Absolutely ruined my experience before it even started; got ask for my ID when ordering a coke with no sugar; not even an alcohol beverage honestly way to ruin a place I've never gone to with rude blonde bar staff behind the counter an ruin it before I even ordered my meal an NOW I just got a Japanese salad an they had no beans an avo sent back to still have no beans. How hard is it to get a salad Right?! WONT be back an WILL NOT recommend to anyone. An even the next table next to ask sent there food back an the waitress with long black braided pony rolled her eyes. Maybe if your staff actually looked older enough to work you're customers would be happy. HORRIBLE SERVICE

We had our mums 80th birthday there today and we walked into a beautifully set up table with our balloons ready, pink table cloth and silver sparklers. She was delighted to say the least. When the cake came out so did plates, spoons and a lovely cake knife.
The staff went above and beyond.
The food was simply delicious.
Well done to everyone.

From the cheese garlic bread which just melted in my mouth, I knew the food was going to very good. Highly recommended.

I dined from the seniors menu (roast of the day) at around $13:00 it was good value. The meal while smaller than its main menu namesake it was sufficient for my appetite and at the cheaper price suited my purse. The senior menu is worth checking out.

Welcoming main reception area, adorned by friendly staff, contributes to the high standard of customer service throughout the club. Sanitising stations are strategically placed, and the overall cleanliness of the venue, following a recent major renovation, is impressive. Vibrant lighting adds a lively touch, and the club provides ample Alfresco seating, three bars, and excellent function rooms. While the lunch was satisfying, some might find the portions smaller and the cooking quality not commensurate with the price. Despite this, the cafe and restaurant menus are diverse, accommodating various dietary needs.

Went for the Melbourne cup luncheon. Nice venue, friendly staff, food looked great though was very average. Lacking seasoning. We sat at a table of 12 and everyone was reaching for the salt and pepper. Steak was very tough across the table, chicken was bland and duck fat roasted potatoes were nothing special at all. Such a shame for the big price tag. Entertainment was great.

Great value with seniors' menu and using members card for drinks. The staff are always friendly and courteous. The facility is spacious and it is great to have lunch with friends as you can enjoy conversations without competing with loud music. The food is delicious.

Little bit frustrating when you order a stir fry and you get half a litre of sweet soy sauce with your meal. Pork belly was way to chunky and wasn't stir fried either more like braised with a gooey texture to the skin. Not nice at all and couldn't finish it. I would recommend simply watching a YouTube video on how to do this dish or something.
Also chips were old like they had been re fried. Schnitzel was a bit soggy with a mushy texture, not crunchy like it should be. It was like it had been pre fried then simply heated back up in a oven maybe, not pleasant at all. Hopefully was a once off, im sure they can do much better. Lady was nice and welcoming though, and dining room is comfortable to eat in.

Worse meal I have ever had at Brothers. One piece of bacon was in my one Vol en Vent. Menu says Vol en vents. It was cold and cheese had not melted. Was only half full. Could not cut through pastry. Salad was horrific. So bitter. Told staff who said they would talk to Chef. Nothing happened. I happened to bump into another staff member who sent the chef over. He was so rude to me. Said you are quick enough to slag us off and write a review without talking to me. Hands on hips and very rude manner. Made me feel very uncomfortable and people were looking. I explained what had happened and he said no one had spoken to him. He reluctantly said he would make me something else and would send someone over to take my order and it would be complimentary. I waited an hour and nothing. Kitchen closed. Not good enough. Prices are up and food is substandard.

Wow! It's an impressive place. A large area with multiple usable spaces. I attended a function in the try room, which easily contained 4 tables of a dozen guests.
The trip to the restaurant SEEMED to take forever as you pass through several functional areas. But it was worth it.
The menu was varied and appropriate. The food was terrific! I can highly recommend the ribs.
The current membership deal is $5 for 6 years, which would be fabulous for someone living nearby.
My only disappointment was that as the first one to order a glass of champagne for the day, I got the remnants of a bottle opened one or more days before, and it was flat. The bar person topped up my glass with 1 cm out of a new bottle to give it some fizz, but it was horribly flat.
Next time I'll say something!

Decent sized meals, all tasted so good and served at the same time. Staff are super friendly, nice atmosphere in the restaurant. We really enjoyed the desserts too!

If you're after great service and food, you need to add Brothers Leagues Club to your list of places to visit. Every time we eat here it is a great experience. We love lunch and dinner here and being able to order from both Finns Cafe and Shamrocks Restaurant ensures everyone is happy. The chefs also whip up a decadent meal of the month (which changes monthly) and the bar staff are constantly creating special cocktail concoctions! The entertainment here is also spot on with many great bands visiting on weekends.

I wish I remembered their names. There was a younger lady in the bistro that was so good with my kids and us. Then there was a slightly more senior lady ( no offence ment she was still not old) that I saw at the cafe that bought my kids their chocolate shake. She was amazing. Giving the kids a colouring pad and crayons etc. All in all a fantastic night. Kids were happy, my wife was happy I was happy. Just great service . What more could you want really

Went for lunch and it was good meal and value for money very big meals

Nice social place to go out to hear live music or have a dance. Crowd is more mature though love to hit the dance floor.
Food is restaurant or bar food which is the cheaper option. Prices reasonable priced for drinks with a local card.

Our very first time there so it is hard to say at the moment. Price wise from the menu it is not too bad but me personally I would go to a smorgesboard where you make one payment and you can eat to your hearts content. It is a very relaxing atmosphere for the retirees. Plenty of space to move around. They have a bar, tea and coffee and the mains. There is a membership fee to pay and you are issued with a card.Make sure The card is handy as you will need it to place your order.

Came to have dinner and listen to Heidi and Scott perform. They were amazing and very talented. They played well to the crowd. Even had a dance.

A Wake was organized at Brother's for my father-in-law and family. We had extended family coming from far distances and we were able to talk with them and enjoy the stories from the past. The staff did a good job of feeding us and keeping up the refreshments.

I've been to this venue twice, once as a presenter for a full day workshop and more recently for a breakfast function. It is tastefully decorated and the staff are super helpful but also very professional. The food was value for money and serves were plentiful.
Whether you are looking for a regular night out or somewhere for a particular function this is a great venue.

Always get a lovely meal provided by very helpful staff. And reasonable prices. The rest room facilities are the best I have seen.

Went to Brothers last night for the Valentines Day special. $50 per couple included a seafood platter for 2 and a bottle of wine. Amazing value! The platter held half a dozen natural oysters, fresh prawns, fried calamari, prawns and flathead, chips and fresh coleslaw. We couldn't finish it - lots of food and delicious @

We have been to quite a few clubs and this one is very consistent with its good customer service, quality of restaurant meals, drink pricing and decor. The lady who appeared in charge of the restaurant yesterday was particularly friendly and customer focussed. Plenty of parking also.

Brother's could be one of the premium clubs in Ipswich it has a good atmosphere friendly staff plenty of poker machines (if thats your thing), the main issue for me is their menus, it rarely changes, the quality of food is only fair at best, and when the menu is changed it isn't that different.nI believe approximately a quarter of the menu should be changed more regularly, with some nice items, a little better quality then basic pub food.nHowever this is only my (and a number of our friends) opinions, cheers.

Great place for a Sunday lunch, the carnivore plate for 20 bucks is unbeatable.
