Great original Bowlo. I was there to attend a fundraiser for a "don't forget the homeless " mardi gras float. Sunday afternoon. Staff were happy and accommodating to dogs. Great guy singing in the main bar whilst party tunes played in the kitchen / function area.

I wasn't sure what to expect food wise, I'll tell you what....it was beautiful for the price. My salmon was cooked to perfection, and my friends steak, as she put it...superb. Salad and baked potatoes delish.

Great atmosphere, cheap drinks and good bowls. Recommend for an afternoon of playing bowls with friends. I didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food, but looked good from afar. Thanks to Adam and the team for helping us organise our Christmas party. 10/10 recommend.

Great arvo, watched the ppls playing barefoot bowls, totally enjoyed the live music, So stayed for dinner, Rump, a nice dressed salad & a baked spud. Wonderful, cooked right & the salad dressing was delicious. ??'? Get on down for a great, relaxing Sunday arvo. Great, friendly staff.

Good friendly club with reasonable beer and wine prices . Food is a little expensive for a club . Lots of outside areas for groups of people and children are welcome .Live music on weekends .

Cute City club with green outlook. Other than bowls not many other leisure facilities. The beer is cheap, the bistro food is value for money and barefoot bowls is populay with family groups on weekends. Worth a visit.

The club is really great to have fun with team. You need minimum 4 people to enjoy the bowling. I had very bad experience with food there. Few of my team members and I had ordered vegan food but we got chicken in that which was really disappointing.

Great value meals especially if you are a member. ($15)
Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for dinner.
Wine bottles very affordable too.

Just joined this club and there are a great group of people here to play a game of bowls with. The club house has recently reopened and the food is seriously well priced for a good meal. Come down and have a look. Heaps of fun to be had here.

Historic bowling club in the heart of Balmain.Good spot for a cheap game of lawn bowls and a few beers.They also serve food as well.
