Took a day trip from Sydney to Bomaderry today and had lunch and a couple of drinks. The meal was delicious and huge, unfortunately I couldn't eat it all. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. A +++ service. I will definitely be back. Thank you to all the lovely staff you made the first day of my holidays one to remember

We were told there was a 20 minute wait on our meal tonight at 6:30pm when I ordered. I asked staff 3 x times where is my meal. One hour and 15 minutes later (7:45pm) it finally arrived but due to having to pick up my child at 8pm I had to have it put in a takeaway container. I live 45 minutes away out of town. I understand that things were busy but this was a cluster !! A good night ruined thanks to the chief that was on tonight. Not happy Bomo Hotel !!

Super friendly staff, chilled atmosphere and epic food
Steak was cooked perfectly, mushroom sauce and mushrooms in it, chips were crispy and the salad fresh. Highly recommend.

The food was great, super friendly staff, great price for the classic snitty $20 a huge feed, definitely return.

Hadn't been here for a while so thought we'd take our visiting friends for lunch : a table of 9 .... 3.5 hours later we left after a gabfest.
All meals were wonderful ranging from chicken salad (that was the best looking), T-bones, southern burger deluxe, ribs & wings (huge), schnitzel, fish & chips, captains platter & Atlantic salmon.
Great staff in the restaurant and adjacent bar : the espresso martinis were popular with the ladies.
Prices are better than most down here, but the real kicker was the 20% discount for seniors!!

The rooms are gorgeous but there was no dunny roll. The food is absolutely beautiful but I wish they tried a little harder with their vegan options. It's not unreasonably expensive but it is a touch dear. I get that a lot of my criticisms are a bit much considering Bomaderry is basically a country town so all in all I'd stay there again but I hope to god they get some more bog roll.

Travelled most of Australia as a truck driver and by far the Bomaderry hotel has the best chicken Parma the chicken is so moist and juicy and coated perfectly and salad was made perfectly with out over kill on the dressing and cheese and bacon and sauce was the perfect amount over the chicken schnitzel the staff are very friendly and amazing even with being under staffed they are doing a great job

Needed to go to the train station, it was a bonus having the pub right across the road. Was really nice to pop in for a cold JD on a hot day. They even have staff walking around the gaming area asking if you wanted a free snack from their tray or if you wanted to buy another drink or hot snacks. Will definitely be returning, sooner rather than later ?

We were a group of 7 for early dinner.
Plenty of staff on and not very busy.
The food came out very staggered, the steaks should have been m/rare but both were well done. Sides were incorrect and a rump came out as a scotch fillet after waiting nearly 20 minutes after the other order along with a missing salmon.
Food in the end was okay.
They need to get the basics right.

They have too many security guards at the entrance asking for ID and questioning you for contact details which is odd. It's quite intimidating & unwelcoming when you just want to go in for a quiet beer by yourself after work. However some of the clientele appears to justify said security.

They don't do cocktails at all which is strange for this kind of pub.

The food at the bistro is great and reasonably priced. I would go here for the food, not the atmosphere.

For a $27 meal (seafood for one) the portioning was disappointing. I will say the people behind the counter were great. But the meal...very stingy on the chips. It tasted ok but I feel I could have got a better value and taste next door at Harry's takeaway. My daughter had a burger that was tasteless and overcooked. Slapped together with little to no care. Due to this experience I will not be going here again.

Had a well priced Seniors deal in the dining room.
Served quickly and correctly.
Good numbers if people dining so that's usually a sign food is well received.
Older style hotel that features a tasteful upgraded dining Room.
Parking area at the rear.
Security guard on duty.

I went there for lunch. At the time it was fairly quiet. The staff members were polite and prompt to serve. I ordered a steak well done and when I got it, it was well done.
I m extremely satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food I received and it was appropriately priced.
I would recommend their food to anyone I, loved it.

Went there for dinner last night 25th June 2022 with a large group of people food came a fast and was absolutely amazing will definitely be back highly recommend

Food was excellent and a good price for a good feed. Cocktail jug was not bad either.

My wife and I went to the Bomaderry Hotel for lunch after hearing some good reports about the food, we ordered the lunch specials being a beef burger and rump steak both with chips and the steak with salad as well we were very impressed with both meals the steak cooked perfect and very tender, the burger was really nice as well. If I were to to give a score I would rate a 8 BUT I would of given a 10 if the bloody chips were hot, they were luke warm on both plates that was the let down for us, chips have to be served hot not luke warm. Please hot chips.

My husband and I went for lunch. We waited 40+ minutes for our food we didn't complain.
We both ordered a rump steak. Mine was fine and very tasty but my husbands was rubbery and had a weird smell and taste. He has 2 bites and I had one just to see it I thought it Tasted a bit weird. ( it did ) so he got up and ask for a replacement. To which he was told the steak was fine. He ask if he could please have it replaced. So they took the plate we waited for 5 minutes then the waitress came to us and said they are making you replacement now but when the head chef comes back if there is nothing wrong with the steak you will be charged for both.

I ordered a meat lover burger and got something randomly put together. Chicken, patty, cheese and bacon. I'm not happy all you had to do is follow a recipe it's not that hard. I also asked them to add pineapple which they didn't do

Could not be bothered cooking so we order menu log the meals were perfect as if we ordered in house. Schnitzels were massive, lunch tomorrow, and veges piping hot salad so fresh. Definitely enjoyed our meal. Thanks guys

Service is always A+ & can't be faulted. The staff are super friendly and helpful (special mention to Bill and Chris). The meal sizes are generous and cooked well, I've never been disappointed. Thanks guys :)

Best meals what a variety. If you like your burgers there is such a range. Prices good value for money.

Service was fantastic, food was great and we loved the atmosphere. My elderly father got prime position in front of his footy with a drink made perfectly (his words) staff were very friendly & ensured we were happy periodically! Cheap Vodkas & $6 pizzas! Highly recommended! Thanks Bomo Pub!

Best pub grub ever. Had the ribs & wings with Texas BBQ sauce, wife had the pork ribs with Louisiana BBQ sauce : absolutely scrumptious and HUGE!!
The prompt service was wonderful too, and everyone had a smile on their dial and were really friendly. Prices were more than reasonable - example was the $10 nachos Friday night special.
Such a great variety of meals to choose from : can't wait to go back

Very basic local Hotel, dress is casual
The Pub was renovated some years ago and has an outdoor deck. Bistro serves decent food at reasonable prices with discount for seniors and some midweek specials . A popular place for the local Tradies especially on Thursday afternoon.
They have DJ entertainment on most weekends with a security guard on the door.

OMG Best pub meal IV ever had and so much food I felt like was going to pop. Had meals for all the family Delivered tonight and just wanted to say thank you so much for the delicious food and was extremely generous. Will definitely be ordering more from here and coming in. Thank you

We came in tonight for dinner, The women serving was not rude to us.. but she was extremely unfriendly. Impossible to get any sort of emotion out of besides a frown. Staff at the bar were not much better... staff overall would be a 1 star out of 5... our drinks were average priced and our food was good. No napkins were provided on the table, but food came out very fast and nice temperature.

We ordered:

ENTREE:
Cheesey Garlic Bread.

The garlic bread was nice, lots of cheese and good flavour.

MAINS:

1. Half rack of ribs.

Kinda of had the texture of fake meat but the sauce was lovely.

&

2. Scotch fillet steak with Mushroom sauce.

Steak was cooked perfectly. Had a very nice chargril. Mushroom sauce was average.

Chips on both dishes was good and salad had nice components and dressing which is appreciated as alot of places don't serve that.

A really lovely pub with some very friendly staff. Plenty of room to move around and great food!

The food was disappointing considering the attachment to the Posties Tavern where the meals are far far superior.In saying that the waitress was charming and did her best to make us comfortable and happy. Bar manager could have been better and we would say close to lazy.

My wife says ",lets pop down to the Bomo Hotel... I heard they have Snitty night on Thursdays " so we popped down and from the time we arrived and met the COVID Team on entry to say goodbye. .. it was a great experience.And the Snitty The best Chicken Snitzel I have eaten in a very long time! !! Great Quality and terrific value .. see you again next Thursday! !

The Bistro is not well heated and cold. There is a strong draft. No wine list in the bistro very confusing asked to leave and go to the main bar where there is a 15 minute line there. Finally went back and ordered a bottle of red in one bistro after the cashier looked in the fridge for a bottle of red... Was like no one had ever order a bottle of red in the bistro before. I would stick to the burgers they are good. Needs to have a wider selection of bar food in winter like lamb shanks... ribs are ok but not enough meat. The security guard seems to make fun of his job when you ask for directions to the toilet. I guess he has had the same job for a while there... mens toilets are extremely run down.. more like the ones you would expect from a dive bar. If you are just after beers and burgers this is a top place. Expect a little more than that you need to limit your expectations.

Fantastic service. Extremely good food. The chefs should have a 5 star restaurant they are so good. I eat there quiet often and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel
