A classic old style pub. Great service by friendly staff. Good value meals. Huge outdoor area.

Possibly the only dog friendly pub left in Byron Shire. Friendly staff, great food, pleasant ambiance and some wicked music in the evenings by local DJs and other musicians.

Great old country pub, plenty of atmosphere. Just called in to use the toilet and a quick Ginger Beer. Both passed muster!! Would love to go there for a Saturday or Sunday lunch!! Loved the whole vibe!!

Billinudgel, one of the best Country Pub on the Northern Rivers with that old style family, m8ship, hospitality. Great food & the quality didn't drop while the kitchen staff were under the pump dealing with the long ques @ the counter on a Wednesday .The Billi bars rock.????'?

Thank god there are still old pubs like this one around, if those walls could talk,loved it. Next time we will stay longer. Bed was lovely and comfy, pillows were perfect, better pillows than Novotel, lovely welcome from staff and very helpful. Lovely big old verandah to look out of. Top place, bathrooms clean bedroom clean :) should have got there sooner would have loved a meal with these guys.

Average lunch, I thought it would better going by the reviews, a good pub should have good chips ?, good size serves, bit on the expensive side.

Place has character, staff are friendly & relaxed. The Billi burger & beer deal is a ripper and the Billi burger was enough for us both to share.
We'll be back ay.

Great environment and friendly staff. I had the lamb rump from the special board. It was unbelievably good. Thanks it was well worth the drive.

Went for Wednesday lunch. Schnitty day. Absolute bargain for $25 (including a schooner). Had a chicken schnitzel - crispy and tender with just the right amount of salad and chips. Fast service and wonderful staff. Only a short trip from the Gold Coast. Will become another favourite of ours.

Only in for a meal on way to Gold Coast Airport. Great atmosphere, service and meal selection. Grilled Barra and a Caeser Salad were both excellent. Loved it!

Do all your staff judge how your patrons are dressed? As an ex licencee if my staff subjected any patron to what they were wearing in front of another patron they would be instantly dismissed. I've been many times to the hotel and enjoy a beer but may be contain the judgements and have a look at the mirror. But 1* for the guineas.

A real rusticl local pub that didn't die with the recent devastating floods that would have come thru 6 foot deep. Good honest food and drinks.

Such a great atmosphere very historical, the food is amazing with very generous servings. Highly recommend. Also love that there is a free charity community store at the carpark

Reckon I could of got a better double cheese burger at Grafton Maccas but to be fair I had a snitty and it was bigger that some Pacific nations.
There was also a tag from one of my mates in the toilet so extra points for not cleaning up blatant vandalism.

Good little pub. Plenty of seating areas, plenty of parks and plenty of shade. Highly recommend the Billi Beef Burger

The pub itself is quite small, but they have put a lot of great work into the outside area and in good weather it's a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening!

Good food & drinks, but a bit pricey. You need to check the specials. Can be pretty busy & slow, but quiet today. However nothing grabbed my eye today.

What a great experience. I lived at Billinudgel about 50 years ago and this pub brought back memories. Took the extended family for lunch and they also enjoyed the great vibes that the village and our offered. Put this place on your location listing.

This place is legit as fu*k. We went for Schnitty night and it was excellent across the board, big portions, well prepared and lovely service. Fu*kin loved the house beer. The staff were a highlight, they were very friendly, didn't stuff around and they (along with the venue as a whole) had that proper Aussie charm. I'll be back for sure and if you haven't yet, you should check it out.

Now we're talking . The way a pub should be. Grog and food prices good. Bubbly staff, great decor , friendly locals and it's retained its country pub charm . Get off the freeway and call in . You won't be disappointed

Enjoyed a wonderful meal. Great food one of the best pub meals we've had. The chicken with bacon and avocado was excellent, the chips amazing never had better.

Loved the old pub, great beer, great food my God could not jumped over my schnitzel, luckily they did a doggy bag. But honestly the pub and staff were so nice, happy to give them a plug....

I called in this pub a few years ago when I had a car brake down. I was with my my wife, late cousin and her family. The pub was great as myself and my cousins husband got a bit drunk here. I've always said one day I'll go back. When the pandemic is over I'm going for a beer. It's a long way from me as I'm in the UK.

This historic pub is not far from Bruns and Byron and a great location to visit, mostly popular on weekends with life music and more / great steaks and food and beer and great people there. Loved it & will be back.

Looks like a great pub but very disappointed as they are listed in camp books that they allow campers to park out the back. I rang earlier in the day and was told that they still allow campers but couldn't tell me how many spots were left and that first in would get the spots. We were only a short distance away so went there to be told not sure how many spots left and that we could walk out back and check. All spots were taken and it looked like they may have been all permanents (could be wrong). What a disappointment as we would have stayed at Byron Bay but thought we would support a local pub. Usually when phoning pubs that allow camping, they can tell you how many spots are available at that time and, yes, others might get there before you and you miss out but I don't think that was the situation here. Very disappointed.

Called up to ask about camping - no problem just don't block anybody. Arrived just after it feel dark ( 2 females and 1 baby) to be informed we only take grey nomads. Disappointing.
