years, we couldn't recommend this place and will be mentioning this to all our members.
