Please refrain from this pub only the kitchen food is top nosh and kitchen side ambiance is so welcoming, however on the other hand the security guard are useless and the licensee too is dam and foolish please don't waste your time and money on the beers are well as the games. They told me I was ban from the hotel without an explanation and I think they mistakenly think I was someone else. How dam can a hotel not notifying you of what's going on. I don't deal with useless management. I have worked in hospitality for over 10 years however I use to notify members if they are ban to come to the hotel however this hotel use the words only when I visited them 2 years ago. I can consider them only if they email or call me to know what's happening if you are around Cabramatta please only go thier competitor Stardust Hotel instead. They will discriminate you based on your colour of skin hence be careful when you visit when you are dank skin. I would definitely not recommend to visit this place. Services is terrible and staff are ok compared to other venues however management is appalling. Management should be rembering that the customers are the ones paying your bills not the other way around.

(For The Kitchen) The latest go to place for a cheap meal with my family. Has a range of Thai, Laos, Vietnamese and Good Old Pub Food. Various she'll fish specials are a favourite for myself and wife, Cockles, Periwinkles or Razor Clams. For those daring Baby Duck eggs. That also make good traditional Laotian style Paw Paw salads.

Food good. Service fast, polite and efficient. Competitive prices. Extensive menu. Quiet and spacious. Saturday lunchtime and no issues getting a table for 6 people.

Lovely renovated pub which balances sports & racing screens whilst maintaining a warm & welcoming ambiance. Bar staff are pleasant.
Restaurant has amazing & very different to mainstream Thai food which came out really fast (Friday night). Would skip the Mixed entree next time which was luke warm at best. The duck red curry & combination stir fry with red curry paste were delicious. Restaurant staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Would I eat there again? Absolutely! Would I hire their wait staff? Mmmm yeah nah.

The food is value for money. However, the service is a major let down. Hence 1 star rating. My wife and I decided to grab a quick dinner after work. I ordered sizzling steak(steak on hotplate vietnamese style) my wife ordered rump steak with chip and pepper sauce. My dishes arrived at a reasonable time. But there was no cutlery, I have to wait for like 10min for the knife to come out. Did they expect me to eat with my hands. My wife dishes still has not arrived yet. My wife suggest I eat first. After finishing my meals her dishes has not arrived yet. I have to query where is my wife food and there reply were "oops sorry". Terrible service, these people are not made to be in the hospitality industries. Maybe lack of training. Either way ruin my wife and I dinner. Won't be back anytime soon.

P.S to the management, the food is not bad, you need to hire the rights people to match your food and atmosphere.

Not sure if new chef but food taste different from the last few visits. Menu is very big ranging from Vietnamese to Thai to steak but nothing stood out as wow. Place gets quite noisy as it is a pub.

Looks very fresh and clean with nice decor. The outdoor eating area looks spectacular. Nice, open layout and very stylish. We had a birthday lunch there and had a private area to eat and celebrate. Would totally come back again when the wife comes grocery shopping to Cabramatta next time.

Food are delicious but it's a bit overpriced. Environment are beautiful and lively. Staffs have good manners but lack of proper training and gives false information that could lead to confrontation. Need improvement.

If you are going to dine in then no issues at all but their takeaway is the problem.. made sure to order way ahead of time like 40 minutes ahead.. i went to collect it seeing them not busy at all very disappointing that they have not made my food until i paid for it.. so i had to wait for another 30 minutes.
Dine in is a different story you sit you order and you pay then food comes out.. they should do the same thing to takeaway customers who dont have time to dine in.. very disappointed.

"The Kitchen" chicken parmigiana is one of the best dishes. The bar is equipped with all kind of liquors and they make very good coffees. I enjoyed being there just to chill. You can also use CrowdDJ to choose your favorite song for free, and it will broadcast the song in this little fantastic hotel!

Everything was fine until I had to go to the bathroom. On the way there I was asked to remove my hat, whilst at least half a dozen patrons were wearing hats in the pokie room. Will not go back.

The decor is nice since the renovations. However, it needs to decide if it's a restaurant or a pub. It's unacceptable to have children running and screaming through the pub area + patrons speaking loudly on mobile speaker phones, It needs to be completely separate. The staff spent more dealing with making coffee for the restaurant patrons than serving beer for the drinking patrons. However, I can't fault the staff, they agreed and were very apologetic.

Cabramatta Carpark Vo at the back of the hotel is a place for scammers and rip-offs...they charge you $8 flat be it one minute or for a whole day. Wouldn't budge with the cost even if you tell them you'd be away for only 2 minutes .

An old customer,first time back in 15 years...totally amazed at the wonderful re-modelling of this establishment. WELL WORTH A VISIT.

Their Thai food was ON POINT! Very affordable dishes with some nice cheeky touches, like the raw salmon salad. Their soft shell crab is absolutely incredible; best I've ever had.

I like this place, very clean and modern. The bar staff is very friendly and professional. The food is Thai and delicious. This is a pub you would like to come back.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM SECURITY. This actually deserves NO STARS.

I had to sign in and security asked for my ID. I showed him my license and he asks for my name and date of birth which is clearly on there. He then states that the photo does not look like me! He asks for my signature (which has changed) and wants to see a physical copy of my passport which obviously, I did not have on me. I then asked for my license back and said I will just leave as this was not worth arguing for. BUT he said that HE WILL TAKE MY LICENCE. I told him he CAN NOT DO THAT as that is MINE but he said he will call the COPS. He then calls I'm assuming his manager to have a look at my license. They then ask for my credit card and the manager says "what are you trying to say? that does look like her" to the security guard. I then state that it was taken whilst I was in school and the manager even agreed and saw I was wearing my school uniform in the photo. I also wear glasses, but I was not wearing glasses in the photo and even took my glasses off to prove to them that is ME. I thank the manager or whoever it was for recognising it was me. But I am DISGUSTED at that security guard. I know for a fact they do not have the authority to take my licence so that was so unprofessional. My first and LAST time coming back.

Great atmosphere. The hotel was recently renovated and looks very modern inside. Theres also a restaurant inside with a variety of Asian cuisine as well as pub food classics and the bar has a wide selection of drinks available. Good option for anyone local and don't want to drive far.
