Fantastic pub food. Exactly what you would expect and nicer than other pubs around.
venue is new and fresh. Lovely dining areas. Great atmosphere.

There is a small kids playground and arcade games area, BUT it has some issues.
The entrance into the playground seems to be via 2 tunnels off the arcade space. There isn\'t (that I could see) any parent access. The playground is behind frosted windows so supervising your kids is impossible. If your child was hurt or scared, there isnt any friendly way in to get them. Its not very well designed in that aspect which is silly for a new build. (Seriously folks, can you run these designs past a MUM before building!) Is say the playground is best suited for 5yr-10yrs.

Very large and open theme, good family vibes, great food - maybe a little too big...let's break it down.

Atmosphere: ***
It's a very large open dining scene, well kept and clean but while Décor is nice, it feels a little too open! Could easily seat hundreds, which is great for family and friends, but not for a date. This is a pub style club on steroids and seems more focused on numbers rather than comfort and experience.

Customer Service:****
There a few entry points and was greeted well by rep. When provided the booking, the rep seemed to know, but walked me past my table, where my friends had to flag me down. It's a big place.
Ordering is via the kitchen register, which was customer friendly and speedy.
Food was delivered to the table around 15-20 minutes, awesome considering it was a busy night. Service staff were very friendly and helpful, however they seemed to have many tables to look after. Was still very good!

Food (why we are here): ****
Order: Penne Carbonara, Pappardelle Ragu, Marinated Lamb Kabab, (entree) Lamb Kofta.

Food was great - considering the volume of guests and the efficiency of serving, this was really amazing. The ragu and carbonara did fall I little short of flavour, even with the Parmesan. however both the kabab and kofta were excellent. Well done.

Overall: ****
With a few more hands to check on guests and maybe sectioning to make it feel a little more comfortable instead of a pub warehouse, this could easily be a 5 star dining experience. The customers service needs only a little fine tuning and the food is so close to 5 star. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Well done Pink hotel!

Portions were good. Food was fresh and tasty too.
The main restaurant kitchen closes at 9PM which is not mentioned properly anywhere. But they were kind enough not to rush customers to leave even after 30 mins past that time.
Great place for a catch-up and it has kids play area too to keep them engaged.

Magnificent & stylish ambiance! We loved the tasteful tapas which were perfect for sharing. Senior meal deals were very valued for money. My steak was slightly over cooked. Last Sunday we noticed 2 outstanding bar or waiting staffs; a shorter lady (we gave her some tips) who was always pleasant & a tall man. However, we were not impressed with the entrance hostest whom not only didn\'t tie up her waist length hair but also flicked it a couple of times as if she was doing the catwalk.

Hopefully I will amend this post in 6 months time with more positive comments.

Great family friendly venue offering a really nice menu and wide range of drinks & entertainment. This was my second visit here but my first time trying their main meals in the bistro. We had the Chicken Parma & Chicken Schnitzel (mushroom sauce) accompanied by cheesy garlic bread & Black Forest Cake. The serving size on the Seniors menu was very generous too. Fresh delicious meals and excellent customer service. There's a kids playroom just off the dining area too. Definitely worth coming here to try the meals!
