Went here to celebrate my brothers 21st, and at first glance this place looks great. Food arrived very quickly (A lot quicker than other places I've been to) and it certainly lived up to expectations. Ordered the Pappardelle Ragu, my first time trying it and it was really good. Pink Hill Hotel is amazing and I can't wait for my next visit!

It's great to have more local options to eat that provide quality, clean, and respectable environments. We ordered the flat head (fish and chips), Ragu, and chilli prawn, and appreciated the serving of each dish. The taste it what you'd expect at a bistro, and the service was fine.
We arrived early, and despite it being maybe ~30% full at the time, noticed it was loud already. During a full evening, it could be a bit much. Same with the queue to order food. It was building up already, which could only be worse when busier.
Speaking only to our experience, the food was tasty, service prompt and the environment nice. I'd highly recommend to any locals!

Very nice clean venue. Booked out but managed a walk in later on. Food was lovely and staff was super kind and helpful. I'm surprised by some of the reviews. We loved it and will go back.

- **Steak:** Although cooked to the requested, the accompanying chips were excessively dry, and the vegetables were both undercooked and dry, detracting from the meal's overall quality.

- **Garlic Chilli Prawns and Calamari:** The dish was overshadowed by an unexpected and overpowering tomato base, which was not mentioned on the menu and masked the intended flavors.

- **Beef Burger:** Virtually indistinguishable from the children's burger, aside from the addition of lettuce and sauce, served with a side garden salad. The burger itself lacked flavor and was notably bland.

**Conclusion:** The dining experience at Pink Hill Hotel was subpar, with several dishes falling short of expectations with diners not finishing their meals. Based on this experience, it is not recommended.

I had a delightful chicken schnitzel, and my wife enjoyed a delicious salmon dish. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was of high quality.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Hidden inside surbabia, Pink Hill Hotel is a serene place for a meal, drink, or pokies. Highly recommended for all age groups. The inside and outside settings are amazing. Recommended to go in the evening to see pink skies on hill tops.

After reading the negative reviews, I was interested to see what this relatively new (1 year) place was like.

Firstly, the place is visually impressive. There's obviously been a lot $$ spent on the fit out and the spaces are luxurious and roomy. We sat in the outside Bistro space on a beautiful warm summers day. Although it was a big space, it was quiet with only a couple of other tables occupied. Inside was busier with a few large groups.

After reading negative reviews about the Parma, we steered away and shared a burger, souvlaki and arancini. Higher end prices but we were overall happy with the quality of food. Didn't love the bun used with the burger, but it was tasty all the same. The salad with the souvlaki was fresh and delicious. Plenty of chips came with both meals.

Hopefully the standard stays consistent as it seems the bistro has capacity to accommodate many large groups. And if they don't get them, wondering whether corners will be cut to make ends meet.

Didn't have dessert as there were limited options that appealed. Maybe a few more cake options might have encouraged us to stay.

Found staff responsive and polite.

Will visit again.

The food here was soooo good! Went here for my twins brothers birthday! Was like a week before Christmas so it was really really packed but that was half the joy of it! The place was so well decorated which felt so christmasy and warm! Given it being absolutely packed the service was amazing! Top of the line food and cocktails! And even though there was sooo many people, we werent left waiting and twiddling our thumbs which I half expected - still wouldn't have bothered me (Christmas is a really busy time of year!) But I was just so surprised with it! They also let me bring in a cake that I made for my brother! Love love love it! Would defs go back next Christmas, was magical ðŸ'ž

Lovely atmosphere and we enjoyed the food. Staff friendly and helpful however the food came out staggered and 3 of us had finished eating before others meals came out. We all ordered at the same time. Reasonable priced and delivious food.
