My friends and I came here as we are members of a nearby golf club and are considering joining/switching to here. The course is great but the restaurant and service really let the whole experience down. We had ordered food and I always bring my own tea (dietary requirement) so I asked for some hot water for my tea and the lady requested $3 for it and stood waiting to be paid first before getting the water in case I didn't pay. I understand that costs are increasing for businesses and I don't mind paying $0.50 for sauces for the chips but charging $3 for just hot water, while being a paying customer and have purchased food for the table is just not reasonable at all. This has happened twice now as the first time I thought could have been a mistake. The unreasonableness of this whole ordeal (not due to the money but the sheer principle behind it and the lack of service orientation) has completely turned my friends and I off this club. We won't be coming back until something changes with the management of this restaurant.

The course was in very good condition, despite recent heavy rains!

The pro-shop staff were helpful, and I look forward to getting back for a round soon.

Don't want to throw names out there, But I will today! My brother Wayne Riley "Radar" always raved about Bankstown golf club' as he played most of his junior golf there. I have been playing Bankstown a few times of late and wow the course is in great condition! It's a real credit to all the ground staff for their efforts. Beautiful lay out " Well done Bankstown.

I left my Bushnell range finder in the cart, but after two days I inquired and got it back very kindly. A sincere thank you to the staff at the Pro Shop. I love you Bankstown!

Stop the bus here! After a succulent Chinese meal at Sefton playhouse with my great aunt, we proceeded to stroke our stiff shafts around Banksy GC with some friendly local members.

Course is in great knick, top 5 in Western Sydney.

The indian guy at the pro shop always seems like be upset to everything. He is not customer service minded at all, so unkind and has quite rude attitude. Everyone in my group feels the same towards him. The club should teach him how to treat customers in a kind way.

Friendly and accommodating guys at the proshop especially John. Course is great with tree lined lush fairways and challenging greens. Good full Par 72 layout. Highly recommended to play a round at Bankstown golf club.

This golf course has a high performance-to-price ratio. It's just that it's easy to miss the entrance on the way.

Bankstown golf course is in very good condition and flat for walking. A couple tee areas were being maintained so diverted to temporary tee offs.
This was my second time playing here and back nine is always slower than front nine. It is a bit more techy with water features but I think ppl jump in on the 10th...

Good course to play. Looks beautiful in overcast weather. A lot of trees make a game bit difficult a bit.
Pro shop there is a chance of improvement in customer service.

Great course, always in good condition. Greens, fairways and bunkers are always well maintained and, overall, the course is a good test of golf. The clubhouse is beautifully laid out, tidy and welcoming.

What a great suburban golf course! The course was in beautiful condition, notwithstanding some parts under minor repair. Most impressive were the greens. They were fast and true. I look forward to playing the course again.
