Hi, waited too long for our meals, didn't like fish and chips, as fish too small. I through it was the gold fish in the add on your website.

Good atmosphere in the bar. There are free boardgames to play. Someone brought their dog in, so it might be pet friendly. The food was not worth the prices. The quality wasn't what I expected for the price. I would eat before going to the pub next time.

Booked a table in the dining room. Kids meals were a great size, fresh and kids loved them. Great table service including drinks - quick and friendly. First time we've been since change of management, a good upgrade, will be back again with friends.

This pub is awesome. Just a pub should be. Still has the old feel about it and not much has changed since I used to frequent it over 20yrs ago. Food was great. Staff were awesome. Overall a good old gem that's worth settling in to for a memorable stay. Highly recommended!!

We experienced a fabulous meal today from the new menu at the Bridgeview Hotel. Fantastic food! Certainly not your average pub fare. Highly recommend and would be great to see more locals back enjoying at both lunch and dinner

The new dining room menu was exceptional and service was so welcoming. Refreshing experience in an excellent pub. We had a selection of small and large plates to share. The barramundi main was our favourite.
The kids loved the house made ice cream.

It's an amazing pub/motel the staff are beyond accommodating, the food is better than most pub food and the atmosphere depending on the night is either chill, warm and welcoming or busy, fun and exciting. The real stars at this establishment are the staff they give off a real feeling of family and community. And are always willing to go the extra mile to see a patron smile.

An easy 5/5 for a pub that opens during the day and offering greet value lunches. The coffee within was also only $4 with $18 lunches offers during lunch happy hours 12-3pm.

For anyone that is in the area and looking for a pub meal or even just a nice quiet space to get a bit of work done on the laptop on the go, this is the best place possible.

The staff/manager on duty on the day was also super friendly and helpful. Will be coming back if I'm ever in the area again in between meetings.

Rocket, fig, prosciutto salad was so yum! Loved the shared fried chicken wings, and chips served with aioli dip. Good friendly atmosphere with two groups present in main area a football group and NSW election party group of booth workers, who cheered each other on watching on big screen

Good, authentic, old-fashioned neighborhood pub with separate dining room. Excellent and friendly service. Surprising variety of very good food, perhaps a bit on the pricey side. Music in the dining room was way too loud, but they turned it down when requested.

I've been Bridgeview a couple times. The food was good though but the price was a bit much, and also the drinks.

Like to sitting in the bistro than in a public bar because the girls provide excellent customer service, especially the cute lady Michelle. Whenever I needed something she was there for me.

Very warm place for the neighbourhood. Friends will come here to enjoy some leisure time together.

not really happy with the cheap Wednesday schnitzel at all. gravy wasn't nice, no salt on chips. salad was a small pile of leafy lettuce..
needs to be reassessed to put it lightly.

Pub grub below average at above average prices. Terrible beer selection with only mainstream beers served. You'd be much better off catching the bus two stops up the road to Naremburn to Flat Rock Brew cafe where you can get better quality food at lower prices and have a more interesting selection of beers.

There is nothing special about this pub. No character - it's dark and dingy inside and the bar seating layout is pathetic. Beer is expensive. Other than convenience, I reckon there's no compelling reason to visit this establishment.

Fairly ordinary Schnitzel was served up without mash and gravy and with half a plate of leaves no dressing for two of us. Was rectified with a small dish of mash and watery gravy. Beers were cold though.

We just arrived today and really disappointed that the room was very ordinary for the price and not conducive for older people to climb up 2 flights of stairs and more stairs leading to the very small carpark
We didn't get the complimentary drink as advertised and we didn't get 3 keys either...
Totally appalling and neglected by a newbie staff member that didn't know where any stores were!
Will be leaving tomorrow and asking for a refund!!room old and bathroom even worse !

The service was absolutely atrocious and the the ordering system double charged us, but the restaurant claimed they "couldn't refund the money". Terrible overall experience. Avoid this place like the plague. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

When you read hotel in the name think hostel. You have your own room but toilet, shower and kitchenette are all communal.
For the price of the room I expected better. The room was nice, but you get the street sounds and hear every car going passed. You can also hear people moving around in the building. The food was good though but the price of drinks was a bit much.

Fairly small rooms but everything else is positive. Nice updated room styling, comfy beds with decent pillows and duvets, lots of clean towels available in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are large and clean with strong running hot water. The staff are professional and friendly, and the food I'm the downstairs bistro is EXCELLENT! I just ate one of the best curries I have ever eaten. I've stayed here frequently and highly recommend it

I went at about 12pm on a Saturday, so obviously quiet at that time. Food was good, but not amazing

Needs a refurb with a massive beer garden out the back overlooking the park, e.g. Newport arms style.
Unfortunately all heritage listed, and so this is why we can't have nice things. It all needs to be dark and dank old mens pubs, continually losing money to ambitious revolving owners it would seem.

Food is ok. Staff are nice. They take your credit card details even for a lunch booking and threaten a fee if you cancel your booking, which I think is ridiculous in this day and age.

This has been our regular post-meeting dinner joint for a while now, and I think The Bridgeview Hotel is a wonderful place to meet up for drinks, dinner or Thursday night trivia.

The menu has some great items, particularly the schnitzels and burgers, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We'll be back next month!

Chicken schnitzel on Weds special is amazing ! Juicy nice size and cooked with care .. however the Vegetarian lasagne wow!! Very dry .. reads well but none of the flavours was accurate with many other over powering ingredients that were not on the menu .. really really bad. Don't touch it .. and they should rethink it or check if it has been made correctly .... great friendly staff

Went last Tuesday night. The food was appalling. Having paid $60 for the two of us we walked out and left it on the plate. Terrible. They probably have some good food items on their menu but last Tuesday it was awful

I had been told by family that the dining room was very good. 4 in our family had the Sunday Roast Beef and it was faultless. Perfect beef, vegetables and Yorkshire pudding. Huge serving. No one finished. Great price. But the staff really made it special. Very attentive, helpful and smiling. The credit to the hotel is their adherence to all the COVID measures. I will be back
