Smelly, hot and filthy venue. Security guards are inappropriate and unsafe to attend. Would never recommend. Door girls said the security were "not their problem"

My friend was kicked out for '"leaning" on a man, 2 girls went to check on her to make sure she was safe. We checked with the seccys first before walking out and they said it was fine to wait with her, once we got out they banned us for saying we were going along with her bad behaviour when all we said was we were waiting with her so she wasn't a female alone at night. Stood up for the female seccys and theh said we deserved it

Worst club ever kicked me out when I was sober saying I was off my face. Worst security guards, don't go.

I haven't been here on a normal night but I went to a private function last week. The staff get five stars from me! Bar tenders are so lovely!! The bouncers are professional and friendly. The establishment should be very proud!

Find my friends & consume beverage.

Kicked out.

This place smells like cracking open a 5000 year old Egyptian tomb, mixed in with some fermented athletes foot and stale beer. Not to mention the added insult of the terrible audio which is set way too high.

May the ferral stench haunt the venue until the sun consumes the galaxy and all sense of smell is consumed by the cold vaccum of space.

Kicked my sister out for no reason even tho she was the sober one of the group and had only two drinks

I wasn't even kicked out when I fell not even ten minutes before absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for.
They're know for kicking people out for stupid reasons didn't think it was this bad Jesus.

The bouncer was so rude. He thought my ID was fake (it wasn't), took my phone without my permission and went on my instagram. Still didn't let us in and didn't give us our money back. Don't recommend

Pretty cheap drinks. Mixed crowd. The dance floors smelt so putrid I almost died :'(

Great place, but very bias bouncers. They are more than happy to kick out paying customers who haven't had anything to drink over cute girls who are wasted. When the priority is making guys pay more Money over having genuine customers, if that's what your business model depends on, then make a better business model. As someone with an RSA, I know what they go through; but that doesn't excuse poor business practices.

It's pretty alright but it's very hit and miss. Basically a 50/50 chance whether you're gonna have the best time ever or a boring one.

Was kicked out by "Tommy" because apparently I was drunk. I had waited 30 minutes too get in and then waited 20 minutes to get a drink so I was very much not intoxicated. The service was fine but the whole place is ridiculous and exturioust of your money. While the club is good enough, they have a very obvious mission in regards to kick one out let one in. Would not recommend.

It's not a club. You have to pay to get into a bar and then wait to get into the rooms- maybe wait 1 hour, or maybe not get in at all. I spent literally 10 minutes inside, saw that we weren't going to get into the club area and left. The manager said they weren't able to refund me. There should be a sign to let people know that they're not entering the club, they're entering the bar; and that there's a possibility they won't be able to enter the club. Pretty terrible service, they should have just refunded me.

The worst club in Newcastle the chairs are terrible and you have to wait an hour lining up to get into some sections of the club, me and my friends only got into 2 sections and we kept getting turned away from the area we wanted to go we waited 2hours and kept asking if we could go in but the bouncer said no but he was letting everyone else in the room except for the people lining up. The staff are rude and the sound system is average hate it here don't come here very overrated.

First time I went it was ok, but the second time was it, 3hrs of lines, security not doing their job then getting kicked out for no good reason ??'???
