Absolutely amazing food an Beautiful atmosphere with a nice country style pub in the middle of Sydney we had the traditional famous crumbed Lamb Cutlets that have been on the menu since Jesus was born and they didn't disappoint amazing tender and the bed of mash was like velvet. Staff were very friendly. A young lady on a keyboard was playing live music softly in the restaurant it was just beautiful obviously very popular with the locals as there was quite a few birthday dinner parties.

Avoid meal specials. Schnitty night serves up an oversized kids meal with over cooked, dry schnitzel (thickly crumbed) and fries. No salad and no garnish. The mushroom sauce on the side is more like gravy with a couple of mushroom bits thrown in. One star goes to the meal being served warm. Such a shame for a pub that could be a great local.

Great for live sports! Food is ok, but the range of drinks is great. Seltzer on tap is great :)

A nice, quaint hotel. Service was okay. I have never been to a Hotel where so many people were vaping inside. It completely ruined the experience, the vape smell was overbearing and and the air quality diminished quickly due to people vaping inside. I understand that it's not the Hotels fault, vaping is hard to control and monitor especially when a place is very busy. Could have stayed here a lot longer if people were not vaping inside, really wanted to try the food.

7:45pm and bistro closed. It's a joke. No dinner, no bar food option. Just told too bad. This is way too early to close a bistro. Very dissatisfied with this. They need to do better than this

Upstairs is delightful, sunny and modern. We were there for happy hour but that was just for schooners! A bit limited! The steak frites special seemed OK at a bisual level. The chicken schnitty was a bit dry, and chips were meagre in terms of quantity. But overall, we liked the ambience and if we were in that vicinity again, would likely visit the Bellevue!

First time there.... a good old local pub. Although tried the pokies and the AC was off...not sure if that was a deterrent by design, or just some maintenance that was needed

Rip off! 100%
Paying for an expensive schnitzel that was about the size of actual leftovers! If was a joke, looked like a kids meal. We also ordered the burger which arrived very late and it was burnt. I only took the photo of the bread since we were too hungry, but I can comfortably say that we will never go back. And that's me with my group of 8. Food sucked big time!

No complaints. Easy going afternoon. My partner wanted a coffee and the bar man made her a special cup of his French press. Good man. No charge. It was a Wednesday.

Great little pub in Paddington with great atmosphere and great cold beer. Upper level is really nice and a great place to have a meal.

Honestly one of the best all round pubs I've visited, went on a Sunday with a few mates and got the Roast special, incredible and good portion size. The wings were also an easy top 3, not too spicy but just right. Great atmosphere and filling and hearty meal, will likely visit again

Beef burger is delicious. Served with crunchy French fries. Whilst the craft beer range is limited, the not-so-crafty-anymore Balter XPA was on tap and fresh, cold, and good enough to enjoy a few.

"Happy hour" is on a big board out the front, but don't get your hopes up; they don't honour it.And the tables are sticky.

Food has really dropped here in recent months. My wife and I had the Moroccan Chicken salad and it was not enjoyable at all. Felt like the spice mix was dropped into the bowl. Used to love this place.

The Bellevue is a standout pub in Paddington. A favourite amongst locals, it ticks all the boxes. If I could give it six stars I would.

Came here this evening off a whim whilst driving past. Was pleasantly surprised to find little creatures dog days on tap. Ordered the sirloin steak medium rare and found two of my favourite hot sauces on the shelf. The steak came out perfectly cooked and the steamed veggies in the yazu sauce were great.
Only after going to the toilet in the back did I pass the dining room and discover that it has a recently been awarded a hat.
Will definitely be back. Highly enjoyed my visit.
