Terrible, asked for a Corona and got a Byron Bay. Total confusion what was a house red. Pizza was not satisfactory, the base was shop bought and was more like bread, hardly any pepperoni!

Thought we would give it a go after getting poor food and service last time. :-(

Didn't give what was ordered despite paying more ('they didn't have any left'). Portions were tiny and not as described in the menu. Only highlight was the pasta, good value for money.

Ordered chicken parmigiana without bacon as I dont eat pork . After 20 minutes food arrived with bacon in it. I returned it immediately. They said they will make another new one. Waiting at the gaming lounge with chips, salad and gravy for nearly one hour still no parmigiana. Returned the cold chips, salad and gravy back to the kitchen and I demanded my money back. Which they did give me the refund but without an apology or explanation. Very poor service indeed. Never again

I won't be returning for the following reasons:

1: the veggies in my cooked meal were raw
2: my son's burger was a funky taste
3: we were told to move to a different table when they're weren't any signage to inform us
4: The kids play area is so ridiculous expensive per child per hr
