This place was so clean and spacious for our family of five. Lovely services from our host. Great location !Only gave four stars as there was no screens on the windows which was kinda scary with little kids being up so high..so we kept nearly everything closed and then there was no aircon. However ! The fans were very strong and it's cooler in March so it worked out well.

The view is amazing, so many close options for activities or meals, facilities are family friendly, pool is a great place to spend an afternoon

Lovely apartment and ocean views with nice service and balconies you can smoke on BUT zero air conditioning and fans that barely worked in 2 of our 3 rooms...

Easy check in, lovely staff, Fantastic views from 9th floor 3bdrm north facing, close to beach and mini water play park for kids and shops, great size apartment with everything you need, comfy beds, great pool, spa was awesome, only con No AirCon and No Flyscreens which brings the bugs in at night when you have windows open and lights on, this wasn't too much of an issue for us as its winter but summertime however I would not recommend (unless other floors had aircon)

Excellent helpful staff, facilities are clean, Apartments are spacious and have absolutely everything we could have needed for cooking during our stay. No air-conditioning, Windows have not got screens but no problem with bugs while we stayed. There are lots of pedestal fans in the rooms and some ceiling fans. Excellent family experience. Highly recommend.

we have great views. Lots of room for the six of us. Close to supermarkets. Few mins from the beach.

AMAZING PLACE! What a gem, I will definitely be back. The value for money with the size, location and views of the apartment were just absolutely phenomenal. Would highly recommend to all family and friends, I can't wait to come back here. Two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, heated pool, tennis court, sauna, amazing! Thank you for giving me such a lovely room. Friendly staff, I got stuck in the pool area at night and they helped me get out lol. Location is so good! So close to proximity of the beach, the views everywhere are so beautiful. Heaters were in rooms and a great size kitchen, dining and living area, perfect for families.

Great views and amenities, older style Unit but clean and comfortable, easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

The views are spectacular. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need except air-conditioning. The apartment had ceiling fans. Enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very close to everything local shopping centre is only a 5 min drive and everything else is in walking distance.

Lovely large apartment. Great views. Situated short walking distance to restaurants and bars. Of course patrolled beautiful Kings Beach. Manager helpful and friendly.

Only a few things wrong but didn't effect our stay.
The place needs some T.L.C
The toilet holder is falling off in the ensuite, there's paint peeling nearly everywhere, no screens so it's a bit hard to keep a window open at night when it's not, the fans are installed in the wrong place, not over the bed so it became quite hot in the room, the fans are old and dated..the lounges need upgrading... Small things that would have made our stay, cooler and more comfy.

We had a lovely time. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils you would need for the family. Great views . Fantastic stay.
